Hotel in zona Wat Laem Suwannaram, Koh Samui

La camera era molto confortevole e grande, ma la nostra tipologia di camera non aveva vista sul mare. Il servizio e le strutture in generale erano molto buoni, ma sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dal fatto che la pulizia cambiasse solo le lenzuola, la spazzatura sul tavolo era non rimosso e le bucce dell'anguria erano ancora lì 😂 Le cose nel lavandino non sono disposte in modo ordinato Dopo tutto, sono rimasto al Four Seasons. Mettono un panno sotto e ti aiutano a metterli uno per uno l'hotel è preoccupato per i reclami dei clienti e per il disordine delle cose dei clienti, ma potrebbe davvero essere migliorato, perché la ragazza straniera seduta nel secchio con me ha preso l'iniziativa di chiedermi come era stata riordinata la stanza. Ha detto che la loro stanza non era stata riordinata Tutto. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e la piscina è bellissima.

Six Senses Samui is everything I could have hoped for and more. We were lucky enough to stay in a Hideaway Pool Villa - an absolutely gorgeous huge room with an amazing bathroom and an outdoor shower. The villa has its own private pool with sun-loungers and outdoor lounge seating and is absolutely spectacular. I had the opportunity to see a couple of the other pool villas and the ocean view suites really are exceptional with either sunrise or sunset views. The infinity pool is stunning and has far reaching ocean views. Drink and food service by the pool is fantastic with a lovely menu. Drift is Six Senses Samui’s beach club. With a pool, bar and the most comfortable loungers and seating imaginable. There was never an issue finding a lounger either at the pool or down on the beach. Drift Bar has a livelier atmosphere than the serene infinity pool and is a great place for lunch or afternoon cocktails at Happy Hour. Dining on the Hill is wonderful for breakfast - a fantastic selection on both the buffet and a La carte menu. Dinner was fantastic - a great selection of both Thai and Western food and I’d highly recommend booking Half Board. The resort is so beautiful at night as well with all the lights twinkling. We didn’t have the opportunity to eat at Dining on the Rocks but heard that it was a very special experience. The staff at Six Senses are all lovely. Each Villa is assigned a GEM (Guest Experience Maker) and we were lucky enough to have the wonderful Beth. Beth made us feel so welcome and was so helpful and friendly - he really is a credit to Six Senses and made our stay even more wonderful. Although you can walk around the resort and take in the views, when the heat becomes too much for the hills and steps, buggy’s are readily available to transport you around. Despite the size of the resort it somehow still retains an intimate feel. Despite feeling totally secluded in Paradise, Six Senses is only a 15 minute taxi journey from Samui Airport as well as The Fisherman’s Village which is well worth a visit - we loved the Fire Show at Coco Tams as recommended by Beth our GEM. Sustainability is clearly very important to Six Senses and it’s great not to see plastic anywhere at the resort. Six Senses Samui is the perfect destination for couples and families - there are plenty of activities available for children and adults alike if you can tear yourself away from the stunning views!

La struttura è molto bella, ma ci sono molti ristoranti a destra e la spiaggia è comune a tutti qui. La laguna e la spiaggia sono ciò che ricompensa questo posto. Questo e un servizio di bar di spiaggia decente e non intrusivo è dove finirà la buona parte.I problemi con cui ho avuto problemi sono: ci sono troppe scale che ti fanno sentire diverso da lasciare la stanza. Un grosso sbaglio è stato il personale di custodia che entrava nella stanza usando la chiave principale anche quando eravamo in camera. This was our place to go whenever we visited Koh Samui. This is a small, quiet beach front boutique hotel. The staff have always been very friendly and will try their best to accommodate you. This visit we felt very unwelcome. Considering this was our 5th visit, and we were excited to be back in Koh Samui, I was expecting to have been welcome back in a nicer way. No, that did not happen. We found our bathroom was dirty, especially around the toilet, and immediately I contacted Reception, who sent someone to clean it and then asked if we wanted to change rooms. I asked why the toilet had not been cleaned in the first place, and they could not answer. I was so disappointed. I then started to notice other things that I was not happy about. We asked for the manager, who we know well and has always been very hands-on and always came to welcome us back when we returned for a visit, and they said they would send a message. The manager sent us a bottle of wine and an apology note. Well, that was very presumptuous of the manager because I don't drink!!! We returned the bottle!!! I eventually met the new manager, he's new from England. I did let him know how I felt and told him it was not very nice to step into an unclean bathroom. Excuse was they just done maintenance, I told him that's not my concern it should have been cleaned, and he accepted this should have been done. The hotel is looking very old and does not have the wow look anymore, and considering we've visited many times the hotel did have refurbishments in the room, the rest of the hotel definitely needs refurbishment. You would have thought this would have been taken care of during the lockdown. The sky roof in the breakfast area needs cleaning. The swim up bar the tile fell off and one of the guest had to show the staff member what had happened because it was sitting in the bottom of the pool which the guest went and pull up and gave to the staff member. So, to be honest it's a lovely hotel but the manager is an office person and does not really engage well with guests, which is a shame because for a small hotel he definitely needs to be ensuring his guest know who he is and to also welcome them back or thank them for visiting. He did, however, come and wave us goodbye, I suppose he's hoping we will be back. We are not sure we will visit again. We went and checked out another hotel and found other hotels charging the same and are much nicer. Changes bring better, but it did not happen on this occasion, unfortunately.

Ma l'unica cosa che mi ha infastidito è stato lo strano evento accaduto alle 7:30 del secondo giorno di check-in: il campanello ha suonato da solo. All'inizio pensavo che il dipendente avesse premuto il pulsante sbagliato e avesse chiesto all'hotel una spiegazione ragionevole. Tuttavia, l'hotel ha controllato il sistema di sorveglianza e ha scoperto che, sebbene un dipendente fosse passato davanti alla mia porta un minuto prima che suonasse il campanello, non aveva suonato. Il campanello stava suonando forte! Mi ha fatto davvero venire i brividi. Successivamente, hanno spiegato che si era verificata una situazione simile con questo campanello. Era possibile che l'aria fosse umida e la batteria fosse scarica, rendendo i pulsanti a sfioramento particolarmente sensibili. Hanno rimosso la batteria e il problema non si è più verificato. Ma ho ancora delle paure persistenti. A parte questo, il soggiorno è stato abbastanza piacevole.

Il servizio è impeccabile. Tutti nel resort sono gentili e disponibili. Tanti piccoli dettagli straordinari che sono unici per l'hotel come la ”sorpresa del giorno” e gli snack durante il giorno. Il resort è grande e dispone di una spiaggia privata dove è possibile praticare moto d'acqua e molti altri sport acquatici. C'è anche un beach club e molte altre strutture di intrattenimento. Tornerò sicuramente!

Questo hotel rispetta gli standard di un Luxury Hotel. Siamo stati molto impressionati con il personale dell'hotel. C'è un servizio cinese al di fuori del desk.Il servizio della signorina PeiPei è molto buono.Parla molto bene cinese. Vorremmo tornare a questo hotel se abbiamo la possibilità di vivere una bella vacanza.

We stayed here for 6 nights. in January 2023. Staff were friendly, respectful, accommodating & wanted to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to a lady who ensured our room was really special and cleaned. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and an old man was there, paying attention to all the guests. The hotel in ideally located right on a road opposite of Chaweng Noi beach that is very quiet and amazing place to suntan and relax. A seven eleven is near by the Hotel just 10 min walk. it is 100 Baht to take into the town center by tuk tuk. We rent a motorbike from the hotel which was brand new and we did not need to pay for a taxi anymore. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods & overlooks a nice pool with lovely setting. I would definitely come back here & would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Chaweng Noi Pool Villa for an amazing holiday.

Questo è il nostro primo viaggio all'estero dopo che mia moglie è andata in pensione e l'epidemia di tre anni si è conclusa. Il Silavadee Resort è la nostra ultima tappa e quella che non vediamo l'ora di fare, quindi voglio ancora dare una valutazione di questa tappa te stesso. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto, ma non perfetto. Innanzitutto il servizio di accoglienza dell'hotel è stato molto buono ed entusiasta. Possiamo comunicare tramite l'APP dell'hotel. Non ero soddisfatto della camera n. 28 che ci era stata assegnata all'inizio, perché era vicina al ristorante , aveva scarsa privacy e le basse piante verdi davanti alla piscina bloccavano la vista. Grazie al coordinamento di Ctrip, siamo stati trasferiti al n. 32. C'è un albero nel cortile e un grande albero vicino alla piscina. Sebbene sia diversa dalle foto promozionali, posso accettarlo. Pensavo di poter vedere l'alba e il tramonto, ma in realtà potevo vederli entrambi, forse a causa di questa imperfezione, ho ritenuto accidentalmente che fosse il vantaggio più grande di questa stanza è che altre stanze simili non ce l'hanno. Poiché un grande albero può ombreggiare il sole, possiamo goderci la piscina per almeno 2 ore ogni giorno. La felicità è una benedizione sotto mentite spoglie. Il ristorante STAR dell'hotel ha un ambiente fantastico, lì puoi vedere la bellissima alba, specialmente di notte, puoi guardare il tramonto sulle montagne e la luna che sorge sul mare ricevere il suo eccellente servizio. Motivo della detrazione dei punti per i servizi: c'è un problema con il rubinetto dell'acqua calda del lavandino sul lato sinistro del bagno, ma non dovrebbe essere così. Motivi per detrarre punti per il servizio: La colazione è davvero squisita, ma il servizio è un po' scadente Possiamo accogliere gli ospiti europei e americani con un sorriso, perché no? Anche il servizio all'uscita dall'hotel era rigido ed era un hotel completamente diverso da quando sono arrivato. Oh, quasi dimenticavo, i biscotti al cocco negli snack gratuiti forniti dall'hotel sono davvero deliziosi. Si dice che li facciano loro stessi. Devo ringraziare il pasticcere dell'hotel.

Questa volta l'esperienza di vacanza nel palazzo del mare è davvero inaspettabile.Il design unico del palazzo è unico, integra gli elementi moderni e naturali, l'ambiente è tranquillo e bello.La piscina senza frontiere è molto lusinghiero, l'entusiasmo professionale della squadra di servizio, soprattutto il servizio di curatore, e può fornire servizi cinesi. Il cibo dolce è anche un grande punto luminoso. La cena e il colazione sono molto profughi e di sapore diverso.Questo viaggio non solo ci ha rilassato fisicamente, ma ha lasciato una profonda impressione, e speriamo di avere l'opportunità di venire di nuovo in futuro.
