1. L'hotel è molto vicino alle Torri Gemelle Petronas, la posizione è ottima e la vista notturna è bellissima. Il check-in è molto veloce e puoi pagare 200 ringgit d'oro o 300 yuan. Ricordatevi di conservare la ricevuta di deposito, al momento del check out ci vorranno dieci minuti per controllare la camera e la caparra vi verrà restituita. 2. Le stanze su entrambi i lati di ogni piano sono divise in A e B, quindi il numero della stanza. Non c'è il 34 ° piano, 34 è 33 A. È facile confondersi la prima volta. 3. Per il cibo da asporto puoi ritirarlo solo tu stesso al piano di sotto, c'è un posto fisso davanti alla porta e il fattorino ti aspetterà lì con la sua piccola moto. 4. La pulizia della camera verrà effettuata ogni mattina dalle 9 alle 10. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

La mia recente visita a Renaissance Kuala Lumpur è stata per un breve soggiorno dopo il nuovo anno di vacanza. Essendo membro del Platinum Bonvoy, gli ospiti che ho ricevuto erano di prima classe, soprattutto dal team di ufficio frontale, guidato da Hazura (Zura) e sostenuto da Bernice, Hami, Khalis e Khadijah. Il controllo è stato super smooth come è stato gestito molto bene da Zura. Il design della camera è per standard moderno 5 * Hotel stella, con un look fresco interno. La suite è stata spaziosa con una decente zona di soggiorno / TV. La camera standard di King Bed è anche buona, con letto da divano fornito. Il punto più importante per questo hotel, naturalmente, è la parola della città, è una grande piscina e aree di gioco per bambini! Per la famiglia con i bambini, questo è un ottimo hotel per soggiornare considerando la piscina e le aree da gioco sono una di genere. Molte scivolate acqua al piscina, anche spaziosa area di playground disponibile con attività di salita di roccia (è richiesta prenotazione prenotabile e prenotazione per salire). In sintesi, consiglierei questo hotel se stai cercando un soggiorno breve vicino alla zona KLCC. Grazie molto ai seguenti agenti del Front Office per gli ospiti durante il nostro soggiorno. A Zura, grazie mille per la gentilezza e per il grande aiuto durante il nostro soggiorno, non dimenticare Hami, Bernice, Khalis e Khadijah. Ci vediamo presto!

Controlla la posizione è al piano di ginnastica dell'Hotel Maya che è vicino alla piscina. Condividere le stesse strutture con Hotel Maya. Raymond era la persona che ci ha aiutati a controllare, molto amichevole e il controllo in e fuori era facile.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

La terza volta che abbiamo soggiornato a Ramada dopo la Corea del Sud. E a causa della sua posizione e della sua pulizia abbiamo esteso la stanza per altri due giorni. La posizione è molto vicina a Bukit Bintang, che è il centro turistico. Negozi e cibo sono a piedi. Vorrei che la stanza fosse più pulita e la gestione dell'hotel farà di più su di essa. Il personale è buono. In generale, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. È un ristorante indiano appena a piedi (al di fuori dell'hotel a 10 metri) da dove si può ordinare il vostro cibo anche a mezzanotte.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

Overall good experience staying here for 1 night. Just still shocked for the deposit fee which is Rm500 for 1 room. We booked for 3 rooms so ya u know it. Furthermore the depo fee is more expensive than the suite price. What can i say just make sure don’t lose the access card (Rm300 penalty for 1 card) 😅

Very conveniently located by walking distances (5 minutes walk) to 2 mass transit rail stations, Dang Wangi LRT and Bukit Nanas monorail stations. It is also 8-01 minute walk to local F&B places at Chow Kit and Jalan P. Ramlee, popular restaurants such Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur and Restoran Nasi Kandar Pelita for all your breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper needs. It is also nearby to other popular hotels and therefore you are always able to find a buffet meal if desired. I stayed in a deluxe suite apartment equipped with WIFI. It is well furnished as well as spacious for 2-3 persons. It has a kitchenette, a study room, a walk in wardrobe, a shower/restroom, a living and a master bedroom. Its kitchenette are well-equipped with all the kitchen and dining wares for 2 person. It is also equipped with a Borsch 330L two-door refrigerator, a Borsch microwave oven, 2 electric stoves and a kitchen sink. Beside that would be an Electrolux washing/drying machine with washing washing detergent readily available. There is a small dining table, well supplied with 2 complimentary bottles of water, replenished when you asked to make up room which can be slow and would only be done up to 6pm. The living room has a 3-person sofa seat and large TV which is in front of your master bedroom; the master bedroom doesn’t have a door but a sliding divider between the bedroom and the living room. As such your living room TV is also your bedroom TV. The walk in wardrobe has a ironing board and a electric iron, hangers and a small hanging rack. The big shower/restroom is well supplied with toothbrushes, toothpastes, toilet paper, and shower towels. It has water heater for warm showers and hand washing basin. The pity is that there is no bathtub (I had booked the deluxe suite through *********** thinking it has a bathtub looking at the review and photo; not sure if it wasn’t listed properly or it was the *********** UX/UI problem, but I only realised it didn’t had a bathtub after I paid to check.) The infinity pool at the level 51 has breathe taking views during day and night and would open only at 8am. The sky bar at level 51 is equally happening at night, and therefore good for gathering with a view. The check-in/check-out reception service do not have a proper reception counter; it is located at various points by the low parapet wall around a lobby waiting seating area while the staff are not in uniform. Not exactly welcoming, rather confusing and makes one wonder if their booking with the service apartment was authentic.

Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintained facilities! Staff being unreasonable. Scam us and lied to us regards to our room. 1. Call the host (Israfil) that we have reached, he said he will come down, waited for 20mins and still not here. Only to called him again and he said he's at the lobby. And he has been standing all the while with no initiative to call us and talking to his friend. Went there and asked if he is the host. Yes, indeed he is. 2. Reached outside our hotel room and saw a hanging key and quietly went inside to our great surprise there were 3 housekeepers seating and chit-chatting at the sofa. They looked super shocked and asked again if this is my room. Get up and they turned on the aircon, with the sofa cover not covered properly and in a mess , floor carpet with crumbs?. And they looked ard maybe a last check? Terribleeeeee!!! 3. We booked for 2 three bedroom suites. Checked in and my cousin received a room with a glass door with no privacy. She is pregnant and staying with her parents and one of our other relative. She called in to have a room change. Was informed they have only 3 three bedroom suites and 1 room left which is my cousin. And mine was an upgraded 4 bedroom suite which Israfil didn't informed me it was? Googled and there's no 4 bedroom suites. Checked out, infront of my cousin asked him again if mine is an upgraded one, he said NO! Mine is 3 bedroom suite same as hers which is no. Mine has no glass door. We felt cheated. They twisted their words. 3. The whole apartment is a disaster! Laundry room toilet, the water spray is leaking. Room 1 has no lock! The room can't be closed properly with an open gap at the top corner. Beds and pillows looks stained and dirty! Master bedroom bathroom has no lock!! Maybe the lock is for show?? The bathtub is dirty have to keep washing it off for many times. Shower gel is empty. Total rundown! 4. Service is super slow!!! Asked for the spare key from checked in and was delayed till we went out and came back yet have to wait from 10pm to almost 12am after so many spam whatsapp to only received the key from a 'black face' staff (not the skin clr obviously, no racist game of course) 5. Forgotten about the rules that we cant place the rubbish outside the hotel room and forgotten to called the staff to pick up and throw, so no warning letter given for a first timer?. Straight 200rm penalty. Offered to pay but host can't issue an invoice due to holidays?. Maybe he meant weekends. After some arguments , debate here and there, finally he can issue a manual invoice. The whole experience with the services, staff and apartment makes the holidays bad!. Will never return here and no one should too. Hope the above management can have a proper background check of this company and why are they still operating. Not sure how are there so many bad reviews but there are still 5 stars reviews abovehead. Too many! Terrible stay, dissappointed services and not well maintai

First time being there but have no time to swimming pool. Everything still ok just don’t know where to check in during arrival cause there are 2 blocks there. First hotel assistant told me to call the number coz is not under hotel management. But the number unable to reach make me feel worry 😂 However at the end the second assistant told me to go another block for check in. Everything so far so good ☺️
