L'hotel era situato in una posizione molto strategica e molto vicino al NU sentral dove si potevano trovare cibo e servizi nelle vicinanze. L'hotel offre anche un parcheggio gratuito, ma era un po' spaventoso guidare con l'ascensore fino al seminterrato. Ha bisogno dell'assistenza della guardia di sicurezza per stare con te. A parte il parcheggio è tutto ok.

Friendly service at the front reception. Especially the Indian lady, such a warm person. Location is strategic, ofc lah kan, nearby nu sentral, kl sentral. Breakfast not bad, we had nasik lemak with the samosa. But the hotel is located next to a busy road. So please expect loud noises from the traffic. Our room was located at level 8, and we can hear the mrt and some buzzing sound in the room.

Good hotel to stay for those who had plan go to airport. Near to the hotel

The staff really helpful and nice. Parking also available, private, and free. Its also near to kl city. Room quite big also, nice, clean, and tidy.

Room: Spacious. Iron, hair dryer, electric kettle & mini refrigerator are in the room. The room & toilet are clean. The room is carpeted. Staff: The security officer & the front office staff (Priya) are courteous and friendly. Breakfast: We had breakfast outside the cafe, very cozy and relaxing. There were nasi lemak, bihun noodles, toasted bread, porridge, and fruit. A deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in. The hotel is about 500m away from the KL Sentral entrance and NU mall. The area has plenty of restaurants. Cons: In my room, the aircon was not working well. Luckily there was a ceiling fan that I could use. I was too lazy to change room.

Great hotel though its a bit outdated. Receptuons is friendly and fast. Overall,good stay.

Location is better that others around the KL central areas. It is further than the others but is quiet.. They however forgot to clean my room on my first day...

Decent hotel but u will have a hard time to find a parking if you drive up. They would have reserved areas for their hotel guests and also a special carpark at the basement. But when the night I came back late, I saw the open car park reserved for guests were fully packed. So I seek for the basement carpark. I approached the counter staff and they told me the basement carpark is full too. I asked then where do you want me to park my car. There’s no nearby available lot. I purposely took this hotel as they have a parking for the hotel and I explained that to her which for her it was a redundant info. End of the day, it was the security uncle who was very kind enough to help us and allocated a place for me to park my car.

1. I want to commend Rajish for being nice. He is the bell-guard. He told us where to get an easy access of the MRT, food outlets etc. He also helped us book a taxi thru Airasia Drive when we checked out. 2. To Suman, he is soooo sweet. He is a Nepali waiter at the Scott Hotel Cafe-Restaurant. He kept asking how our food was, making sure we got what we ordered for breakfast. He got the sweetest smile for everybody who are coming into the restaurant to eat. THE OWNER IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE NEPALI STAFF IN HIS RESTAURANT. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING. 3. Our room was spacious. Salute to the rain shower in our room. The water pressure was amazing. WE DIDNT USE THE AIRCON AS THE FAN WAS SO PERFECT which made the ventilation not suffocating. 4. The hotel is near the MRT station. There is also minimart at the gas station nearby. Highly recommended. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit. (FILIPINO GUESTS)

Scott hotel located at jalan tun sanbathan nearby KL Sentral. Parking is available at B1,B2. Room is clean and well maintained.

Had a different experience with car lift for parking space. Friendly staffs and clean environment. 👍
