Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per questo hotel situato proprio nel cuore del quartiere moderno nel centro di Kuala Lumpur. Tutto di altissimo livello, dal cibo nei due ristoranti, alla zona ricreativa: i nostri bambini non volevano più andarsene. La cosa più apprezzata da noi genitori: la spa, e la vista dalla camera, con le Petronas Tower illuminate in primo piano.

For those seeking for family trips this hotel is a must,bunk bed for the kids,pools with slide are one stop centre for families with kid's, my kid's are really enjoying their time in here while my wife going for the spa,furthermore it close to twin tower and plenty of other attractions in Kuala Lumpur,the staff also was very nice and willing to assist you on anything you got in your mind.

The breakfast is delicious, the staff is very attentive, the fitness center is of excellent quality, the swimming pool is beautiful, the room is well-designed and decorated, I like the work desk and the design of the room is very impressive, it is worth the price paid. For Four Points in Phuket, Patong area, the hotel looks beautiful, but the walkway design is narrow, inconvenient to walk. At night, I woke up to go to the bathroom, hit the edge of the door post, and my eyebrow was broken. I had to go to the hospital to get more than 10 stitches. I informed the receptionist, but the hotel management did not take any responsibility. I felt bad and was not impressed with the services of Four Points in Patong, Phuket. This is a true story that happened during a seminar at the hotel. The topic was "service design". But when I actually experienced it myself, I felt that the hotel design there focused on the number of rooms and not on the convenience of the customers at all. I can say with full confidence that I was not even a little bit impressed.

The best family orientated hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are based on various amenities provided for the kid; kids club, kids playground, kid water slide & kid theme park 👍🏼 Along with huge swimming pool which could accommodate all the parents & kids. There are 2 types of water slide for us adults to ride with our kids ☺️ Not forgetting the hotel wide breakfast spread 😊 Will definitely to revisit ♥️ Points added to...warm welcome & a red rose since it was mother's day, 11th May 2025. Disappointing experience despite great service at front desk. While the hotel itself looks good and the location is convenient, several things really let our stay down. First, a shoutout to Royce at the front desk — his service was excellent and he made check-in smooth and welcoming. However, that’s where the positives ended. The shower temperature regulator didn’t work properly — it was either scalding hot or freezing cold, making it almost impossible to enjoy a proper shower. The pillows were far too soft, and both of us woke up with neck pain every day. We requested firmer alternatives, but they never arrived. To top it off, we were charged $3 per piece of cutlery, and ended up paying $6 for two plastic plates just because we wanted to eat in our room. For a hotel of this level, this felt like a cheap and petty move — something I’ve never experienced at any other 4-star+ hotel. It’s a shame because I would have considered rebooking based on the location and initial impression, but these oversights and questionable charges have made me reluctant to return.

This hotel is very suitable for kids,especially the kids pool,playground & kids room (kids room have staff to teach them for some art 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼) Bed and pillow is comfortable & clean. Staff is very good service too 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Breakfast was so delicious and alot of variaty to choose,i like their white coffee & fresh food juice. Chicken porridge also yummy 👍🏼👍🏼

Very clean and cozy, near the Twin Tower and several tourists spot. The swimming pool and fitness is good.

Indoor and outdoor playground 🛝 swimming pools provide endless fun for kids. suitable for children and families. Happy Time with family. We will come back again.

We enjoyed the stay overall but I believe the stay could have been much better if the hotel can improve their customer service. Most of the staff would benefit from more training. They didn't seem very happy doing their jobs, and the chef didn't prepare food based who was first in line at breakfast. Not on par with international standards. I would still stay again but with my expectations managed.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our stay: First, we ordered a pizza for our kids, hoping to save some for the next day. When we asked the hotel staff to warm up the leftovers, they refused, stating they couldn’t heat food delivered from outside. While I understand there may be policies, this left our kids hungry, which was incredibly disappointing. A little flexibility for families traveling with children would have gone a long way. Second, we requested our room to be cleaned before stepping out for the day. We returned at 10 PM, only to find the room untouched. After calling the reception, they sent three staff members to clean, but at that hour, who wants to deal with housekeeping? We were exhausted and just wanted to rest. We also asked for fresh towels, but the whole situation left us very frustrated. It felt like our request was completely ignored until we followed up, which shouldn’t be the case in a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast was another letdown. I’d rate it a maximum of 3 stars—very basic, with limited options and nothing special to make it memorable. For a hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, I expected much better quality and variety, especially for families. Lastly, the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. No one at the entrance smiled or greeted us when we returned, making the hotel feel more like a busy mall than a welcoming place to stay. There was no sense of “coming home” after a long day of exploring the city, which is something I value in a hotel experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre, especially for families with kids. The lack of flexibility with food, poor service response, subpar breakfast, and unwelcoming vibe made our stay frustrating. Families might find their kids going hungry, and the overall experience falls short of what you’d expect from a Sheraton property. We won’t be returning.

Family friendly hotel located strategically within city centre. Less than 15 mins walk to KLCC. Big pool for kids with floats available from the hotel. Breakfast offers variety of choices on weekends morning. Only setback is 2 double bed for families of four would be challenging to fit comfortably.

Located at city center, near mrt. Provided towel at pool side. Staff are friendly. Just that no free parking (but is flat rate RM10 per day for multiple entry). Facing issue for turn off bathroom light but engineering team provide very prompt response and fix the issue in very short while. Kids friendly hotel with good pool equipment and playgroud as well. The checkout time at 12pm allowed us to have ample time to prepare and tidy up which is an bonus point.

Good environment, the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.
