Hotel vicini a Summit Estate a Koh Samui

Senza la piscina, questo hotel non sarebbe una sistemazione ideale, almeno per me. Nessun set di cortesia e servizi di base e. cuffie da doccia, bicchieri, asciugacapelli, ecc. Il pavimento della stanza ti farebbe sentire come se dovessi indossare sempre le pantofole. I miei asciugamani avevano macchie che avrebbero potuto essere pulite. Il personale non era affatto interattivo. Ho chiesto a qualcuno, una cameriera, una cuffia per la doccia, invece di dire ”Non forniamo cuffie per la doccia qui”, ha semplicemente scosso la testa. Quando sono passato davanti a loro per pulire le stanze, nessun saluto. Anche l'accoglienza, poco disponibile. Nessun ”sawaddee” quando siamo entrati nella reception. La posizione è un punto di forza di COSI, anche se è proprio accanto al Central Department Store, che si trova nel cuore di Koh Samui. Nonostante la zona residenziale e il punto turistico, era così tranquillo. Anche la piscina è un'ottima struttura. Resta qui solo se hai bisogno di una stanza per una notte o giù di lì, immagino. Non è una vacanza ideale. Probabilmente non sarebbe nella lista degli hotel di ritorno

Hotel fantastico. Il colazione era il migliore che abbia mai avuto. Champagne e succo fresco quanto volevi. Ho un roll di lobster e uova Benedict. Amazing! La stanza dell'hotel non poteva essere migliore! La perfezione del bagno del jacuzzi. L'hotel non poteva fare più. Abbiamo anche comprato i vestiti e gli ingranaggi erano così confortevoli. In generale l'hotel era lussuoso. Sarebbe rimasto 10.000%. Le piscine e la spiaggia erano così tranquille che era fantastico.

When we arrived at Ko Samui airport, the transfer service from the hotel worked perfectly. We received a very warm welcome at the hotel and were given our room straight away. The room (Grand Deluxe Room) far exceeded our expectations. It's less of a room and more of a small apartment without a kitchen. The hotel complex is absolutely paradisiacal. Lots of beautiful plants and very well maintained. The beach was amazing, the most beautiful beach we have seen on Ko Samui (we explored the whole island by motorbike that we also rent from the hotel). The sea - turquoise blue clear water. The great thing is that it is a private beach so only accessible to hotel guests and therefore not overcrowded. The food was fantastic. There is a very large selection and there really is something for everyone. The pool area directly on the beach with an included pool bar is very beautiful. And the cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. What particularly impressed us and what we have never experienced on our many trips... was the warmth and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone was always helpful, funny and good organized. Friendships developed in this short time, for which we are very grateful. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us. You gave us a wonderful honeymoon and organized such a beautiful candlelight dinner that we will never forget in our lives. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Fair House for couples, families and singles. We look forward to being with you again soon. Big hugs Andi and Sabine

РАЗОЧАРОВАНЫ. На фото в инете и сайте Пегаса совершенно не совпадает-здания те же, но добавьте обветшалости и грязи и будет самое оно. Бунгало стоят на 15 тысяч дороже (у туроператора, в отеле на 13 тысяч), но там в бунгало комары и никакого вида на море. Темно, сыро, комарики, зато своя огромная веранда. Лучшего обслуживания и привелегий для бунгало нет. И там и в номерах основного корпуса не хватает то мыла, то обещанных зубных щёток, нет халата и тапочек. Браслетов на руку не дают. На завтраке просто спрашивают номер комнаты. Из плюсов: Ежедневная уборка. Обновление каждый раз 2-х ватных палочек, шапочки для душа, туал. бумаги. Выдают на пляж новые ежедневно полотенца (вечером сдавать нужно). Большой балкон. Теневая сторона нам попалась. Окна в «пол». Плоский ТВ с одним русским каналом и 10-15 тайских каналов. Wi-fi ловит в номере, ресепшн и на пляже. Бесплатная бутылочка воды, сейф, 1 пакетик чая, 1 пакетик кофе, 1 пакетик сухих сливок, 1 пакетик сахара (на одного человека пишу). Есть платные напитки (уже стоят в вашем холодильнике). Если выпьете-готовьтесь за них заплатить. Платный перечень напитков написан на ламинированном листке в номере. Кстати, когда выселялись-никто не проверяет номера и выпитые напитки😂. В номере: зонтик, фен, вешалки, пепельница, столик, кровать, длинный пуф с подушками, ТВ, кондиционер, тумбы прикроватные, настольная лампа. На балконе: 2 деревянных стула со спинкой , столик и сушилка для белья. За время пребывания: Из 6 просьб выполнили одну. 2 раза ломался кондиционер-просили-чинили. Постельное белье и полотенца сменили один раз за 12 дней (лайфхак: берите молча или просите-дадут). Бассейны почистили и запустили 1 раз за 12 дней и то не было желания там купаться-на стенках «зелень», иногда что-то плавает... Ночью в отеле отсутствует персонал вообще! Хотя девочки днём вежливые, приветливые, записывают все просьбы, но не с первого раза их исполняют 🤣. Лежаков на пляже 4 шт (бесплатно))) на весь отель. Пляж отеля своеобразный... Береговая линия очень маленькая, между камней. Из плюсов: чистая вода, пологий вход, в море мягкий песок, можно поплавать с маской (красивые рыбки), есть тень от деревьев чтобы укрыться от солнца. За счёт камней есть «естественный бассейн» для детей очень удобно. Минусы: грязь на песке, много мелких ракушек (можно пораниться), стёкла крупные от битых бутылок, пластик иногда валяется, камни, сигареты и т.п. мусор (не чистят пляж). Толком негде лечь (если ляжешь-то людям негде будет ходить). Вывод-ищите другие пляжи. Лайфак: за камнями, на территории отеля First house отличный огромный пляж (вход через ресепшн отеля или через его ресторан через мостик с 7:00 до 18:30).

Personale di servizio molto buono. Impressionato ❤️ L'atmosfera circostante è molto buona. Camere comode, pulite, vicino al mare, possibilità di ritrovarsi.

Away from the hustle of central Chaweng, so is a good spot to be based for quiet times and used as a base to explore the island. Beachfront pool villas are nice, large and great views of the ocean. Private pool is a bonus and well worth the upgrade. Hotel was busy when I stayed and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The pool isn’t the largest but plentiful for the amount of rooms. Don’t forget, there are the villas with private pools, so a fair number of guests will be in their own area. Access to the beach is not directly in front of the hotel, but that’s a good thing otherwise I would be hearing everyone in front of my villa each day. Access is the side of the resort just past the restaurant. Along this stretch of beach has a few other hotel bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and if you head to the furtherest headland point, and head inland, you will come across a handful of bars and restaurants. As many people have said, the hotel is next to a road - but like most hotels in Samui, it’s just the design of the island. You can avoid the main road for your walk to the local area by going along the stretch of beach. And when you are on the island, why wouldn’t you want to walk along the beach?! So don’t listen to those comments about nothing nearby. If you want the hustle of the nightlife, Chaweng central is 15 minutes away. Get on the shuttle or order a taxi for 300thb. It’s a 4 star hotel, trying to get back to some kind of normal after covid and over time, I am sure the owners will reinvest their money to make improvements where some other guests have commented about in other posts but I do think it is dependent on the room type you book and/or are assigned as most of them are fine. Give it a go, it is worth it. I’ve been to many hotels over the years - more than the average Joe - and it’s only recently where I’ve checked in and out of two hotels on the same day in all these years.

Il nostro soggiorno non era cattivo qui, ma si può ottenere molto meglio per lo stesso o meno di quello che abbiamo pagato per questa stanza. Non è finito il mondo non ha passato molto tempo all'hotel. AC - questo era grande quando era finito. Ma non potevi lasciarlo quando hai lasciato la stanza, il che significa che la stanza è così calda quando torni. Non cieco nel bagno, quindi va bene anche con l’AC come il sole passa direttamente. La stanza era molto grande, ma riempita di nulla. Molto spazio vuoto. Da 18:00 circa, non sembrava ci fosse nessuno alla ricezione. Se avessi bisogno di qualcosa dovevi chiamare un numero. Erano immediatamente là - non sicuri dove andare, ma è chiuso. Le porte quando chiuse sono così forte, che può essere un problema in una notte. Le pareti non sono molto forte prova. Gli ascensori erano fuori ordine per tutta la permanenza. Non HotTube come diceva sulla nostra prenotazione. Ma non sicuramente se c'è qualcuno in qualche parte dell'hotel - che anche voi avete accesso. Abbiamo assunto scooter da qui 300B a giorno e qualcuno la rinuncia per voi, se volete estendere, potete farlo alla reception. La posizione è perfetta. Non potevo fallire. Wifi è anche grande! E il loro servizio di lavanderia è anche grande. Il personale era sorprendente, non poteva fare abbastanza per voi. Non una cattiva permanenza, non il migliore. Pensavamo di andare così abbiamo un balcone - da qualche parte per sedersi in una serata. Il mio rating 6/10 - Non è probabile che mi fermerò di nuovo, principalmente sulla base delle cose che avrei desiderato in un hotel la prossima volta.

L'albergo era decente. Ma ci sono stati molti problemi, il condizionatore ha smesso di funzionare nel cuore della notte e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che qualcuno venisse a ripararlo. Anche l'elettricità si è interrotta e non siamo riusciti a caricare i nostri telefoni. La porta del bagno è difficile da chiudere e il problema principale era la doccia, la temperatura dell'acqua nella doccia e nel lavandino cambia spontaneamente ed è facile scottarsi. Ho anche chiesto al personale un apribottiglie e non me ne hanno dato uno anche se hanno un bar proprio nella hall. Tra i lati positivi, la piscina dell'hotel era bellissima e anche il servizio gratuito di kayak era eccezionale.

We stayed at three different hotels/resorts for our honeymoon and by far the most memorable experience was during our stay at the IC. The friendly and helpful staff always went the extra step to be helpful and accommodating. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the services that were made available to us, and enjoy having dates at the different picturesque sights throughout the day. In particular, the speed of the services such as requesting a buggy or ordering room service were extremely quick! We would like to thank all of the wonderful staff who worked hard all day to give us such a wonderful experience. In particular Emily at the lobby was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived to every time we happened to pass by. Thank you all, for making this once in a lifetime honeymoon truly exceptional. We hope to come again for a longer stay during future anniversaries!

È un ottimo posto dove stare. Personale adorabile, amichevole con cui parlare. Alloggio vicino alla spiaggia, bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa, bella vista, piscina con Avere la possibilità di venire a trovarci di nuovo la prossima volta. ✨✨
