Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Kos

La posizione è molto conveniente e il personale è stato amichevole, ma la gestione è stata troppo rigorosa. Abbiamo 4 camere da letto con la nostra prenotazione per una famiglia di quattro trip.com, ma volevano pagare 30 euro, affermando che la nostra figlia di 16 anni non può essere considerata come un bambino, anche se gli ho mostrato un modulo di prenotazione confermato trip.com per un 3 adulto e 1 chiunque (in trip.com pagina minori di 18 anni sono considerati bambini). Dicono che daranno uno sconto di 3 euro su 30 euro, mostrando compassione! Abbiamo accettato di pagare 27 euro per non sprecare il nostro breve tempo di vacanza. Ma poi, al momento del check-out, hanno pagato altri 3 euro, dicendo che è per la tassa e hanno dimenticato di questo! Le due letti per nostro figlio e figlia erano divano, non confortevoli, le condizionatori non erano abbastanza raffreddate. La qualità della camera non è per un hotel 4-star, a malapena 3-star.

We stayed for 7 nights all inclusive. The resort is beautiful with well mantained gardens, very clean grounds, lovely pools with plenty of space and lovely staff. Shout out to the lady who welcomes you to the main restaurant each mealtime, she has a beaming smile and is so friendly. The food was good, apart from not always being kept hot which I did tell them about. Lot's of variety and for a change you can use the Tavern on the Blue which is the poolside restaurant where they cook fresh Gyro's. It is well worth paying extra for a sea view room. We were on the 3rd floor in the main building and the view was amazing, looking over the pools, gardens and beach and right across to Kos Town and Turkey. The room is traditional style, very clean and spacious, not a modern box. The resort is ideally situated on the outskirts of Kos Town, it takes 25 mins to walk to the sea front, and a further 5 minutes 'ish' to the old town which I recommend. The old town feels very greek in comparison to the front which is a typical tourist area. Walk up the narrow shopping street to the square at the top where you will find some lovely little shops and great restaurants. The colourful restaurant called Zorbas Family (Eat Greek) in the square is great, it's been open since 1986. Overall, it was a great holiday to Atlantis and we will visit again next time we visit Kos. Thank you.

È una struttura ben fatta che non tralascia il benché minimo particolare per il benessere dell’ospite,stanze spaziose con ampio balcone,divano in camera, doccia con soffione in alto e doccino in basso,la stessa doccia divisa dal resto del bagno dalla porta ,water con la porta così permettere il contemporaneo uso del lavandino,doppio lavandino,abbondanza di prese per caricare vari dispositivi,appendini per stendere all’esterno gli asciugamani.Spesso anche in hotel 4 stelle non ho trovato questo livello di attenzione. A questo si aggiunge la cortesia e disponibilità dello staff,la direttrice è una donna fantastica che si ricordava di tutti i clienti dopo averli visti una sola volta,i suoi collaboratori ricordavano addirittura cosa prendevi a colazione senza aprire bocca. Quando sono stata in stanza per un malanno mi hanno portato la colazione in camera a titolo del tutto personale senza che il servizio fosse previsto.Grazie direttrice e staff,veramente la professionalità e disponibilità incarnate in un team!

Kos Aktis Art Hotel è un hotel a prezzi ragionevoli che offre una vista sul mare e un comfort senza paragoni con un personale di fronte molto gentile e utile come Sofia. La colazione servita nella sala da pranzo aperto, proprio al bordo del mare, è delicata con una varietà di opzioni calde e fredde da scegliere. L'hotel è a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni, come la vecchia città e il porto di traghetto.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato amato, una stanza fantastica con una vista fantastica. Buon colazione, non mangiava laggiù le sera, quindi non posso commentare (ci piace provare molti luoghi locali diversi, così sempre ottenere la base b&b dove andiamo). La giornata è stata pulita con personale attento e bagno.
