When we arrived at the hotel both myself and my partner were disappointed Firstly we were expecting a room with a view what we actually got was a room overlooking a street with a tramline so you can imagine the noise ! When we spoke with reception she told us yes because we booked through a travel company rather than directly booking with the hotel there was no option for us to be moved unless we were going to pay a further £100 per night for the duration of our stay. On arrival also I noticed that the towels provided had lipstick marks on them( I didn’t mention this to reception ) we just used the other towel expecting a clean set the following day, this wasn’t the case we still had the dirty towel and the one we’d used hadn’t been changed either … When mentioning this to the hotel they did provide clean towels when we returned that evening but the dirty towels remained ( I don’t know if this is the case in Poland I’m not sure what the standard is but our beds weren’t made neatly just pulled over, the bin was emptied daily but no fresh toiletries, toilet roll or towels provided unless we asked for. We also didn’t find the staff friendly no interaction at all !! And trust me when I say I’m not one to complain or make a scene. Good points about the hotel- it was in a good location a little out the way (away from the hustle of the square but a 5 minuet taxi journey into the main square / or a 20 Ish minuet walk along the river to the square. The spa was nice and the massage was fantastic and very reasonable compared to Uk prices. I wouldn’t stay here again :( Expected more Not that we spent anytime in the hotel but I wouldn’t return. ALSO TIP anyone visiting Poland download bolt app ( taxi service ) we got a taxi from airport when we arrived it cost 150 Using a bolt taxi it cost us 40 ( we were 20 ish minuets away from airport ) Defo use the bolt app !!

From the moment the doors opened on their own for our entry we were immersed in the luxury and warmth of this hotel. It was beyond expectations! It’s hard to sum up what a great place and experience this was. We are a family of three, one thirteen year old. We had a junior suite that had a wonderfully comfortable trundle bed in a giant armoire that was perfect. There was a mini-bar, a great sitting area and a bathroom that will ruin every other bathroom for me the rest of my life. A giant rain shower, a tub built for two all surrounded by gorgeous marble. Amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Radiant heat on the stone floor in the bathroom that was so pleasing to cold toes. The closet is huge. Nice desk. Plenty of storage for all of us. Staff is exceptional. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was the best meal and wine we had all week. It was superb. It’s spotless. The pool/ sauna/ wet and dry and salt chamber are the most amazing places to spend time in after being in the cold. The massage was GREAT. The value of this hotel is amazing. I would return to Krakow just to go to this hotel again. Some complain of the lighting. I say they are crazy. It’s unique and clever. If you want lights like in a Holiday Inn, go to a Holiday Inn. The design of this hotel is masterful. There is gym equipment and again, spotless changing rooms with showers, towels, lovely lotions and potions. Go to the sixth floor to see the view. Its steps away from the main square. Location can’t be beat. It’s quiet, serene and worth every penny. Include breakfast with your room, you will be so happy. We have never had breakfasts like these. Everything you could possibly want. Including made to order hot cereal and egg dishes.

tappa in questa bella città,veramente un bel hotel,con prezzi buoni per essere a 5 minuti a piedi dalla famosa piazza del centro storico,in confine con il famoso parco che fa da contorno a tutto il centro storico,bella hall,belle camere spaziose,bel bagno con doccia spaziosa,cambio degli asciugamano tutti i giorni(ne danno uno a testa,(a noi sono bastati in quanto mi porto sempre via gli accappatoi in microfibra)letto comodo come misure anche se scritto letto alla francese,2 bottigliette di acqua tutti i giorni,hotel silenzioso.C'è un però,l'aria condizionata c'è,ma è come non ci fosse,l'impianto nelle camere è da rivedere,non era un problema solo della mia camera,anche i miei amici avevano lo stesso problema,purtroppo abbiamo pure beccato due giorni caldissimi,quindi glielo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno fatto trovare in camera un ventilatore,altra cosa che metterei dato che il posto c'è un piccolo frigo.per il resto ve lo straconsiglio.

La posizione è indubbiamente un punto a favore della struttura, anche se non direttamente in centro, lo si può raggiungere con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La pulizia è impeccabile. Ogni giorno la camera veniva rifatta e venivano anche fornite gratuitamente due bottiglie d'acqua al giorno. Di contro, la nostra camera, numero 3, al piano terra, era molto confortevole, ma decisamente piccola (muoversi, a volte, non era semplice) e la colazione forse avrebbe bisogno di una selezione di dolci un po' più varia, ma è proprio voler cercare un difetto. In zona sono presenti dei market, ma (come un po' tutto in Polonia) chiudono la sera molto presto.

Abbiamo bisogno di un posto tranquillo per riposare e vedere Cracovia un po' perché i nostri piani sono cambiati ogni giorno.Abbiamo trovato questo hotel e siamo rimasti qui per 4 notti. La camera con bagno privato e doccia, le finestre per la tranquilla piccola strada. La piccola cucina con tutto quello che ci serve per cucinare veloce è vicino alla stanza Camere ospiti a Cibulskogo - è una grande posizione: tutto è a pochi minuti a piedi: la piazza principale e il castello attraverso il bel parco urbano. Oltre alle negozi, caffè e stazione ferroviaria della città sono vicini all'hotel. Ma il più importante in questo hotel è - la gente che lavora lì. Sono toccati i nostri cuori quando ci prendono cura come bambini amati. Grazie, Pavel, Domenik, Patricia e Julia; abbiamo solo i migliori auguri per voi.

Bardzo miło będziemy wspominać nasz pobyt w tym apartamencie. Znakomicie urządzony, komfortowy, czysty i z pełnym potrzebnym wyposażeniem. Dodatkowo lokalizacja przy samym Rynku krakowskim. Obsługa bardzo miła, zameldowanie bez najmniejszego problemu. Jak dla mnie najlepsze miejsce na nocleg w takim miejscu jak Kraków! 🙂

All'interno di una passeggiata al centro di Krakow, anche deliziosi pasticci e caffè in rotta circa 10/15mins camminare tempo è stato fantastico abbastanza da vedere e fare taxi molto economico e anche la birra.done Auchwitz tour ha avuto un ottimo guida ci era circa 14 di noi.supponiamo Il mese scorso, il giorno della visita era di 36°C.Glad a ha fatto.In realtà c'è un livello completamente diverso.La gente polacca è molto gentile e utile quando un giorno ha perso un po'.Visita il quartier generale e preleva il campione alimenti locali i dolci avevano tempo fab sarebbe tornato 😁

Sin dal primo momento in cui ho messo piede all’hotel Logos ho avuto una sensazione positiva e di benessere; essendo io una perfezionista amante dell’ordine e della pulizia, ho trovato tutto pulito, ordinato e curato nei dettagli. Le camere sono piccoline ma ben organizzate, pulite e soprattutto calde. Il personale della reception è gentilissimo e disponibile , pensate che noi giorno 2 febbraio dovevamo trovarci alle 7 del mattino in un punto della città per in escursione, ed avendo la colazione inclusa in albergo il personale si è offerto di farci trovare 2 sacchetti da portare via con una colazione con tanti tramezzini e snack vari... molto gentile da parte loro direi. La posizione dell’hotel è davvero ottima si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza principale che è il centro della città. Ottimo lavoro hotel Logos di Cracovia.

Hotel molto moderno ed elegante solo 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale della città vecchia. La camera era bella, grande TV, bagno assolutamente senza spot, non volevamo toccare nulla in caso di avere le dita sulle luci di cromo 😬 Buona colazione, la ricezione e il catering sono stati amichevoli e molto utili. La nostra prima scelta sarà certamente la nostra prossima visita.
