Our family really enjoyed Japanese home style breakfast meals every morning while we were staying. So cozy and roomy and a quiet room with daily hot spring experience!!!!

We stayed in the onsen bath room .. spacious and clean! The hotel is so conveniently located and staff is polite and prompt!! The public bath was quite crowded in the Saturday evening when we visited, other than that, all good.

Staying for 2 night in Kyoto before going back to Osaka. Good location and near train station. Love the indoor onsen and outdoor onsen. Very rejuvenating. Hope to come back again other times.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location near the Kyoto train station. All the hotel staff are attentive and go out of their way to assist. Booked a traditional room with private onsen and the room was big enough for eight people!!!

The hotel is clean and nice. Public baths are clean too. Breakfasts are very healthy and nicely displayed. Recommended.

大廳服務員很耐心，可以問各種問題比如：想去的地方在哪裡、列車或者大巴的時刻表；1樓的吸煙點就靠着酒吧門口很方便；樓層很安靜隔音做了很好；房間是自然不用説了整潔温馨；8F的温泉是一天遊玩解除疲憊的好地方，也是酒店的亮點，非常推薦。酒店離JR站很近，一路正好有郵局和711可以寄件和買東西。

酒店距離JR京都站很近，步行5分鐘可到，都是平路拖着箱子OK。旁邊就是伊勢丹吃和買都能解決，酒店後面有拉麪小路，時間原因沒有去吃。酒店非常乾淨温馨，日式早餐量實在，味道可以，也有免費咖啡紅茶之類。7樓的温泉池不大，一個室內一個室外池，沒什麼人乾淨舒適，非常喜歡。日式房是個不規則房型，日本房間裏不算小，30寸箱子能打開，衞生間乾濕分離，也能泡澡。離高島屋，鴨川，四條要坐地鐵或巴士，但總體很方便。尤其換乘JR出行的，及門口的巴士樞紐站到任何景點都可以。
