Hotel con colazione inclusa a Ko Tao

La struttura e’ molto scenica, appena si arriva si ha l’idea di essere in un posto meraviglioso. Le camere sono spaziose, grandi e con una vista sul mare meravigliosa. Purtroppo il rumore del condizionatore - almeno nella nostra stanza - e’ stato fastidioso e ci ha spinti a dormire senza (chiedere un cambio camera era impossibile per noi perché già ci era stata cambiata dopo un problema al bagno nella prima che ci era stata assegnata). E’ un posto in cui bisogna andarci con una consapevolezza di fondo che dipende proprio da come e’ strutturato l’hotel (ed in fondo e’ questa la sua particolarità/bellezza): ci sono innumerevoli scale da fare, tante, che possono aumentare in base alla posizione della stanza. Per un diversamente abile sarebbe impossibile nonostante la presenza di rampe senza scale, ma le insidie, gradini, sono tanti. Ci ho soggiornato due notti e credo che più giorni sarebbero stati faticosi da sostenere. Sempre per come e’ strutturato, il centro lo si raggiunge necessariamente con qualche mezzo. Il taxi ha avuto un costo di 4 bath a tratta. L’hotel ha una piscina che affaccia sul mare e nelle vicinanze una bella spiaggia (anche questa da raggiungere con scale e salite/discese molto ripide). Colazione essenziale. La trovo una buona soluzione per un tempo limitato.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Hatten schon umfangreicheres Angebot. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Unterkunft- wir hatten einen Bungalow ( lt Beschreibung eine Suite)- für 4 Personen mit Meerblick. Sehr schön. Der Strandabschnitt ist verdreckt und lädt nicht zum Baden ein. Dafür gibt es 2 schöne Pools, die Poolbar haben wir allerdings vergeblich gesucht.

Non andate assolutamente!!! Se prima del Covid c’è chi l’ha definito un Paradiso ora vi assicuro che è come L’inferno. Doveva essere il nostro viaggio di nozze invece è stato rovinato da questo posto sporco, abbandonato che per un italiano e non solo sicuramente non può andare bene. Scarafaggi nelle camere, dentro la doccia, Acqua Fredda, Ragni e Ragnatele, Letti macchiati, Colazione peggiore mai vista senza neanche una torta, non dico un Croissant perché per carità ma almeno del cioccolato dove sporcare un Toast Nienteeeeeee. Un ristorante italiano chiamato Capri che risuona come insulto e come il film di Zalone andrebbe levata l’insegna ..Cit. VICHINGO! Qualità pessima da volta stomaco. Sei in mezzo alla Giungla senza Luce alle 7 di sera, Buio pesto con un aria di assoluta tristezza. Spiaggia non attrezzata, per chi si viene a godere giorni di Relax è inammissibile che non vi siano lettini o sdraio per chi desidera stare comodo, chi è avventuriero va bene ma i gusti sono diversi per tanto credo sia giusto scegliere se stare in terra oppure No! Sabbia dura come il cemento da non poter camminare liberamente perché non è come la vendono, bensì se non hai le scarpe da mare ti pungi i piedi tra sassolini e altro e secondo voi io mi faccio 15 mila chilometri per fare il bagno in piscina? Siamo gente che si adatta a tutto ma questo è troppo! Sono profondamente deluso e arrabbiato perché questi si sono fatti pagare profumatamente ma non merita minimamente i soldi spesi. Abbiamo lo schifo anche ad appoggiarci sul letto che dopo la pandemia dovrebbe essere più pulito invece è pieno di macchie ovunque, nessuna manutenzione in tutta la struttura e si vede, personalmente possono chiudere invece di rapinare la gente. Wi- Fi che continua a saltare, Frigorifero Zozzo, Aria Condizionato con filtri Sporchi Neri Ma stiamo scherzando? Se dovesse venire un ispezione seria non lo fanno stare aperto di sicuro, ripeto, Abbiamo visto tutto nel mondo ma questo che doveva essere una bella vacanza nel paese del Sorriso quel sorriso me l’hanno tolto. Mai più!!! Io non so chi mi ripagherà per questo errore che mi ha rovinato una vacanza di nozze e sicuramente non la passerà liscia, mi dispiace per mia Moglie il quale volevo regalarle un Sogno e qualcuno dovrà rispondere di questo disastro vissuto. Sicuramente spero di aiutare qualcuno che voleva prenotare a non venire, credo fortemente di avere un ottimo equilibrio di valutazione e sono sempre pronto a cercare il lato positivo nelle cose ma qui di positivo non ho visto nulla. The service at the Tarna Align resort is impeccable. They keep you in touch via Whatsapp and are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Golf buggies take you anywhere you want to go into Sairee and then bigger vans for the pier. They provide good amenities eg toothpaste. We stayed in a Villa Sea View room which had absolutely stunning views and a great balcony. It was a short trip into Sairee for walks in the day or for night time activities. The only downside was the room. 1. It was incredibly dark with all the lights on at night with no option to have brighter lights on. 2. The bedside table is a small floating shelf next to the bed and sloped downwards so in the night things would fall off onto the floor. 3. The only way to control lighting and air con was by a panel on one side of the bed which meant if one person fell asleep the other person had to try and get out to get to the panel. 4. Beware of the glass door to the toilet- we both walked into it and bruised ourselves as it was so clean and see through. Could benefit from stickers on it to prevent this. 5. The fridge is right behind the bed and very noisy so we had to unplug it at night to sleep

The location is near the end of the beach, so it's a bit of a walk to get to the ”main area”, but the distance is easily walked along the beach. This is also somewhat of a blessing, as it reduces the noise level at night. We stayed in an AC bungalow, which was nice. However, the shower had very poor water pressure, and there are no curtains on the windows, despite the fact that the other bungalows and rooms can look directly in on you... We had to find cardboard to cover them... They have a restaurant on site, which is priced higher than some of the restaurants in the main area, but *most* of the food is good (not great), and the staff are really nice, so we ate there relatively often (as it was better than walking back and forth to the main area). Despite some relatively minor annoyances, we'd happily stay there again, depending on the price.

Resort prettamente dedicato al mondo diving. Per cui tutto giro sul diving. La maggioranza dei clienti son divers in attesa di certificato. Il resort è grande con più buildings. Ci son 4 piscine a disposizione (una era in manutenzione). Una di questa era veramente piacevole nuotare, era bella grande e lunga e si trova al di la della strada principale. Detto questo veniamo al resort, almeno do giudizi sulla mia camera, standard garden. Molto piccola, con bagno ulteriormente piccolo, con doccia NON separata, quindi quando fai la doccia devi aspettare 1 ora prima che il tutto si asciughi. Arredamente molto molto basic, non è presente neanche una sedia. Ci son cassaforte e bollitore e aria condiziona molto efficiente e silenziosa (la cosa migliore del resort). Interruttori luce solo all'entrata. Per quanto sopra e per il costo non credo di consigliarlo (se non per la piscina).

First of all a few things 1) the beach is beautiful & lots of room on this bay to walk about / swim. Also the beach is super clean 2) on arrival I didn’t feel the hotel or hotel staff were that friendly. We were waiting to be checked in and instead of explaining the hotel procedures to me & my partner we had to wait till there was more people there and then it was explained in a group so didn’t feel as personal 3) the hotel restaurant was very overpriced & we had to wait ages for staff to acknowledge we were waiting. We did eventually walk over and ask for a menu, all the staff were standing about chatting which is fine but there was a lot of other customers waiting as well including ourselves 4) the rooms are very outdated and I have been to other hotels in Thailand in the same price range and the others were alot more Up to date. You can also hear the neighbours, we were kept up late due to the noise in other rooms ( due to thin walls) and a connecting room that the staff did not undisclosed. There was also no hooks to hang your towels after a shower. We booked a sea view however could hardly see the beach 5) there is a shuttle bus which is free and was really good. As the hotel is far away from other restaurants / bars Overall I would not stay more than one night and was glad I was only staying for one night. I would not recommend this hotel for someone going to koh tao

Insanely bad service. I booket 1x 1 Night for 2 and 3x1 Night for 2 in total from 19 to 23 july. I ask if we could get same room during our stay to avoid moving room the Day after and it was confirmed by the receptionist. Today they show up and tells us to move room or we have to pay more to stay in the same room. The hotel is EMPTY we are the only ones here but they dont Care. I also booked a room with 2 single beds and they start giving us a room with a double bed. We are 2 men aged 41 and 51. WE DO NOT SLEEP IN SAME BED OF COURSE. I have used ********** app for 5 years now and have over 200 nights booket in total, most of Them in Thailand and i have never in my 10 years travelling in Thailand had such a bad service at a hotel. I even wrote the hotel 2 days in advance to explain everything about our room and out stay. No reply. We were told when we arrived at the hotel there was free transfer from pier but how should we know when noone at the hotel answer our messages. This is litteraly insane. This hotel does NOT provide any service at all and the receptionist has a very unpleasant Way of talking and explaining things. Do not go here its simply not worth it and the Island is covered in hotels anyway

Stavo qui per due mesi e era meraviglioso. Situato a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Sairee, e molti ristoranti deliziosi. C'è un po'di rumore dalla musica e dalle biciclette se dormite di fronte alla strada più occupata, ma se dormite con un po'di rumore non è male, e la finestra nascondera'qualsiasi luce. Il personale era molto amichevole, felice di parlare, utile con suggerimenti su ciò che doveva fare e la navigazione generale intorno all’isola, e molto utile con qualsiasi problema con la stanza (che erano pochi, ma affrontati rapidamente). La stanza era pulita (e pulita quotidianamente, che era grande per qualcuno che stava tracciando sabbia dalla spiaggia!), aveva AC (che sarebbe stato raffreddato rapidamente una volta che la chiave era stata messa in piedi), un letto confortevole, e una aveva una doccia calda a pressione meravigliosa. Tutto, un grande alloggio semplice che mi ha convinto a rimanere lì tutta la mia viaggio sull'isola.

Bellissimo resort arroccato su una collina rigogliosa. Stanze grandi e arredate con stile. Il bagno poi, una chicca - enorme e molto bello! Forniscono anche accappatoi tipo kimono, davvero carini. Siamo stati qui perché ci piace fare snorkelling ed è circondato da coralli e pesci coloratissimi. Abbiamo visto anche 2 squaletti. È uno dei posti dove si fermano le barche che fanno i tour dell’isola ed effettivamente il fondale è bello, anche se purtroppo molti coralli stanno perdendo colore o sono già morti. Scenografica piscina che affaccia sulla baia. Non consiglio però nè il bar in piscina (cocktail tutta acqua) nè il ristorante (unica volta che mangiato male in Thailandia sigh.. ma prezzi nella media). Colazione a buffet, buona, varia. Parecchie scale per andare al ristorante, che è sulla spiaggia. Servizio un po’ lento, ma va beh. Il wi-fi funziona bene in tutta la struttura. La struttura è distante dal paese, noi avevamo i motorini e non è stato un problema, ma senza bisogna considerare che per spostarsi o si usa la navetta ad orari fissi (inclusa) o si paga un taxi 400 baht. Per noleggiare motorini meglio andare in paese (170 baht al giorno, contro i 300 proposti in hotel). Un bel posto, rilassante, crea atmosfera - più consigliato a coppie in cerca di privacy che a gruppo di amici.
