Very good family hotel

房間真的又大又舒服，管家和阿姨都很好！景色一絕，出行離查文和春蒙都很近，離機場也很近，下次還會去！就是沒有中文服務，其他都很好！

首先，必須説這個服務真的，我給200分。從下飛機開始，我們的管家BALL就為我們很科學的規劃了行程和安排。讓我們不辦入住也可以有事做有地方去。然後酒店本身是管家式服務，基本上就是你要喝一杯咖啡可樂果汁都給你遞到手裡那種。點餐也很方便，不算貴，但是非常好吃，廚師會到別墅來做。然後環境不用説，整個泳池很大，而且設計很合理，拍照無敵好看。然後一樓功能很完善。spa也可以到房間做。唯一的我的遺憾是，我的戒指丟了，我其實不願意相信是酒店的人拿的，因為我提到報警他們很支持配合也很着急的給我找，翻垃圾桶。我想説的是，這裏沒有監控，所以自己還是鎖好房間。因為可能你的管家也不知道誰進過別墅。但願是被當成垃圾扔了而不是被拿了吧。不然我願意稱完美的體驗。很棒，晚上會有很多小壁虎。不過也不傷害人。關好門窗即可

如果你人多，需求是度假，不到處跑真的不錯的，性價比也不錯，遊游泳散散步自己做點吃的看看電視非常愜意，管家honey非常善於溝通解決問題，附近的anong 餐廳比那些網紅餐廳更適合中國人口味，吃了好幾頓，老闆也可以開車接送。

性價比極高的酒店，其他酒店一天兩千多，房間可能也就六七十平米的樣子，而薩穆嘉納是獨棟別墅，三百多平米，還有獨立泳池和餐廳，如果是兩家人或三家人一起出行，那絕對是絕佳的選擇！ 對於愛照相的朋友來説，也是不二選擇，無邊泳池永遠也不會有其他人打擾我們照相，頂層的觀景平台也是出大片的好地方！ 私密性也是絕佳的，酒店門口24小時保安，外面的車輛除了接送乘客，根本不能進入酒店。每棟別墅之間都有一定的距離，隔絕了所有的喧囂和嘈雜！ 如果非要挑出不足，可能就是酒店附近的海灘沙子沒有那麼細膩，對於愛挖沙子的小朋友會有一點點遺憾，但別墅能的獨立泳池完美的彌補了這個不足，利用泳池邊的遮陽傘，做好泳池的遮陽工作，就能小朋友盡情玩耍！ 酒店會有接送機服務，預訂完酒店，找攜程的管家溝通，會幫我們安排好接送機服務！如果到蘇梅島的航班過早，酒店會把乘客送到附近的商場或咖啡廳，要一直待到下午可以入住的時間，但要注意，機場到商場再回酒店是需要單獨收費的，可以讓攜程的管家幫忙溝通，不要這個行程，直接把我們送回酒店！ 細節方面各人覺得不可能完全按照五星級酒店去要求，因為平米數太大了，三百平米的別墅如果要求做到所有小細節都沒有，就太吹毛求疵了，當然了，別墅內的管家和廚師也會把我們照顧的很好，還會給我們提供一些蘇梅島上很好的餐廳和打卡地點！ 每個人的體驗都不一樣，也許有人喜歡也許有人不喜歡，沒關係，如果感興趣的朋友可以去這個別墅體驗一下，也許它給你的感受要比我的文字直觀！

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty We stayed in 11A . Two of the 3 bedrooms were superb however bedroom 3 was average. We had Sai and Patt assigned to us and they were fantastic Sai was amazing. Nothing was too hard for her. Her English was great and she organised everything for us. Whatever we wanted , she had it organised. I would recommend anyone to ask for her in their villa. We will be back

Returned to this little bit of paradise. Can’t stay away! Beautifully decorated and appointed villa 28. Stunning views and hospitality. The attentive staff are really efficient, delightful and so helpful, nothing ever too much trouble. Thank you Phorn and her team. The yoga was sublime, the massage options following use of the well equipped gym to die for and the cinema room fabulous . As if swimming in the beautiful infinity pool was not enough, a highlight was sundowners in the pool or sitting in the BBQ area chatting as another glorious day drew to a close ..

Group of 8 friends - Beautiful villa, amazing hospitality, extremely friendly staff (Honey, take a bow!). Was very, very sad to leave. Endless views of the sea, excellent food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about the beautiful villa. Plenty of space amazing views, with our own infinity pool.. outdoor kitchen, living area and a sitting area. It was spectacular. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Sai made our trip spectacular. thank you

We spent 10 nights overall at Samujana, 8 nights in villa 9 and 2 nights in villa 15 in August 2023 and both were great but villa 9, wow…what a phenomenal accommodation! With two children, villa 9 far exceeded the expectations we had with the playroom, the built in slide and the cinema room, the videos and photos online do not do these amenities enough justice! During our stay, we had the privilege of being looked after by Khun Apple and Khun Pui and I have to say, I was blown away by the attentiveness and customer service that was provided. Both ladies very quickly adapted to provide the right level of care during our stay, not too intrusive and allowing us ample space to enjoy the villa features without being overlooked. Kuhn Apple was also excellent at suggesting things to do, what to eat and also arranging the activities we enjoyed during our stay, nothing was too much effort for her. Breakfast was scrumptious and each day, we had lots of variety to choose from, the Thai breakfast was delicious. During our stay, my husband got sick, which required an emergency room visit at 2.00am in the morning and I was hugely grateful to Khun Apple, the Samujana driver and the security team who helped to ensure we got to the hospital swiftly. Khun Apple stayed with us to ensure we were well supported and taken care of, far exceeding expectations and her duties as our villa manager. I am very grateful to Khun Apple during this time. In addition, as we had to quickly change sleeping arrangements, Khun Pui worked quickly to deep clean and change all linen over multiple bedrooms to ensure we could take care of my husband and avoid others getting sick. I was so grateful as it meant both ladies working excess hours, I won’t forget this level of care provided Despite having sickness challenges and many hospital visits, we couldn’t be more grateful to be at a villa, with ample space and an open environment that still allowed for us to enjoy our time there, whilst allowing my husband the space to get back to good health. We definitely feel there is an unfinished vacation pending, I trust we will be returning to samujana in the future to enjoy paradise for a second time around.

Incredible views and tranquillity from Villa 11b, close to all sights and very safe. Our hosts and chefs (Rada and Kai) are fantastic, they looked after us in every way with food, suggestions for things to do, travel arrangements. The villa was always tidy and pleasant. The family made the most of massages/pampering, yoga and Muay Thai lessons. Only item not available to us (in our villa) was the use of a gymnasium, but that may not be essential to every traveller. Additionally the Guest Services Managers were very efficient and prompt in the lead up to our booking, making sure we had all information we needed on our trip and booking in additional activities like Catamaran trip to Kho Pha Ngam. Highly recommend Samujana and our wonderful hosts Rada and Kai. A truly beautiful location. 🙏

Amazing place amazing stuff and wonderful view. Breakfast excelant and so many options to select from. Pool larg and amazing. Rooms spacious and clean. Cooking class was very good we did enjoy our stay.

Our family of five, with children aged 7-15, had an incredible stay in Villa 19 during our few nights in July. We were all absolutely captivated by every aspect of this accommodation. Upon arrival, we were immediately taken aback by the breathtaking view of the ocean. It was truly amazing. The infinity pool, along with the expansive property, was impressive in size and left us in awe. We particularly enjoyed the sunken outdoor living area, which provided a wonderful space to relax with the added comfort of ceiling fans keeping us cool outside. The bedrooms were all spacious and each had large en-suite bathrooms. To our delight, two of the bedrooms even had separate outdoor spas attached, adding an extra touch of luxury. The cinema room became a favorite among our kids, providing them with endless entertainment. Additionally, the gym was a hit, allowing us to stay active during our stay. The culinary experience at the villa was outstanding, and we chose to dine there for the entirety of our visit due to the delicious food. The breakfast was especially delightful, featuring a fresh selection of seasonal fruits, cereals, and pastries. We also appreciated the cooked breakfast, which included eggs made to our liking. The staff at the villa were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making our stay even more memorable. Our Villa Manager, Apple, and Kai went above and beyond to ensure that our time at Samujana was unforgettable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Apple, Kai, and the entire Samujana team. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in the future.
