Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences

L'hotel si trova dietro il Pavilion Bukit Bintang, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Pavilion. La camera era così confortevole e pulita. La struttura era molto ben tenuta e vi sentirete come un nuovo hotel. Fai il check-in molto velocemente. La colazione era deliziosa con varie scelte. C'è anche un parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti della casa. Pullman KLCC ben fatto.

Just opposite the Pavillion, can access by goto next block hotel with link bridge to pavilion 👍Family with stroller. Apartment size spacious. My kids love the bathtub. Breakfast 8/10

Comfortable for staycation The location is just a short walk from the MRT Putrajaya station, making it easy to reach by public transportation

Perfect location in the heart of KL. 2-3 mins walk into Pavillion Mall so location gets 5 stars. Rooms - Clean. But on the older side. Especially kitchen and bathroom. Annoying little bugs all over kitchen. Screws coming loose on toilet seat. Paint chipping on bathtub. Service - We arrived a bit late at night and had to go in to ask for someone to come out and the bags. And bags didn't come to room for 20 mins after check-in. We requested for a baby cot on arrival. Asked the first night. Asked the second night. Never got that. Have to always ask in and request concierge to collect bags from car. Not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast - Decent but not exceptional. Not even close to the same level as, say Pullman Bangkok. But still on par with other average breakfast buffets. Slow service in terms of bringing baby chairs and cleaning tables.

Room was nice and clean.. daily cleaning was timely and prompt.. walking distance to Pavilion and Bukit Bintang area hence easy for family with children.. Swimming pool area was pretty small but acceptable.. Breakfast range was not that fantastic, no live stations for eggs need to purchase ala carte, but the rest of the food were pretty acceptable.. reception staffs were nice, helpful n friendly..

The whole experience with the hotel was horrible. Strong chemical smell in the room, window can’t open and the bathroom floods every time we bath! The lobby is new and shiny but the room is old and tired. When we entered the room, we found a note saying that the hotel is currently under renovation. If we knew it before we book, we would never choose this hotel! The aircon from the room smells horrible, full of chemical smell. To the point that the next day when we woke up, we had severe headache, teary eyes, itchy throat and very bad nausea. The shower floods after every single bath, the water got all over the bathroom floor, dripped all the way to the sink and toilet area. I almost fell down 2 times after walking out from the shower! I can’t imagine if it was an elserly guest living in this room who didn’t have a quick reflex on a slippery floor then what could have happened! (See pictures for flooded floor) When we complained to the front desk and asked to change to another room, the lady staff told us no room available despite when I checked on trip for the exact same room there are still rooms available (see pictures for room available on dates selected). She promised to ask the cleaner to help us open the window, put some air fresheners and a humidifier machine in our room to deal with the smell. We went out for the day and when we came back, nothing changed! Window still can’t open, room still smells horrible and no air fresheners or any machine to help. It was so severe that we had to open the main door for some air and turn off the aircon. We got trip to call them to ask for room change, hotel still refused! We immediately checked out the next day despite still having 2 more nights at the hotel. We got charged 50rm as tourism tax for all 5 booking nights despite early checkout. When I asked why I got charged the tax for 5 nights, the staff just said I have to contact Trip to ask! Hello! This tax charge is from your country and you have the responsibility to explain it! Very irresponsible reply and poor management, not expected from a 5-star hotel! I will never recommend this hotel!

After Renovations. The room so comfortable. & clean. The price is not expensive. Breakfast also many choices ..
