Wow what can I say about this hotel, the rooms are amazing loved the view from mine, very clean and spacious. There is a little shop just on the ground floor! But the really stand out part of this hotel are the staff every day when I would come and go they would all say hello and have big smiles , even one day had a tour booked ( nothing to do with the hotel) but there was an issue with the tour company and they staff helped me and ended up getting the tour company to get it sorted .

When we arrived at the hotel both myself and my partner were disappointed Firstly we were expecting a room with a view what we actually got was a room overlooking a street with a tramline so you can imagine the noise ! When we spoke with reception she told us yes because we booked through a travel company rather than directly booking with the hotel there was no option for us to be moved unless we were going to pay a further £100 per night for the duration of our stay. On arrival also I noticed that the towels provided had lipstick marks on them( I didn’t mention this to reception ) we just used the other towel expecting a clean set the following day, this wasn’t the case we still had the dirty towel and the one we’d used hadn’t been changed either … When mentioning this to the hotel they did provide clean towels when we returned that evening but the dirty towels remained ( I don’t know if this is the case in Poland I’m not sure what the standard is but our beds weren’t made neatly just pulled over, the bin was emptied daily but no fresh toiletries, toilet roll or towels provided unless we asked for. We also didn’t find the staff friendly no interaction at all !! And trust me when I say I’m not one to complain or make a scene. Good points about the hotel- it was in a good location a little out the way (away from the hustle of the square but a 5 minuet taxi journey into the main square / or a 20 Ish minuet walk along the river to the square. The spa was nice and the massage was fantastic and very reasonable compared to Uk prices. I wouldn’t stay here again :( Expected more Not that we spent anytime in the hotel but I wouldn’t return. ALSO TIP anyone visiting Poland download bolt app ( taxi service ) we got a taxi from airport when we arrived it cost 150 Using a bolt taxi it cost us 40 ( we were 20 ish minuets away from airport ) Defo use the bolt app !!

Amazing place with amazing staff so kind and helpful in all situations the room what we got was very nice and comfortable jaezka and ustijna and Evelyn are very very nice they are great for information around Krakow and speak English very good the place it's self is lovely and sorounded by life and many trees and 2 mins walk to shops and the park around 20 mins by bus to city center which cost around 4.5zl or you can order bolt taxi using application around 12 to 15zl we really enjoyed here thank you guys we will for sure be back and also they have kitchen you can use and the place is very clean we booked 3 hotels in Krakow and went to each one and decided to cancel because we didn't like we are grateful to of found this one great location and great prices also there are restaurants nearby

Il mio amico e io abbiamo scelto questo hotel e non siamo stati delusi! La stanza era bella e calda, un po' vecchia in stile, ma era tutto bene. La doccia era davvero buona, avete il gel di doccia ecc fornito nelle bagni. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno e non ci sono state lamentele. L'hotel ha una sauna, che è gratuita ma siate consapevoli, le persone vanno nude, mi sono sentito fuori posto in letto lunghi. Il cibo era buono e vario, il colazione aveva una buona selezione e il caffè era fantastico! Eravamo a metà tavola, così abbiamo deciso di cenare tardi ogni notte alle 7:00. Abbiamo avuto due grandi pasti e un pasto di pierogi in una notte, che era un po' meh. L'hotel è facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto (bus e tram) ed è anche ben situato per tram in centro, ecc. Abbiamo prenotato visite a Auschwitz e Birkenau, doveva andare al centro al punto di incontro. Abbiamo anche avuto un giorno nella vecchia città e abbiamo visto i mercati interni, cattedrali, carri e così via. L'hotel ha un grande supermercato vicino, che è economico e utile. Il personale dell'hotel è super sorprendente! Gli ho inviato un sacco di email prima del nostro soggiorno per chiedere di vista, cibo, sauna, ecc. Erano molto amichevoli e utili, siamo stati in grado di controllare in anticipo e di controllare tardi per gratuito! Grazie ancora!
