For the price, it is worth it. However my only complain is that there is no house keeping daily as this a consider as a service apartment or airbnb kind. Also, there are people staying here so the lobby is always crowded and the lift is impossible at peak hours

Good location....friendly pool for kids....will come back for next visit on 11th October 2024 because kids really enjoy the swimming pool with magnificent view...

Really nice environment and great location. Check in progress was super fast. Searching for the room with bathtub, sure enough, not disappointed. Bathtub is great and big, can fix 02person! Bed was comfortable and room was clean too. Room with well-equipped amenities. The only and one defect things, the lift really not enough for everyone. Coz total have 40+ floors but have 4 lifts only. Basically, the elevator has to wait for at least 10 minutes each time, and if it comes to the check-out time, we can't get in for about 30 mins+.

Nice room, didn’t feel bare like a lot of other hotels/studio apartments in Malay. Good price for what it is

Check in process went smoothly but a bit disappointed bcz when i got there the room service still clean it up. Around 10minutes they finished but the floor still did'nt dry properly. Also not even a single sachet of coffee is provided as complimentary to the guest. Room also facing the other service apartment which is not nice view. Overall so so only.

Very nice place to stay, the security is tight, the view is beautiful and is near klcc walking distance

The service is terrible. No one come for cleaning. Even they don’t pick the calls .staff is not professional Too much irresponsible .

Contact numbers don't replying for 90 minutes, waiting in lobby like hostage. No WiFi password, time wasting trying passwords they sending me. Management problems simply. The place was clean etc., but if you waiting 90 minutes for replying is a lot of frustration. Sorry 🙏
