Hotel in zona Ban Sairee, Koh Samui

The Conrad Koh Samui was hailed by many netizens as one of the crown jewels in Hilton's Asia Pacific hotel portfolio and having experienced it, I would proudly say the same too. I would even rate this as the best hotel experience I've had in recent years with full marks given to the hospitality of the staff, amazing views and great rooms. My wife and I had the best time during our 3D2N recent trip to Conrad Koh Samui where we booked a villa for 2 pax. The hotel is situated at an amazing location with legendary views of the sea and sunset from your own villa, which has a private infinity pool for us to lounge around. Despite it's age, the villa is maintained in a great condition and recent refurbishments which I understood took place during the COVID19 years further enhanced our experience of staying at the Conrad Koh Samui. Most of all, what made our stay so great was the hospitality of the staff on site. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Jack Huang (Assistant Guest Relations Manager), who reached out to us via email prior to our arrival and kept in touch with us via whatsapp (almost on a 24 hrs basis) to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He made my wife and I feel welcomed from the first minute we stepped onto the resort, addressing us by our names each time he sees us, making us feel like we are old friends of his. Even after we have left, he made arrangements to mail us an item which we left behind at the hotel despite his busy schedule. We are highly appreciative of him and his team for taking such good care of us during our stay and their hospitality is definitely one of the reasons why our stay is highly memorable! If you are looking for a place to unwind, I would definitely recommend staying a few days at the Conrad Koh Samui!

My daughter wanted to go somewhere really special to celebrate her 30th birthday and was interested in going to Thailand. Then she saw some photos of this hotel and it’s amazing views. After reading the reviews the decision was made. We were so excited and so hoped it would live up to everything we dreamed of. We had chosen a private pool villa and it was THE most amazing room with a private pool and outside jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. We felt like we were living in a dream. The big round inside jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was huge. On her birthday I had decorated our room and the staff matched the colours with petals on the bed and two cakes. One was made from towels the other was a delicious white chocolate one! The room was behind the main beach pool so we would get a buggy up to the lounge but we always chose to walk down the big hanging bridges back to the room. The views were stunning and the bridges and stairs looked so pretty lit up at night. We both visited the spa for treatments on her birthday which were very nice. We wanted to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary whilst in Thailand and the concierge booked us to go to Samui Elephant Kingdom. This was just a short drive from the hotel and was one of the high lights of our trip. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it. The club lounge was where we had our daily afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés. The club staff were great they got to know us and knew my daughter liked the duck spring rolls. To her surprise they brought out two on a plate with candles in on her birthday whilst singing “happy birthday“. It’s the little things that make it perfect. I would like to thank you all for everything. I can only remember a few names, Lisa, Knowfang, Meen, Markey but you were all great. A special thank you goes to Dow. You were amazing, kind, professional, friendly and very helpful especially when the air con needed attention. I can’t thank you enough. I had wished we got to see you before we left to say it personally but it was your day off. All the staff from management to ground staff were professional, friendly, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The service was excellent. The hotel app was great. If you wanted anything you just sent a message and the response was immediate. We wanted different pillows they were there in 5 minutes. We asked for sun loungers for our garden again there in a few minutes. We had a problem with the air con and immediately the engineers came. I have never stayed anywhere with such great service. This hotel not only lived up to expectations it surpassed them. It really was like living in a dream. Thank you to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday. We will most definitely be back.

Questa volta l'esperienza di vacanza nel palazzo del mare è davvero inaspettabile.Il design unico del palazzo è unico, integra gli elementi moderni e naturali, l'ambiente è tranquillo e bello.La piscina senza frontiere è molto lusinghiero, l'entusiasmo professionale della squadra di servizio, soprattutto il servizio di curatore, e può fornire servizi cinesi. Il cibo dolce è anche un grande punto luminoso. La cena e il colazione sono molto profughi e di sapore diverso.Questo viaggio non solo ci ha rilassato fisicamente, ma ha lasciato una profonda impressione, e speriamo di avere l'opportunità di venire di nuovo in futuro.

Ho soggiornato qui durante un viaggio da solista dal Giappone. È stato bello anche avere un ascensore. Era un hotel nuovo, quindi tutto era pulito. Tuttavia, anche se il design del tavolo nella stanza è carino, è fatto di un materiale che si sporca facilmente, quindi ci sono già molte macchie sul tavolo, e anche se è tutto pulito, il tavolo sembra molto sporco. Anche l'equilibrio visivo con la stanza era scadente. Questo è il mio unico rammarico, ma gli asciugamani, le lenzuola, il pavimento e l'impianto idraulico erano puliti e, soprattutto, il prezzo era ragionevole e la camera era spaziosa e confortevole. È a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Sulla spiaggia, se ordini un drink in un bar, puoi usare il lettino, quindi abbiamo trascorso la giornata lì. Nella piscina dell'hotel non ci sono ombrelloni, quindi è difficile riposarsi a bordo piscina quando il tempo è bello. Ci sono molti ristoranti e massaggi nelle vicinanze. Il rumore non è così forte come a Chaweng, ma di notte si sente il rumore dei negozi vicini. La colazione era piccola ma sufficiente. *Esistono diversi tipi di piatti tra cui scegliere e farli preparare sul momento. Tutto era delizioso.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff! They work so hard and handled any problems we had the best they could. The hotel does need updating, We were allocated a Mountain View room, you could just see it behind all the wires and busy road, we upgraded at a cost to a sea view, it was worth it, the view was stunning! The room was comfortable and clean, as much as I tried not to, I couldn’t help but flood the bathroom, the water runs along the bath and straight to the floor! Breakfast was nice and again the staff were really on the ball, the service was faultless! In reception there is a pond that runs all around with several koi carp in, we brought some fish food from one of the pet shops and fed them every morning (there is food behind the desk if you want to fed them) The beach is lovely, Despite the place needing updating and a few repairs I would stay here again, we had a lovely holiday in Lamai.

Nel complesso sono soddisfatto, ma non perfetto. Innanzitutto il servizio di accoglienza dell'hotel è stato molto buono ed entusiasta. Possiamo comunicare tramite l'APP dell'hotel. Non ero soddisfatto della camera n. 28 che ci era stata assegnata all'inizio, perché era vicina al ristorante , aveva scarsa privacy e le basse piante verdi davanti alla piscina bloccavano la vista. Grazie al coordinamento di Ctrip, siamo stati trasferiti al n. 32. C'è un albero nel cortile e un grande albero vicino alla piscina. Sebbene sia diversa dalle foto promozionali, posso accettarlo. Pensavo di poter vedere l'alba e il tramonto, ma in realtà potevo vederli entrambi, forse a causa di questa imperfezione, ho ritenuto accidentalmente che fosse il vantaggio più grande di questa stanza è che altre stanze simili non ce l'hanno. Poiché un grande albero può ombreggiare il sole, possiamo goderci la piscina per almeno 2 ore ogni giorno. La felicità è una benedizione sotto mentite spoglie. Il ristorante STAR dell'hotel ha un ambiente fantastico, lì puoi vedere la bellissima alba, specialmente di notte, puoi guardare il tramonto sulle montagne e la luna che sorge sul mare ricevere il suo eccellente servizio. Motivo della detrazione dei punti per i servizi: c'è un problema con il rubinetto dell'acqua calda del lavandino sul lato sinistro del bagno, ma non dovrebbe essere così. Motivi per detrarre punti per il servizio: La colazione è davvero squisita, ma il servizio è un po' scadente Possiamo accogliere gli ospiti europei e americani con un sorriso, perché no? Anche il servizio all'uscita dall'hotel era rigido ed era un hotel completamente diverso da quando sono arrivato. Oh, quasi dimenticavo, i biscotti al cocco negli snack gratuiti forniti dall'hotel sono davvero deliziosi. Si dice che li facciano loro stessi. Devo ringraziare il pasticcere dell'hotel.

Wow. Ok, where to start? I read a LOT of TripAdvisor reviews when planning a trip, and understand that reviews are often a result of the expectations one sets for themselves when anticipating a trip/vacation. That said, while most of the reviews of this property are 5-Star, after researching the property, my own expectations were simply premium accommodations, a quiet retreat-like atmosphere, and a good restaurant. What my wife and I experienced was a full-on 5 (6 if the scale were higher) star resort in every sense. If you are looking for a peaceful, discrete and rejuvenating retreat complete with outstanding and prompt personalized service all in a lush natural tropical setting with supreme ocean views, then look no further, Banyan Tree Samui is it. I could write at length about our experience here, but I know you have a lot of reviews to read if you're like me. So here are most of the Highlights: 1. Fabulous accommodations - super comfortable bed/linens; separate bedroom/living/bath areas all with floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular sea views (IF you get the best villas). Walk-in shower w/large rectangular rain showerhead was brilliant. Pool was sparkling clean and allowed for ultimate cooling/relaxation in the warm temps all while taking in the incredible views. Additional outdoor seating area(s) for enjoying the outside. 2. Staff - Wonderful; THE epitome of hospitable. Super friendly, and always eager to immediately assist with even the smallest of requests. Dada (villa host), Golf, Lek (massage therapist), Jane, all serving staff and buggy drivers, even landscapers we passed throughout the grounds - ALL incredibly pleasant and eager to please. 3. Dining - Breakfast spread (hate to call it a buffet because that makes it sound tacky) was incredible. Multiple hot and cold options, western and Asian dishes, full baked goods/pastries selection, fresh fruits, cold cuts, fresh juices, multiple coffee options. Dinner at Saffron was outstanding. A few reviews have mentioned Saffron as being just average, but the food (including portion size), flavors, and as aforementioned, the servers were all terrific. Yes, it's more expensive than getting dinner at a local Thai joint in town (an obvious point made in another review), but you're at a 5-star resort with top-notch service and very special ambiance being pampered as a resort guest. But to give you an idea of ”expensive” (a very relative term): two appetizers, two soups, two entrees, and two desserts, plus non-alcoholic beverages - $105.00 US dollars. Any fine dining, high-end restaurant in a big city in the USA will cost you triple that. 4. The Spa should not be missed. Incredible massage treatments/experiences provided by very experienced and professional therapists all done in traditional Thai fashion. Wonderful. 5. Incidentals: The resort is mostly non-walkable meaning that you are either in your villa (but that's why you come here; your villa is an oasis) or at one of the

We stayed here for 6 nights. in January 2023. Staff were friendly, respectful, accommodating & wanted to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to a lady who ensured our room was really special and cleaned. The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and an old man was there, paying attention to all the guests. The hotel in ideally located right on a road opposite of Chaweng Noi beach that is very quiet and amazing place to suntan and relax. A seven eleven is near by the Hotel just 10 min walk. it is 100 Baht to take into the town center by tuk tuk. We rent a motorbike from the hotel which was brand new and we did not need to pay for a taxi anymore. The hotel restaurant offers a variety of foods & overlooks a nice pool with lovely setting. I would definitely come back here & would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Chaweng Noi Pool Villa for an amazing holiday.

Più che una luna di miele è stato un incantesimo durato una settimana. Le camere nuovissime e di uno stile ricercato ed elegante, bagno immenso con una porta scorrevole che comunica direttamente con la stanza da letto; balconcino con vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia e visita degli scoiattoli ogni mattina all'alba😍al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sul letto una composizione floreale con la scritta ”Happy honeymoon” e una bottiglia di bollicine con calici per brindare e in più un dolce buonissimo. Inoltre, armadio fornitissimo: addirittura un asse e un ferro da stiro, cassaforte, frigo vuoto, è vero, ma thè e caffè con bollitore, bottiglie d'acqua sia in camera che in bagno e a fine soggiorno non ci sono stati addebitati. Pulizia stanza giornaliera ineccepibile. Colazione alle 6:30, eccezionale... Ricca di ogni cosa desideriate... Dolce, salato, ciambelle, dolcetti vari, specialità thay, colazione americana, fornetto per abbrustolire il pane, frutta a iosa... E il ristorante esterno dà sulla spiaggia, abbiamo mangiato spesso lì, da insalate particolari a pietanze thay, hamburger e altro. Inoltre una sera abbiamo fatto una cena romantica direttamente sotto un gazebo allestito per noi in riva al mare, un maggiordomo a nostra disposizione durante tutta la cena... Il cibo ottimo e le pietanze abbondanti e rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. E poi i sorrisi, la gentilezza, la disponibilità... Il personale ti segue a vista e talvolta sembrano magici perché intuiscono prima ancora che tu chieda aiuto, non invadenti intervengono con dolcezza e premura. Forse mi sono dilungata ma credetemi avevo bisogno di ringraziare ancora una volta per ciò che abbiamo vissuto... Un ricordo indelebile, oltre che tutto il bello della struttura, è proprio la gentilezza di questo popolo così dignitoso e così delicato nei modi... Siete delle persone gigantesche, grazie grazie e ancora grazie ❤️

Questo hotel rispetta gli standard di un Luxury Hotel. Siamo stati molto impressionati con il personale dell'hotel. C'è un servizio cinese al di fuori del desk.Il servizio della signorina PeiPei è molto buono.Parla molto bene cinese. Vorremmo tornare a questo hotel se abbiamo la possibilità di vivere una bella vacanza.
