L'hotel era buono, ma circa 20 anni fa, ora è molto stanco, la pulizia è disgustosa, c'era spazzatura ovunque sul pavimento, tutto è molto sporco, una stretta striscia di spiaggia, tutta ricoperta di spazzatura

Very beautiful hotel, the service was super friendly, the room was big and comfortable, the bed was amazing! We loved the pool! 15 min walk from the main shopping street

Feels like the whole place could use renovation. The reception staff are trying hard or so it seems but there’s a language and cultural barrier with western tourists. Check in is at 3pm, and the room was not ready at 2… Once I got into the room, there was a strong canalisation smell… Also, good luck with carrying your luggage up the stairs for checkout. I didn’t mind this morning workout but I can imagine if you’re not in your thirties or forties you might struggle. Long story short the place has a potential but sadly is not very well managed.

I stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed my time here. The rooms are seperate units and you’ll have to walk a bit to the breakfast area. The pool is nice and has a nice view over the water. In the morning there is actually plenty of seawater to swim in, because other parts of the island may not have any water in the morning due to the changing tides. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Would like to come back again!

Lots of potential but old and definitely not 4 stars. The location is beach front but no good sea to swim in. Tha rooms are huge and cleaned daily but it are old and not pampering. The breakfast is simple and not very tasty. The pool is big and has a lot of sun beds but again a bit old and the atmosphere is dull and not resort level. The staff is very nice and smiling.

設施：房間比想象中還大，很寬敞，附近同價位酒店裡房間最大的。我定的是最便宜的房型，位置在一樓，門口是落地窗和移門。房門外放着桌椅和晾曬架，可以坐在房門外喝喝茶。房間裏除了沙發和茶几，還有餐桌以及工作台。衞生間有浴缸，梳粧台配有椅子。不足的是淋浴間比較小，吹風機是固定在牆上的，不能取下，不過可以坐在梳粧台的椅子上吹頭髮。酒店的隔音不太好，能聽見隔壁或是樓上的聲音，晚上池塘裏的青蛙聲也很大。吐槽一下早餐，是真的不好吃。我在蘇梅島住了4家酒店，這家早餐是最差的，差的讓我每天都沒有起床的動力。衞生：總體比較乾淨，床單每天都換，但浴缸有點不乾淨。酒店公共區域的衞生有待改進。環境：酒店在熱鬧的查汶海灘，但這個酒店的客房由於地勢差所以很安靜。馬路和大堂在同一平面，而客房都在大堂的下方，聽不到馬路上的摩託車聲。酒店離機場比較近，偶爾有飛機經過，但不吵，在房間裏聽不見，在沙灘上可以聽見，不過班次本來也少。酒店的沙灘旁有按摩店，價格和外面街邊一樣，看着海做按摩挺好的。沿沙灘往南面走有一家沙灘餐廳，價格不算貴，也提供早餐，可以彌補酒店早餐難吃的劣勢。服務：服務好，我們早上九點多到酒店，直接讓我們提前入住了。這一點很好，泰國很多酒店即使有空房也不會讓你提前入住。
