Always my favourite hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Central location and friendly staff. Easy process for check in and check out. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed too.

The room that we stay is great, facing merdeka 118 is a bonus for us

Love this hotel. Spacious. Great staff. Nearby to eateries. No complaints. If you like pool, just be aware it's small. For kids, they might enjoy. Gym, well equipped.

One of favourite hotel to stay when trip to Kuala Lumpur is Ancasa Hotel & Spa. Room very nice especially if get room view KL Tower and Maybank Building (nice view especially at night). Almost more 10 trip to KL, will stay here. Staff very helpfull & friendly, f&b very delicious. Hotel area nearest with LRT, MRT, UTC Pudu, Petaling Street and almost just walking if want to eat at nearest kedai makan. Good location , near MRT, near restaurant. Guardian and Watson in walking distance. Room is clean and spacious.

Arrived late from the northern region at 3:45 AM due to heavy traffic since it's Raya holiday. Just a quick pit stop here before continuing our journey to the East Coast on the next day. The front desk was very helpful and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and I got a room with the KL Tower and KLCC view. Plus, all the basic amenities were provided. Got a swimming pool too but did not have the chance to check it out. Overall, the hotel was great plus it is near Petaling Street.

We stayed in Ancasa last April 9-12,2024. Supposedly, we plan to stay there for 2 days only, but when we arrived at the hotel, it looked like a five star but cheap value for your money. From lobby, the smell was just relaxing. The people were all nice and friendly. We were transferred to a room with a nice view after the aircon had some malfunctioning but fixed immediately. The Manager in day shift, Ms. Mel was helpful in many ways. The experience we had were superb and for keeps! The location was just few steps to chinatown, hop on hop off, and train station. I will definitely come back to KL and choose the same hotel all over again.

Stay for a short course so it will be a cozy place to have a good rest..

The official check-out time is 12pm noon, but no idea that the keycard is not allowed to enter room at 11:30am.

I booked one day for my stay to participate in KLSCM marathon, I stayed at L2, overall experience is positive especially services, the front desk is helpful and attentive, the location is good near Chinatown.

Random staycation here when we were shawarma-food hunting in KL. Great experience! Big room, complete amenities, shower & shampoo gel smells nice, they have wardrobe and mini fridge too. But the fridge is dirty and I have informed the staffs to clean them up. Receptionist is very friendly and even attend to our request for city view thus we got Menara Maybank & Menara KL view. Parking is provided RM10 upon checkout. Didn’t manage to try out buffet in their cafe, will come back next time!

Staff is friendly. Just a short walk to Chinatown Petaling Street, many eateries. Overall is good.
