Il ventilatore di scarico del bagno sembra rotto o installato inversamente, quando si apre il commutatore di scarico (il ventilatore di scarico e di luce), l'odore/odore ”incredibile” proveniente dal ventilatore di scarico. Ho chiamato il servizio due volte, ma solo si sprayono l'odore, Dicono che chiamerà l'ingegnere, 1030pm aspettare fino alle 12 e dicono che l'ingegnere non è libero/ ancora in servizio in altre stanze. Immagina il bagno/dubbio e non posso usare il ventilatore di scarico, mi sento vertiginoso, ho prenotato questo hotel cuz, ho bisogno di rilassarmi e di godere del bagno, ma purtroppo non posso. - Perché non mi fai pensare che non si ripara? La stanza è pulita, l'interno è molto bello, ma l'odore ci fa non godere.

I stayed 2 days in Carnhill for conference. It is very near to MITEC. There is no food at the hotel in the morning as the restaurant opens for breakfast at 11 am. Basically no facilities in the hotel. It is quite an old hotel. The TV has no channel to watch, only 1 Malay channel. The counter Chinese lady and a Malay guy are both very helpful as I lost my handphone on a Saturday night. The guy helped me to locate the phone and finally found in my friend's car. Very much appreciated his help.

Booked a double room but got triple room. The traffic was bad on Saturday night. Parking also not easy to find. So if you’re driving, be mindful of your arrival time. Check-in and check-out was easy. Lift was out of order so have to take the stairs up to the second floor. Room was okay for the price. I though the room was non smoking. Somehow got ashtray inside. So got smell of cigarettes. Water pressure was so bad. Got leaking pipe also in the bathroom.

L'hotel più sorprendente. L'arte in tutto, dai pannelli d'oro al tetto, è meraviglioso. Il livello R con piscina e sala da pranzo è sorprendente! Il pick-up dell'hotel mi ha reso tutto facile. Poi il mio conducente mi ha portato al mercato alimentare più pulito con cibo glorioso!! Kamping Barru

Mixed Experience at AMI Suite: Acceptable Room Condition but Disappointing Jacuzzi Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) I recently stayed a night at AMI Suite on 26th June and had a mixed experience overall. While the room condition and facilities were acceptable, I was quite disappointed with the Jacuzzi experience. Additionally, the maintenance of the Jacuzzi and the number of people using it left much to be desired. Let's start with the positives. The room itself was in decent condition, clean, and adequately furnished. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and I had no major complaints about the overall room experience. The facility as a whole seemed well-maintained, with friendly staff readily available to assist with any queries or concerns. However, my experience with the Jacuzzi was a letdown. Firstly, the Jacuzzi itself was in poor condition. It seemed worn out, and the water temperature control was not functioning properly. The water jets were weak, which significantly diminished the relaxing experience I had hoped for. It was disappointing to find that the Jacuzzi did not live up to its advertised standards. Furthermore, the number of people using the Jacuzzi was overwhelming. It appeared that the facility was unable to manage the demand, as the Jacuzzi was overcrowded during my visit. This resulted in a less-than-pleasant atmosphere, with noise and limited personal space. It would have been beneficial if the management had imposed a limit on the number of guests allowed in the Jacuzzi area to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Lastly, the maintenance of the Jacuzzi left much to be desired. There were noticeable cleanliness issues, and it seemed that the facility was not properly maintained. Considering the number of people using the Jacuzzi, it is essential for regular cleaning and upkeep to ensure a hygienic environment. In conclusion, while the room condition and overall facilities at AMI Suite were acceptable, the Jacuzzi experience was a disappointment. The Jacuzzi's poor condition, overcrowding, and lack of maintenance significantly impacted the overall enjoyment. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the Jacuzzi experience for future guests.

Tutto bene & nessuna denuncia da parte del mio amico. Quindi penso sia buono & ripetiamo già questo hotel di bilancio per 2 volte! Molto economico.

For Chinese or Fans of Chinese Food there is the famous Hokaido Seafood directly opposite, walkable distance . Authenthic seafood taste, price is decent.

Il posto è vicino a 2 centri con molte cose da mangiare e supermercati. È in una zona atas e si sente abbastanza sicuro. Il concierge è molto buona atteggiamento e aiuto. Anche ha dato un aggiornamento della stanza gratuita. Ascensori sono molto veloce e nessun problema di congestione. In generale una grande soggiorno

Lobby located on the 9th Floor on top of Sunway Putra Mall with easy access to nearby public transport and a walking distance to LRT station CHECK-IN: - Late check in, waited for few guests during check-in around 11.45pm (Sunday 25Feb2024), which took a while - Free room upgrade, which i really appreciate by one male FO, there are one male and one female, both malay front office was on duty at that time - Staff Quite Friendly - Reasonable price ROOM/SERVICE: - Well-maintained, comfortable and very clean room - Spacious room - Fascinating view of Pool facing KLCC and Kuala Lumpur town center view. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotel for Healing.. would recommend to everyone. Special Thanks to the FO on duty during my check in.

We book triple sharing room... but thus is the room given.. then once complained, were offered 2 sharing rooms... but still disappointed as it's not as per our plan.. the lady who spoke to me also so sarcastic cz ask us to refund the money if dont like... but time was abt 7pm at that time...so out of no options we stayed there.. then Mr Din offered complementary breakfast... its good gesture... but still the breakfast is not nice at all... the fishball n fishcake serve cold for mee soup.. totally not a good stay cause not up to our expectation...still wondering how a booked room can be fully taken... what's the point of our booking...
