Excellent hotel. Looks brand new. Service was excellent. Ask for anything and you will get it in a jiffy. The internet was the fastest free internet I've ever experienced. Multiple devices including laptops and is still super fast. Highly recommended.

superb location - just have to cross the road and you will find yourself at Pavilion (Bukit Bintang). room is clean, spacious and quiet; could work peacefully without any issues. bed is firm enough that it provides great support. only issue being pillows are too soft. otherwise, would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 8 days 7 nights. I have skin allergy but they keep it to very clean and staff are generally friendly. Love that our request for a particular room is being served. Thank you and will definitely return again very soon.

Great location. Next to Pavillion and going to KLCC is connected by air-conditioned bridge.
Breakfast is standard Novotel. Counter staff is accomodating for request of late check out.

Very good location in center of Kul Lumpur, If you want go to Pavilion shopping center just take walk about 3 minitius. Convenient and friendly service is my best recommend.

Went there for a concert at KLCC. Was such a convenient place because it was just a ten minutes walk from the hotel to KLCC. Had to find the bridge outside the hotel to go there but once you find the bridge, it was clearcut where it was. To the left of the hotel, there is an escalator up to Pavilion. And unlike the other side of Pavilion which was packed with people, there wasnt a crowd here and I love it!
The receptionist was friendly. Though she gave me a heart attack saying there wasnt any reservation under my name. Then they found out it was under my husbands surname. Was gonna cry but all is well.
Hotel is normal, clean, no bathtub. Room service was good. Ordered food in because it was too late to grabfood. The food was delicious. And portion was huge. Could barely finish it.
Breakfast was alright. Not fantastic but enough to fill us up before starting the day. The nescafe tarik was superb!
All in all, i enjoyed the stay there. And i love the convenience.
