Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per questo hotel situato proprio nel cuore del quartiere moderno nel centro di Kuala Lumpur. Tutto di altissimo livello, dal cibo nei due ristoranti, alla zona ricreativa: i nostri bambini non volevano più andarsene. La cosa più apprezzata da noi genitori: la spa, e la vista dalla camera, con le Petronas Tower illuminate in primo piano.

Great hotel for families with young kids. Staff is responsive and fast and easy parking and availability for Grab taxis as well. Love the playground and pool but not enough chairs and rest area but will come again due to service and convenience. Booked 3 rooms and was given a room with a fantastic view of the twin towers.

Baby cot provided and help to lower the level. Parking flat rate RM10 but need to validate at lobby. Outdoor facilities is very good for kids but rainy day in the morning so not able to enjoy it.

The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good. The view from our rooms were awesome. We were given the 15th floor for the first day. As the shower system was not functioning well, we moved to the 18th floor the next day. We also requested for a harder pillow. Other than these, it was a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay here. Some information that others might find useful. Location. City centre. Wouldn’t say it’s walkable to malls and not as accessible to food options. But that worked out well as we drove in from Singapore and somehow did not experience the heavy traffic we were warned of. However, Grab options are aplenty. Very affordable and very short waiting and travel times. Very easy to get around with Grab. Room. Ours was the twin double bed. View from our room is attached here. Big enough for the 3 of us. Very clean. Toilet amenities were great. Our only qualm was that there were no bathrobes provided. Service. Great. We were allowed early check-in, around 1pm. After our stay, our next stop was to Sunway lagoon and had to print the tickets. When we approached the front desk, one of the staff got us to airdrop to him and he got in printed in less than a min. Hotel amenities. Gym was amazing. I think they are still improving the gym, as we saw the studio not accessible yet and them bringing in new equipment. That being said, everything is new. Very spacious for a hotel gym. Worked well too that there is no crowd whenever I went. There’s a kids club for children to be entertained by their in-house staff. Swimming pool was amazing too. They have water slides and diligent lifeguards. They have the water beds to laze in the pool. The dry playground was great. Very big, ample space for kids to run and climb around. They have rock climbing at certain times of the day for a fee. We were the only ones for one of the days, and we had a dedicated person who was with us to belay my child and ensure everything was done safely. For the price we paid, I would say it was a steal. Definitely coming back.

Overall, our experience at the hotel was satisfactory, but there were several aspects that could have been improved. **About the Service:** Our family arrived at the hotel around noon, eager to settle in and start our vacation. Upon checking in at the counter, we were informed that we would receive a call when our room was ready. Unfortunately, the call did not come until 3 o'clock, which left us feeling a bit frustrated. We understood that the official check-in time was at 3, but we noticed other guests arriving at the same time who were able to check into their rooms early. This discrepancy was disappointing, as we were left waiting without clear communication. During this waiting period, we expected some assistance, typical of 4- or 5-star hotels, which often allow guests to store luggage and enjoy the facilities while waiting for their rooms. Unfortunately, it was only after we inquired about activities for our children that the front desk staff mentioned we could access the playground before check-in. A proactive approach from the counter staff would have made our wait much more pleasant. **Facilities:** The amusement park on the hotel grounds was enjoyable, but we encountered an abundance of mosquitoes, which resulted in many bites on our feet. Despite the mosquito issue, we visited on a non-holiday when the park was relatively quiet, allowing our children to have a great time without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. When we finally arrived in our hotel room, I noticed a few disappointments: there were no bathrobes provided, and we found the absence of paper towels outside the bathroom inconvenient. The only paper towels available were tucked away in the restroom, which made them less accessible for our needs. On a positive note, the bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. We had a twin tower view room, and I must say the scenery was stunning; I truly enjoyed the views from our window. However, my husband pointed out a safety concern regarding the swimming pool. He mentioned that the tiles used surrounding the pool area were not anti-slip, making it easier to slip and fall—a caution worth noting for families with children. As for the gym, The gym featured two treadmills, and they were arranged in separate areas for men and women, which provided a sense of privacy. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, there were several service and facility-related aspects that left room for improvement.

The hotel and the room are beautiful. The location is nerby klcc and also bukit bintang and station monorel. The pool is huge.

The hospitality was great. I got room with KLCC view. Have huge pools and outdoor playground. Just walking distance to monorail bukit nanas and few attractions and restaurants like klcc, nasi kandar pelita, foodtrucks etc. Just bit lack regarding their qualities of breakfasts and kids room. Hopefully can be improve..

hOtel room is good. Bigger space with new design style. Comfortable to stay and near the sight seeing spots very convenient. Nearby also have metro stop can easily to take the public transportation system. The pity isthey have a very good swimming pool but I got a heavy cold.

Everything is good, we love the services and facilities. Hopefully more options for breakfast buffet during our next stay

I have the best moment trip here with my family.All things are very reccomended, the waterpark facilities,room and toilet are very clean, King bed and pillow are very comfort to have a good rest.Place are very affordable to stay on weekdays, such a wonderful trip.I requested for extra blanket, and i had no extra charge for this. All staff are very kind and helpfull.Overall, this hotel are good to stay for family trip and also for work trip.

Excellent Stay! We were very glad that booked this hotel in KLCC. It was superb and comfy stay together with family. We enjoyed it very much. Kids Friendly amenities and friendly staff❤️❤️❤️
