**Review of VE Hotel & Residences Kuala Lumpur** I had the pleasure of staying at VE Hotel & Residences in Kuala Lumpur recently, and it was a fantastic experience. A great hotel in Bangsar South with superior basic qualities of a hotel but without the luxury, their concept is clean, self service and affordable. Parking rate is at RM6 flat.

It's our 1st time to stay in this Hotel even though we used to stay in Amari Watergate but now it's just called Amari Bangkok whenever we went to Bangkok, Thailand. A very quiet hotel in a peaceful location maybe it's a weekend! Still a very new & very nice hotel. Nice and very clean room we had at 15th Floor, 1509! Great breakfast with good spread, delicious foods & friendly staff. Nice swimming pool though we didn't swim! Very Happy to come back again for our weekend staycation to this hotel as it's just a walking distance to Garden & MidValleyMall and to LRT Station, Abdullah Hukum. Somehow, whenever I switched on the TV, it greeted me with a wrong name maybe the previous customer! Luckily, it's a man's name, otherwise my wife maybe suspicious😂😂😂!

The room was rather small though but it was modern and clean, equipped with comfortable bedding, a TV, and high-speed WiFi. This hotel is a perfect choice for shopaholics, business travelers, and families who want a seamless stay in a bustling shopping district. With easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, it offers a one-of-a-kind urban experience.

Location attached to mid valley mall, convenient for shopping. Foods at Isetan top floor & dim sum at Hans were fantastic. But no hotel car park, park at the mall, very inconvenient if u have luggages. Room was clean. Concierge’s seevice was good. But the receptionist wasnt friendly at all, felt like she was working in a “non-private” department.

Experience The overall experience was outstanding, thanks to the apartment's cleanliness, spacious layout, and home-like atmosphere. The comfortable furnishings and well-designed space created a relaxing environment, perfect for both short and long stays. Services The services provided were efficient and well-organized. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any inquiries were promptly addressed.

The worst receptionist and manager at there, close the check counter at 10pm, when called no answer. Then how i am supposed to verify my check in timing and ask details. The best part, when went there, the security guard has to phonr on the manager where he is staying there itself. After 20 mins he came down n was told bookings under trip is no more available, then WTH you all still inside trip.com. stupidity beyond sky limits. He just told me off ask trip.comto refund n walked off, i mean like seriously!!!. Its either the trip.com take this hotel out from the app , if not u all gona look very2 bad in the public eye, im avid user of this app, but my patience tolerance is a peak. I wouldnt mind to make a nuisance out of this matter . Thank you

Is a decent hotel but do not expect much in terms of service. Room size is big but cleanliness has more room to improve. They played Christmas music on the room floor lobby so loud that I can even hear it in my room ( my room is not the nearest to the lift lobby) and had to call on two days to ask them to lower the volume. The cafe has limited choices on their menu. Will I come back? Yes if I need to do business around that area but is not a hotel that I will want to stay if I have a choice.
