It is a amazing hotel. The people are very friendly and welcoming. Every time how i go to konya that is the only place where i sleep without any problems. The hotel is nice and clean they clean every day ur room and bed and u become every day new towels. I will say how ur in konya just go to this hotel.

The A/C is not working and can’t open the window because of street noise, There is no baggage handler as well No English language in the restaurant

The staff at the front desk and at the bar are very friendly and polite. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location, so you can travel easily everywhere you want.

住過這家Hilton之後，我衹能説沒有最差，衹有更差。為了能好好休息，訂了間套房，結果前台給了間朝向馬路的，打電話給前台，希望換一間，結果前台來了位Alican先生，態度冷淡且堅決地説，他們今天衹剩最後一間套房，而且位置也朝向馬路。目測當日酒店入住率根本不足五成，我們住的那一側更是幾乎沒人，但是這位Alican先生不但沒有表示抱歉，更是提出如果需要安靜的房間，衹能換一間標準間，且差價不退！最終是窗外車流響到半夜，凌晨四點又恢復，衹能勉強睡了三四個小時。 酒店其它要吐槽的地方也很多，一是人手明顯不夠，禮賓拿完行李又去前台幫忙辦理checkin, 後來又叫來個客房的阿姨幫忙拿行李，第二天早餐廳和前台的服務員完全不懂英語，根本無法溝通。酒店所有的員工表情呆滯木訥，見到客人沒有任何問候。其次，我所住的那一側可能由於長期入住率不高，走廊散發著黴味，房間裏的味道也同樣讓人不快。酒店的早餐也一言難盡，品種少且品質難以恭維，唯一讓人滿意的是酒店位置很方便，走去博物館和塞利米耶清真寺很近，總之這是一家最不像希爾頓的希爾頓，讓人費解的是它居然能一直開到現在。 以上內容僅限本人感受，我不會向任何人推薦這家酒店，而那位驕傲的Alican先生，他讓我確信這家酒店是我住過的最差希爾頓，沒有之一！

朋友的手鍊掉在了酒店，後來通過攜程聯繫上了酒店，也找到了。不過不能國際快遞，衹能寄土耳其本土。幾經曲折，總算拿回來了。英文比較差，衹能通過郵件溝通。 位置和房間還行，有停車場。早飯很一般。

Sehr schlechtes Hotel Service und Essen katastrophal. Ich empfehle es nicht weiter .

品牌酒店管理還是不錯，是當地最好的酒店了。
