left my work phones after checked out, cleaning lady came running and handed them back to me before i drove off. super greatful as they contain important work related information and record. quite and clean.

Room is clean and privacy even it is surrounded by shops & restaurants nearby. This is my second time stay and will repeat again for my next trip. Value for money and no regret for those who looking for budget hotel in town as it is very near and walking distance to most of the favourite places in town.

Once we found the reception, check in was fine. We gave RM50 deposit and tourist tax (RM10 per night) in cash as expected. Filtered drinking water at reception was appreciated. Unfortunately the bedding looked dirty as it was very stained. Air con worked well. The second night we found a cockroach in our room which was unsettling. We checked out at 7am to catch a flight, but no one was at reception as check out is between 0800 - 1200. We weren't made aware of this time restraint, we were just told 'before 1200'. As a result we lost out on our RM50 deposit. I've asked for this to be returned to me online but ive had no response from the hotel.

Not so good. The hotel was actually overbooked..but trip still open for booking..but the staff was nice n ask if we willing to stay in the room that got problem with water heater or wait for trips to allocate us to another hotel.. I said i was willing to stay coz only for one day.. but the parking are worse.. got to pay almost rm 80 for overnight as it charged u RM 10 per hours. If u park downstairs very dangerous.
