Ottima posizione con parcheggio della struttura , ambienti curati ma struttura un po' datata, avrei preferito avere in camera cuffietta per la doccia , ciabatte e accappatoio. Ottima e varia colazione preparata al momento .

Hotel was very convenient for everything. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good. Ate in coachhouse next door and food and atmosphere were good. I felt the hotel could have done with a wee bit of updating decor. But great stay, will def return.

Very central hotel. Stayed in a twin Cosy room. Looked out to train station. Walked in and first impression was poor as the one window was filthy looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very, very long time. Room was clean but very basic. Tea & coffee in room which I like. Iron and ironing board which was good also. Parts of the hotel look dated a but tired, not like what is shown in the tv advert. Room was very hot but there was a fan in the room which was helpful as it was needed. Breakfast was delicious, I would stay again because of the location. The staff at check in were very helpful especially when I arrived and there was no space in the car park. Although we didn’t eat in the hotel it looked like they served lovely food. Live entertainment in the bar of hotel on Saturday night. Lovely courtyard area if you want to sit outside or have a walk around. All In all it was pleasant enough, I’d go back just a real shame about how filthy the bedroom window was couldn’t look out to enjoy the view.

Excellent hotel

Service was above and beyond. Food was excellent. Only one down side room was a bit dusty light switches floor not to clean. However everything else was great.

Possibly the worst nights sleep in a hotel I've had in a long long time, are you suppose to use bricks to make a mattress? The walls were so thin that I got to listen to the guy next door belting out the snores for the next 2 hours, we wanted to leave but when we got to reception we asked if we could have breakfast earlier than we booked (thinking we would have a lie in), but alass, she felt no sympathy for our broken backs, and said we would have to hang about for an hour, and told us that was a new mattress, very over priced for the one thing you want from a hotel........... a good night sleep. Couldn't get out of there fast enough, paid for our parking (yup paid 5 quid to park up for 24hrs). Enchanted forest was amazing, shame this hotel brought the trip down.

Excelente personal, muy amables, nos recibieron con una copa de whisky o ginebra, a elección. Camas muy cómodas y muy limpias
