Nice hotel to stay at kl centre near to chow kit, nearby has shops for food and convenient store. Overall a good hotel to stay with powerful shower for those who need strong water pressure.

Excellent location with lots of eateries and shopping around. Need to highlight to arriving tax/grab drivers as the drop off walkway is really tiny.Fantastic staff and restaurant service staff.

The hotel is well designed and styled but doesn’t have a lot of facilities. However, the service and breakfast is good, so overall it was a good experience

The Chow Kit is in a beautifully restored old building. I love all the little details -- from the lights in the corridor to my room, to the interior design of my room (I was in one of the Dens). The care that's gone into the conservation of this old building and the interior design of the common spaces and the room -- I would say this left a strong impression on me. I do wish that a similar degree of care was shown in the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, I found a layer of dust on some of the objects in my room. The fridge wasn't functioning. The TV main switch wasn't on (and I couldn't see it as it was behind the TV on the wall). However, these issues were speedily resolved after I rang the hotel staff. I also wish that there's provision of a kettle and some tea bags and/or instant coffee. I had to ask for a kettle because I needed hot water for my medication and one was sent along to me in a very short time. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the Chow Kit. The staff at the hotel bar, restaurant and front desk were courteous and helpful.  

This is my new year trip with my family and stay at this Chowkit hotel. I’m high recommended for this hotel cause they serve with bar and nice food. But something wrong with their air conditioner. Anywhere I will go to stay again. Happy new year.

Amazing stay at the chow kit hotel. Food is good, stay is wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, and while there were some standout features, there were also a few areas for improvement. The staff were great, particularly the young guy Chen, who was extremely helpful. The food and drinks at the hotel were also super yummy. However, there were some drawbacks. Parking was a nightmare, and I had to park outside the hotel for 25RM. The noise from the cars and motorcycles was also extremely loud and went on until 4+ am. Additionally, the room was very dim, and there were some notable omissions, such as a bidet and toothbrush/toothpaste. I was also disappointed with the view from my room. I had booked the KL Den with KL City View specifically to see the monorail, but was given a room on the 1st floor with a large tree blocking the view. I found this to be misleading, as the hotel's advertisement clearly shows a view of the monorail. My room looked different from the one advertised too. TV was placed in an awkward position. You either stand and watch or seat pull up the chair provided against the wall to watch it.

It was a really good experience and I definitely recommend this hotel as a best location and affordable price to stay in KL.The service was great,staff was friendly and greeted us warmly.The cleanliness was 10/10,but just to mention there is no bidet provided in the bathroom hahaha but the other amenities was good

The location of this place is excellent, offering convenience and easy access to key spots, making it a prime choice for those who value proximity. However, the amenities leave much to be desired. Basic facilities are either poorly maintained or lacking altogether, which can significantly impact overall satisfaction. A missed opportunity for me!
