Location is excellent, with major malls and landmarks like Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC, Pavilion Mall with easy reach by foot. Service is excellent - staff arranged a super late checkout after being told that our flight out is in the late evening - a nice gesture that is much appreciated, especially junior and seniors travelling together. Room is spacious and nicely furnished, though comes with some wear and tear that is normal for a hotel this age. Bathroom is huge and comes with bathtubs, toiletries smells great, too! Rooms for improvement are ensuring that the appliances are in working order - our microwave was not functioning well during our stay, which my family ended up eating cold meals and kid with cold milk. There also wasn’t extra trash bags in the kitchen, not enough tissue in the living and dining room. We have to keep bringing the tissue in and out from the bathrooms every time times during meal times. Though i am sure that could be easily resolved by a simple call to the service desk, these are actually daily necessities for any service apartment, a ‘home’ that could be a short term to long term accommodation for a families, business guests etc. The curtain track installation in the bedrooms are also not well thought out. The block-out curtains couldn’t overlapped, leaving a gap for lights to pass through. This may not be an issue to some but for guests whom are light sleepers and need to sleep in total darkness, it’s unpleasant to sleep in such environment. Hope the facilities management can look into these details and continue to improve, it will definitely make the stay an even more pleasant one that it already is.

È stata un'esperienza molto bella qui. Bell'albergo con bella vista, deliziosa colazione. Ho lasciato qui la mia pendrive e il personale l'ha tenuta al sicuro finché non l'ho ritirata. Verrà di nuovo qui la prossima volta.

Inizialmente volevamo stare al Majestic ma il principale edificio era in ristrutturazione (Nota: NON soggiorno in un allegato) e il Cormar era raccomandato. Questo è stato la prima volta che abbiamo usato un appartamento autocatering in anni - semplicemente, era eccellente. Il divano era incredibilmente incomodo e la stanza poteva fare con un lingottino di buona qualità, ma ha tutte le campane e le stronzate; il vantaggio principale era il servizio. Le signore della ricezione sono state infallibilemente utili in tutto (ci è stata data una nuova TV e collegata a Netflix entro pochi minuti) e si collegano agli ospiti via WhatsApp; questo è stato estremamente utile quando ordinate cibo – la società possiede i ristoranti a livello terrestre, insieme ad un pub lungo la strada (Il Cavallo Oscuro) e menu sono inviati dal PDF al telefono e ordini messi con ricezione per la consegna alla stanza; tutto ha funzionato molto efficiente. La posizione è la più centrale possibile, con quasi tutte le esigenze risponde a distanza da passeggiata, anche se i taxi sono economici a KL. Un suggerimento: non attivare Grab Taxi finché non sei in strada - sia Google che il conducente si confutano per quanto riguarda la posizione dell’ingresso (che, per essere giusti, non è così ovvio e un segno più grande/migliore sarebbe utile.) In tutto, un eccellente istituto; E' molto ben gestito da personale piacevole, competente, ben situato e buon valore per i soldi.

So far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a KL hotel. Concierge and reception particularly were just exceptional. Wet Bar, Woodbar and Willow staff were equally fantastic. The food at Willow and Wet Bar were excellent and Woodbar had Ramadan food which looked very nice. Gym and pool had good views and well laid out. I will definitely be returning. Brenna at reception, you made me feel like a well loved guest. In addition the location was great.

*************. Sono così felice di stare a Grand Hyatt KL. Prenotato per il Re della Torre Twin, ma ************* è stato aggiornato per la Suite della Torre Twin. Non mi aspettavo mai che succedesse. Sono stato anche accolto con due pezzi di torta di cioccolato per mio figlio e per me. Vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine all'onorevole Kusha per tutte queste meravigliose disposizioni, e anche all'onorevole Erry, del conteggio e di tutti i dipendenti per il loro servizio termico.

Ho dovuto aspettare quasi 30 minuti per il check-in nonostante fossi arrivato a tarda sera. L'addetto alla reception ha detto che la mia prenotazione tramite Trip non è stata inserita nel loro sistema. The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

La terza volta che abbiamo soggiornato a Ramada dopo la Corea del Sud. E a causa della sua posizione e della sua pulizia abbiamo esteso la stanza per altri due giorni. La posizione è molto vicina a Bukit Bintang, che è il centro turistico. Negozi e cibo sono a piedi. Vorrei che la stanza fosse più pulita e la gestione dell'hotel farà di più su di essa. Il personale è buono. In generale, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. È un ristorante indiano appena a piedi (al di fuori dell'hotel a 10 metri) da dove si può ordinare il vostro cibo anche a mezzanotte.

Hotel enorme nel centro di Kuala Lumpur. Strutture superbe con un centro commerciale sotto / annesso. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Bella piscina, con un ristorante italiano a fianco. Executive bar all'ultimo piano (34) C'è molto da fare dentro e intorno all'hotel. Se vuoi un taxi scarica l'app Grab è geniale. La colazione è ottima e soddisfa tutte le nazionalità, probabilmente la migliore che abbia mai avuto. Le torri Petronas sono a 20 minuti a piedi. Il personale è adorabile ed educato. Felice di tenere i bagagli se parti più tardi nel corso della giornata.

Siamo venuti a EQ Kuala Lumpa per la luna di miele. La stanza era grande e molto grande, avevamo una vista meravigliosa e potevi anche vedere le torri di Petrona che stava per salire dal letto. Sfortunatamente, siamo stati lasciati in prigione perché la prima notte di arrivo, dopo un lungo volo, siamo entrati a letto e abbiamo trovato tinture di sangue sul coperchio e sul letto, e siamo stati molto delusi di vedere questo in un hotel così prestigioso. La stessa notte, il giorno dopo, hanno fornito una piastra di frutta come scusa, ma ancora delusa, visto che era la luna di miele, e credo che siamo l'eccezione, piuttosto che la regola, per affrontare questo problema. In termini di posizione, mi sembrava troppo centrale, proprio lungo una grande strada alta, ma voi siete vicini a TUOT. L'hotel stesso è utilizzato molto da aziende, quindi aspettare un sacco di eventi di business durante il vostro soggiorno (ci siamo stati in dicembre così probabilmente il più occupato allora)

This is an excellent spot for those looking for a cost-effective choice while in KL. Super nice facility with extremely clean bathrooms and common areas, as well as large individual capsules for rest. Staff was super nice and accommodating and gave me a bottom bunk bed even though I didn't request it. Also the fact that there is 24/7 concierge is huge for travelers that get in late at night such as myself. Located right next to a 7/11 as well as an in house cafe, I was well stocked and fed for my long days out in the city. Absolutely worth it.

Situazione saggio intorno a meno di 1 km a piedi (un modo) a KLCC. Pelita Nasi Kandar e Lanai Food Truck sono proprio all'opuscolo dell'hotel. È un buon hotel per avere un tempo rilassante con le famiglie. La camera deluxe è buona ma un po 'antica (nvm finché pulita), non troppo spaziosa ma solo buona con 2 adulti più 1 bambino. La camera da bagno è ampia con l'esistenza di un bagno. Ho la migliore vista di KLCC secondo la mia richiesta di prenotazione. La piscina idroterapia è anche un concetto interessante. Il Café di Maya Brasserie per colazione è proprio ok come qualsiasi altro hotel. In generale, ho un soggiorno sorprendente in questo hotel con il suo prezzo ragionevole. It's like staying in an Air BnB. We had a whole 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment to ourselves. The apartment came with plates, utensils, a microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and plenty of toilet paper. The AC worked well and the kids enjoyed watching Mr. Bean on whatever streaming service they had. The location is hard to beat. The other hotels in the area are super fancy and super expensive. The only concern was some signage in and around the building as to the legality of short-term leasing and home stays.

Apartamento bello e moderno. Ho prenotato un 3-bedroom dotato di una piccola cucina e salotto. TV è solo per Netflix & YouTube canale. Canale TV normale non è disponibile. Dispongono di caldaia (nessuna tazza di tè/caffè/acqua con bottiglia), asciugacapelli e asciugamani, asciugacapelli, ferro. La posizione è molto buona, a pochi passi da KLCC, negozi e altri luoghi attraenti. Il parcheggio aperto è disponibile anche davanti al condominio. Si consiglia di chiamare il numero della prenotazione per confermare l'ora di arrivo come si aspettano e guidare cosa fare soprattutto pagare depositi/ fornire il certificato di vax. prima di essere dato le chiavi/password della porta/etc & consentito nell'edificio. Sono molto utili e facili da affrontare. Luogo consigliato 👍🏻

Amorevole ospite mai , il posto è pulito e molto vicino alla torre e zona della città . Amore il luogo e l'ambiente. Confortabile soggiorno mai . Prenotare ancora quando vado KL.
