Superb location, close to Cathedral and only 15 mins walk to Carolus Thermen. Room is of adequate size for 1 person, and it is very clean. My room faces back of the road, so there was no noise issues. Staffs are super friendly and extremely helpful, thumbs up. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Отель удобно расположен, в центре, все в пешей доступности. Завтрак не очень понравился, не очень разнообразный, сухие сосиски и бекон, из сладкого вообще ничего к кофе, кроме круассанов. Также очень рыхлые подушки, скомкавшиеся.

Lage war sehr gut, Service war auch gut nur ein Tag gab es keinen Zimmer Service? Warum auch immer. Störte uns aber nicht wirklich. Hatten zwar Vorhänge aber die Aussicht war wie ein Blick ins Häuser von fremden :/ hatten es zu 90% geschlossen deshalb aber sonst ok 👌🏻 waren schöne 5Tage

Wir haben hier 2 Tage übernachten. Wir waren sehr zuf mit allem. Ich bin selten mit allem zufrieden bin,wenn ich in einem Hotel bin. Aber dieses Mal war ich.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก เดินเที่ยวได้ ใกล้วิหารเดินไปไม่ถึง5นาที มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านของฝาก ร้านช้อปปิ้งใกล้ๆ พนักงานเป็นมิตร

房間不錯，但是wifi壞了，一天都沒修好，太難受了😣

市中心的酒店，交通很方便，適合出差，旅遊

Nothing bad to say about this hotel or staff. We had a great night. Rooms are clean, and very nice that you have a complimentary drink at the room. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful time in Aachen, in no small part due to Hotel am Dom. Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was nice and clean. Water pressure made showering pleasant. Quiet and relaxing time. Only problem is that the parking situation is not very clear. I believe the hotel lot is the underground section of the car park, but I parked in the upper floor and had difficulty getting out. If you drive, you might want to get this clarified first. Otherwise, everything was great, and I highly recommend the hotel.

Centrally located, Mercure Aachen is a good hotel choice for the location and nightly fee but rather bare bones - no restaurant or bar (breakfast is offered), hardly any lobby and no in-room mini-bar to keep drinks cold. While my mattress was bit hard, my room was otherwise well appointed and lit. Nice bathroom.

There was a water leak from the ceiling and we had to lose time for our plans while the worker fixed it. The management refused to give us a new room or compensate us for our inconvenience. In addition, the water kettle leaked and we needed to get a new one, but had to retrieve it ourselves-it was not brought to us. The neighborhood is noisy and the wi does do not keep out the street noise, even on the third floor. We asked the front desk staff to reserve us a taxi in the morning and they would not, claiming that there are “always taxis out front.” When we needed one in the morning to catch our train however there were none, and we had to deal with it ourselves. Overall a very disappointing experience for the money paid.
