It was a great time to stay. Especially I like the swimming pool and the view. The hotel is really good and made me feel comfortable.

The apartment isn’t spacious but very cozy. The building does have an issue with the elevators—there are only four of them, and during morning hours they’re often crowded due to the number of residents. However, for this specific apartment, the elevator situation isn’t much of a problem since it’s on a high floor, so you’ll almost always get in on the way down. For residents living below the 10th floor, it can be challenging to find space as the elevators are usually full by the time they stop. The only downside was that it’s a spare room with a locked door connecting to another unit, and the neighbors started watching TV as early as 5-6 a.m.

Location wise is good as it is just 10mins walking distance from KLCC. But the problem is the lift, we have waited 10minutes+ and ended up walking the stairs as it has only 4 stairs. They didnt clean up the dust or things under the bed because we have moved 2 queen beds together & saw everything.

Pro It is in walking distance from Petronas Towers (10 min away), the apartments are big, big fridge, washing machine with dryer for clothes (in your room), supermarket in the reception, coffee shop in yhe reception, outside the hotel there is a 24/7 turkish restaurant with lot of food to choose from, big pool, amazing view Cons Tgey have 4 elevators for the entire building, so there are times when you get to wait for the elevator more than 20 minutes (to get down or up, it doesn't matter)

recommend. my fav airbnb everytime i go to KL. guy staff yg kurus and lady bertudung tu friendly. sangat helpful some more. the rest agak cranky😂 lif memang annoying la sbb kena tunggu lama and limited. tapi bilik semua ok.

The towel is very dirty. The two towels provided were both dirty. I told the customer service on the first night. His answer was that there was no extra towel for me to change. Then I asked him : I didn't need to take a shower first night? Need wait for second day take shower? He solved it for me, but the new towel was also yellow on it. I was given an expensive hotel, but the solution was not very satisfactory.

The hotel is centrally located. It’s close to the twin towers (perfect for night pictures) 7mins drive to the pavilion KL mall using grab taxi and 15mins to the batu caves if there is no traffic. The hotel stuff are very helpful and polite. I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Complete room needs. I love the view from the room. Elevator is fast even on busy time. Easy to book grab from here, less traffic area. Tip: bring first aid kit for emergency because they don’t have that much basics in their reception/security room. I will definitely stay again here.

We had a great stay and the location is convenient in city center. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional – the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the city that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The price was very reasonable for what we received, making it a great value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with a great city view!

Everything’s perfect, clean, good view and the facilities as well. Only the lift!!!!!! Be careful don’t check out on 11-12 am or you will get stuck 🤣

The room was nice, lovely view, comfortable bed. It had a kitchen which didn’t have anything in it so you defiantly could cook a meal. There was a very small selection on plates, cups and cutlery. The shower was powerful but it never got very warm! The downside was our room in 9 days was only cleaned once, I kept having to message the man that checked us in. He brought fresh towels once and we ended up buying our own extra toilet roll.
