Excellent, relaxing stay! Perfect atmosphere for families and couples alike with quiet areas available around the massive pool area. Amazing pool! Breakfast buffet offering for all tastes and with excellent service and attention. Very comfortable beds and pillows! All aroumd excellent service and stay 😊

If you’re looking for a resort that is quiet and beach-facing, this is the resort for you. The swimming pool distinguishes this resort from the others - it stretches across almost the entire length of the resort. The Thai-french decor gives an old school feel to the place. Amenities include tennis tennis tables, tennis court, 24/7 gym, pool table, foosball, playground, bicycles, kids care centre, etc.

The service was terrible from check in to check out. It all felt very transactional. I was told from the start though I am a member of their rewards program I cannot register my 3 nights stay because I booked in an external platform. Took all inclusive and was told hotel staff will know and no need for a band. All others who took the all inclusive had a band and staff kept asking me for band. All inclusive was not treated well. Menu was so limited and the staff did not service you when u wanted something. The Soa also was very transactional. Took two different packages and asked to use jacuzzi. The he service is available at the spa and part of the couples room but the staff could not agree an additional price to use it that eventually we told them not to worry. The bed in the room was extremely hard. Cause back pain and was forced to get a massage. The pillows were too soft and terrible. My wife was bitten by bed bugs. On the first day we had to call housekeeping around 3pm to inform them that the room was still not cleaned from the morning. I would not stay at the hotel again given the poor service and the way I was treated.

Good experience, all the facilities in the pool is free however when I asked them if it’s (paddle board) free they said 300bath/hour. The next day, we asked other guy he said it’s free for up to 75mins. From google reviews, it’s said free. Food for breakfast is so so, nothing special. Quite old facilities. The best thing is facilities in the pool. All free and it’s real long and big pool. Compared with marriot group 5 stars hotel I will definitely recommend MARRIOT. Accor has long way to go in terms of service.

You can spent time in the resort . Out of the resort nothing much. Kids club is very outdated . A bit boring except you like swimming

The resort was very nice and the swimming pools were awesome, but the beach was not that good because in evening there were many rocks which was making us not able enjoy that much and one night my daughter got fever and there was no service for any medicines so at 12:00 am I needed to go to buy medicines for my daughter, the hotel amenities was also very good and there are also many near by beach side restaurants which had many good foods and the foam party in the swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast was delicious

The resort is a paradise for all, with a nice 9-hole golf course and an excellent spa. The staff are polite and the resort is well-maintained.

Amazing, beautiful, the largest swimming pool in Thailand. Great F&B, very friendly and nice staffs, best spot to watch the sunset. What else to say, just go!

what a great resort! awesome spa massage. obstacle course in the swimming pool. kids club. breakfast was simply delicious every day! the italian restaurant was OK.. drink service by the pool was a little slow though.

Everything average like Marriott, big resort with a bunch of people, big swimming pool with lots of kids. The Indian food restaurant impressed me a bit

It is ABSOLUTELY No.1 HOTEL in Krabi Everything is Perfect I would like to come back here as soon as possible

We enjoyed our stay here with the large pool. The nearby restaurants and cafes are great alternatives to dining at the hotel. We would have preferred if there was a complimentary shuttle to town as we found it quite expensive.
