Lovely hotel, a little old (it opened in 1977) but you can feel it has got a lot of character. Kudos to EVIS from Bell Service, he’s a humble gentlemen who loves to engage with his guests. He assisted me with my luggage and escorted me to my room. He knows the hotel inside out and loves to share his insights. Also a shout out to MARY from front desk, she is amazing. She is multi functional with assisting me to check-in PLUS helping me with concierge matters regarding my flight ticket. Exceptional staff. Thank you for having me!

Kindness, support and helpfulness of the stuff was outstanding. Hotel is located next to the market, has a lovely outdoor bar, where one can as well eat breakfast etc. Gym is very nice as well, with nice view of sunset. Massage prices are very nice and availability was possible even when the hotel was quite full because of Christmas holidays. Nice lobby and overall experience was very good.

Will come again .5 star .the food so delicious .room so nice .my wife and children so happy .

the hotel is older compared to Hyatt centric however the room condition is still acceptable, beautiful lobby and amazing service

I have never stayed as good as 5 stars hotel such this Hyatt Regency in KK. Starting from reception, buttler, and front desk- all are so good in order. The receptionist who check me in was very helpful. The room perfect. Hot water is good, room is very spacefull and stunning. The decorations are just perfect, migh be Merry Chritsmas is coming. Just next time, maybe i will stay sea view. Better as have great view of KK ocean view.

Good location. Walking distance to malls, night food market and Sunday Market. Near I love KK.

Good hotel with 5 staff Service, convenient access to airport and shopping mall. 5 min to KK big pasar.

Service excellent. The room came with lounge access. Room 1204. Checked in at the 13th floor. The staff was great. The lady had a great beautiful smile and provided an excellent service.

Very clean and nice location and near by the beach.(you can take car to go other nice beach too)

The room was cozy, but swimming pool was closed when i visited

Hyatt regency lives up to its brand in Sabah! Exemplary hospitality, ultra clean room, great location, wonderful breakfast spreads and awesome staff! No regrets taking the club lounge option with sea view, even the lounge food was exceptionally delicious, kudos to the chef! A tad old in terms of furnishings but it retains the classic style of early 2000s, bringing good memories of my travels and staying in various Hyatt.
