OTTIMO SOGGIORNO COME SEMPRE. MOLTO PULITO E OTTIMI SERVIZI. POSIZIONE COMODA A SOLI 3 MINUTI A PIEDI DAL CENTRO COMMERCIALE DI EMRATES E DALLA METROPOLITANA. UNO SPORTS BAR MOLTO VIVACE CON BUONA MUSICA E CIBO/BEVANDE

A parte il fumo di sigaretta nella hall e a volte negli ascensori, il servizio era generalmente buono.

È un piacere per me andare in questo hotel. Ogni anno ci soggiorno per prendermi del tempo per me stessa dopo o prima di festeggiare il mio compleanno con i miei amici. Lavoro a Dubai da 11 anni e sto creando bei ricordi qui, quindi ho scelto di investire felicità, non denaro. È una decisione del mio cuore e mi sento a mio agio a soggiornare in questo hotel. Molto accomodante, il personale è gentile e mi svegliano con una torta a sorpresa. Non dimenticherò i ricordi e la felicità che investo qui. Essere soli non significa essere infelici. Scegliere di essere felici dipende da noi. Da noi stessi, dalla nostra scelta, dalla nostra felicità. Grazie citymax per il soggiorno di una notte che ha soddisfatto il mio obiettivo annuale durante il mio compleanno. Vi scelgo perché il mio cuore lo ha scelto. Dio ci benedica.

.Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata soddisfacente a causa di diversi problemi di servizio. Il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno, ho chiesto al personale di pulizia di pulire la mia stanza. Nonostante avessi lasciato un biglietto sulla porta e informato sia il personale di pulizia che la reception, la mia richiesta non è stata soddisfatta. La pulizia della stanza era scadente, il che è stato molto deludente. Inoltre, quando ho prolungato il mio soggiorno tramite l'app il giorno seguente, ho ricevuto numerose chiamate dal vostro staff a partire dalle 9:00, che mi ricordavano di scendere per ritirare nuove chiavi e pagare i servizi. Queste chiamate continuavano ogni mezz'ora, il che era estremamente dirompente. Ero già molto stanco e non avevo dormito bene la notte precedente, quindi questo disturbo mi ha reso difficile riposare. Spero che possiate risolvere questi problemi per migliorare l'esperienza dei futuri ospiti.

My fav. Place at Al Barsha ... I stayed at this hotel 6 times!

It's a nice place to stay during off time.relaxing and peaceful room.We enjoyed our stay and had a really great time. One thing only that catches my attention is in the bathroom, there's a lack of bathroom necessities such as soap and dental kit which other hotels that I booked for the past days were present in the bathroom. So far it's a nice place to stay.

They should take in to consideration about giving some water i ask then 3 tomes but they didn’t give me e en one

Best location. Walkable to Mall of the Emirates. Decent food and wide variety for the cost.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice place with a perfect location near the metro station and shopping mall. if you faced any problem or difficulties, it is enough to ask about Mr. Ahmed (the manager of the night staff) he is always available at the reception and he is so helpful and friendly man.

Location is great as it’s close to mall of the emirates. Rooms are a bit outdated and staff not the quickest.
