Mixed Experience at AMI Suite: Acceptable Room Condition but Disappointing Jacuzzi Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) I recently stayed a night at AMI Suite on 26th June and had a mixed experience overall. While the room condition and facilities were acceptable, I was quite disappointed with the Jacuzzi experience. Additionally, the maintenance of the Jacuzzi and the number of people using it left much to be desired. Let's start with the positives. The room itself was in decent condition, clean, and adequately furnished. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and I had no major complaints about the overall room experience. The facility as a whole seemed well-maintained, with friendly staff readily available to assist with any queries or concerns. However, my experience with the Jacuzzi was a letdown. Firstly, the Jacuzzi itself was in poor condition. It seemed worn out, and the water temperature control was not functioning properly. The water jets were weak, which significantly diminished the relaxing experience I had hoped for. It was disappointing to find that the Jacuzzi did not live up to its advertised standards. Furthermore, the number of people using the Jacuzzi was overwhelming. It appeared that the facility was unable to manage the demand, as the Jacuzzi was overcrowded during my visit. This resulted in a less-than-pleasant atmosphere, with noise and limited personal space. It would have been beneficial if the management had imposed a limit on the number of guests allowed in the Jacuzzi area to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Lastly, the maintenance of the Jacuzzi left much to be desired. There were noticeable cleanliness issues, and it seemed that the facility was not properly maintained. Considering the number of people using the Jacuzzi, it is essential for regular cleaning and upkeep to ensure a hygienic environment. In conclusion, while the room condition and overall facilities at AMI Suite were acceptable, the Jacuzzi experience was a disappointment. The Jacuzzi's poor condition, overcrowding, and lack of maintenance significantly impacted the overall enjoyment. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the Jacuzzi experience for future guests.

Good hotel. Good view. Affordable, cheap, nice viee. Near attractions. Free parking.

Our accommodations featured a beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and comfortably appointed room with a fully equipped kitchen and convenient washer/dryer. However, the extended wait times (5-10 minutes) for the elevator, as noted in prior reviews, proved to be accurate. While the hotel offered a large, family-friendly pool and a smaller, quieter alternative on a different floor, the gym's limited equipment was a notable shortcoming. Further issues included an inadequately adjustable air conditioning unit directly facing the bed, disruptive hallway and adjoining room door noises, and an underwhelming breakfast selection. The a la carte breakfast, limited to a single item from seven basic choices (e.g., Bolognese, waffle, or bagel), was also less expensive when purchased directly at the hotel. Ultimately, while the room's décor and amenities were commendable, the other issues prompted us to relocate to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.

Staff were very nice to arrange me stay at top of AMI suites 41 floor. Heard so many firework for the night a great way to count down for chinese new year. Wishing great business for this hotel. Just didn't manage to use all facility during our 2 night stay which is a pity cause i was too tired to do anything the moment i checked in.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I regretted moving to another hotel . Very good for long stay nice view I would rebook and recommend very beautiful and lovely entertainment.

Overall ok. Lift waiting time slightly longer especially during peak hours.

Good location, friendly staff, good service provided, easy to access  Washing machine, jug kettle, microwave, fridge, iron & ironing board …. all provided 👍

Nice hotel with lots of facilities to explore. Room were nice and clean. Parking is free too and lots of parking space. Location is very convenient too.

A perfect place to stay especially if you are attending conferences at the nearby MITEC. Nothing beats waking up later and taking a stroll of under 10 min to get to the venue, and back, without all the traffic jams. The service apartment is well appointed and clean, with the best views of KL. I did not get to use the recreation pool , sky pool and sky gym, but they open to all guests. I fully appreciated the well stocked mini mart too, which open till late. Ill be back!

The general cleanliness of the place is terribly horrifying and worrying. Firstly the carpet and the sofa is extremely dirty and disgusting as visible stain is everywhere on the surface. Secondly, the bed is dirty and dusty as well. After sleeping in on the first night of my stay, few of us has general itchiness over our body and developed into hives, whether there is present of bed bug is highly suspicious. Thirdly, we requested for a top out from the reception for a few ammenities, the deliver was not prompt and they just simply put the amenities on the floor outside the door. Lastly, the deposit for the stay was almost forgotten by the receptionist during the check out.

I’ve always love to stay with AMI with the perfect scenery. Recommended hotel to stay.
