Hotel in zona Ethnology Of The Malay World Museum, Kuala Lumpur

La posizione era ottima. Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente. La camera era bella, ma c'è la zanzara. Attualmente non è disponibile alcun ristorante in hotel. ma nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti, fast food e minimarket. vicino alla stazione degli autobus e alla stazione LRT. nel complesso l'hotel era buono.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Camera pulita e servizi igienici; grande stanza; servizi completi; il personale è fantastico e disponibile, soprattutto quello che ci ha aiutato nella nostra camera. Eravamo al 25° piano, abbiamo 4 ascensori funzionanti e veloci. Consiglierei questo posto. L'accesso alla piscina era eccezionale. La vista delle torri gemelle e della torre KL era fantastica e la piscina stessa ha una vista panoramica.

Stayed here for a night during a staycation in kl. This new four points is in a the east tower connect to the renaissance Hotel next door. The room I got allocated was on the 23rd floor with good views of klcc. Room was spacious with 2 double beds. Amenities was adequate and bathroom was average sized with a walk in shower. I was initially allocated a room with some workers performing construction work which seem a school boy error but that was quickly rectified by the manager allocating a new room and personally escorting me to the room , got free breakfast as a compensation/ service recovery. Buffet breakfast was extensive with a range of Asian and western options

La camera è pulita, con una vista magnifica! Quando siamo arrivati c'era un sacco di persone nel lobby, ma abbiamo aspettato meno di 10 minuti per controllare perché c'era un sistema di numero efficiente. Ho letto molte recensioni sulla situazione dell'ascensore, ma siamo andati giu' un paio di volte per andare a mangiare, o prendere qualcosa da prendere, e il processo di ascensore era piuttosto liscio. In tutto, un grande soggiorno.

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

Quick check-in and great service, very clean rooms. Nice view from room and swimming pool The point to shout out is the fast and good service as I brought my baby request a bit late check out, they are friendly with it and when we wanna go back to take all the luggages, they are also very responsible to wait for me to pass me my luggages It’s a condo managed different operators so I Recommended this management to anyone interested

I got a late check in since my flight is at midnight and I was told to get my room key inside the drawer (with permission and a photo with my name)unfortunately I cannot find my Name and uts already 2am and the Mad security guard won't let me touch or open the other drawer And asked me to wait until another MAD person came down and open another drawer and Yes my Key was at another drawer So Yeah He won't give me the Key without Paying 200Ringgit (which didn't mention)and I only have a card So now I got my room Key so I went to try it and it took me awhile to enter by the Help of Another MAD person On the next morning in the Lobby the were whispering in there dialect And told me to pay the Deposit, Also need to pay to enter the Skypool so Another MAD person in the pool won't let me enter bcos said it was drizzling but There's people swimming which is I found it so FUNNY They also didn't mention That there's No toiletries so 🤷 u have to bring ur own ...The rest inside the room was OK Clean with a nice view and a big room BUT U have to order a food using GRAB ....Also if u need something u only can chat tru whatsapp ,cannot call For me it's the STAFF not being Friendly they dnt Smile at all Photo is the view from Level 40

La stanza è abbastanza buona, pulita e il personale del desk front è amichevole ma la posizione è abbastanza nuova e vuota per l'ambiente circostante

Questa è la mia seconda volta che vengo qui. vengo qui su 5-6/3/21 con amico e ritorno su 10-11/3/ con famiglia. Si consiglia di scegliere DELUXE PLUS o villa invece di CLASSIC Room. sì classico è il più economico ma non c'è vista che puoi vedere. l'attrazione qui è la piscina e vista del lago. c'è parcheggio gratuito al seminterrato, ma noi sceliamo di avere il confezionamento valet che ci costa rm10 al giorno perché era troppo buio quando la notte. Guarda è grande. Camera è pulita. Calore e aria condizionata funzionano molto bene. Ma astro canale solo 3 canali disponibili che sono cartoni animati e 2 sport. 1 più cose la spazzola dentale deve essere richiesto dalla ricezione. così ridicolo! Non forniranno asciugamani supplementari anche se lei lo chiede. Se l'hotel è pieno di casa potrei essere più comprensivo, ma questo tempo solo poche camere sono occupate. al momento che vengo qui non c'è caffè aperto. Ciò significa che non c'è servizio in camera. MINES in front @ ordine da consegna di cibo. per colazione hanno esternalizzato da altre partite. solo nasi lemak disponibile@RM10 & saranno inviati nella tua stanza alle 8:00. La piscina non sembra veramente pulita, anche se hanno detto che avevano appena pulito la piscina. le palle sono anche molto sporche. ma molto vale la pena per la foto. bella scena. alla notte ci sono luce colorata nella piscina fino a mezzanotte. TIPO: se si sceglie la sala CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS, si prega di chiedere al livello 4. perché la notte è molto buio e livello 4 è dove si trova il lobby. quindi non sarà troppo spaventoso per raccogliere il vostro cibo dal cavaliere di consegna di cibo

Mercure Glennmarie is one of my favourite hotel whenever I'm on biz travel to KL. Everything was fine. Besides, some improvements are needed as listed below. 1. For the bathroom without the partition, the water mostly may covered half of the floor. This is hazardous and slippery. I fell once when walking with slipper into the wet bathroom. Hope the management can consider putting an anti slip mat in front of the basin. 2. The crew in the breakfast area seem to be talking too loud and making joke with each others during the service. It seem to be lack of professionalism in their roles. More strict discipline enforcement are required. Others area are perfect. Keep up with a good works.
