I cannot thank the staff at Keys Hotel enough for their incredible support and assistance during my recent stay. Unfortunately, I fell ill during the night, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. From providing me with necessary support to preparing hot soup and unsalted meals, the staff at Keys Hotel truly showed their compassion and dedication to customer service. They checked on me regularly and made sure I had everything I needed to feel better. I am so grateful for their kindness and understanding during a difficult time. The staff at Keys Hotel truly made an impression on me with their exceptional care and genuine concern for my well-being. Even on my depart early morning at 0200 h, the chef provided me with a packed breakfast. Thank you for all that you do, Keys Hotel staff! You are truly amazing. My warm regards to Mr Didhin and Hotel staff

Le grandi piastrelle dure non sono riuscite a dormire, nonostante il cambiamento. La stanza era bella, grande, ma era davanti all’hotel e c’era un sacco di rumore esterno. C'era un sacco di confusione sull'arte dell'hotel che si sentiva inutile e pretenzioso, soprattutto quando le basi devono essere giuste, in modo che il cliente pagatore sia comodo. Il personale era eccellente, non era un po'sovraccarico di fare il lutto tutto il tempo.In generale, mi sentivo un po' claustrofobico. L'area esterna è piccola e la piscina è piccola con due letti solari nell'ombra che guardano la cucina. nessun posto per rilassarsi e rilassare, niente per guardare solo un giardino chiuso. È una casa di ospiti glorificata e non vale certo i prezzi elevati che abbiamo pagato. Prova la casa di ginger, al contrario di un bel spazio esterno, guardando l'acqua.

L'hotel ha lasciato impressioni molto controverse. Da un lato, è assolutamente affascinante - la progettazione dell'hotel, delle camere, del cortile interno - tutto questo è morbido e immerso nell'atmosfera di riposo e relax. D'altra parte, ci sono molte carenze che possono sovrappeso la dignità. Per esempio, le camere sono molto fredde anche quando il condizionatore d'aria è fuori. Sì, e i condizionatori d'aria funzionano costantemente ovunque, quindi non sono uscito dal caldo con un cappello. Non mi piacevano i cibi. Capisco che sia l'India, ma ci sono di solito menù europee in grandi hotel. Ci sono anche opzioni, ma ancora peppery e sharp, o tutti i cibi veloce (pizza e hamburger). In generale, se siete un gastrici, una rapina o per qualche altro motivo limitato nel cibo, dovrete essere molto duro. Il personale è molto arrogante (non tutto, ma la massa totale), sempre pensando che si dovrebbe essere qualcosa. E l'ultima osservazione sull'atteggiamento e la sensibilità del personale: siamo venuti al compleanno di mio marito e in Cecenia non abbiamo nemmeno sentito il banale ”Buon compleanno”. Per la prima volta. come si trattano i biscotti massimi)

The rooms are really comfortable with elegant view of backwaters and with a private balcony! You have everything inside the room.. a dining table, cozy couches, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an electrical induction cooker, cutlery crockery etc.. I stayed in an apartment with living room, kitchen, two TVs, Two air conditioners and a lot of space.. wonderful stay just few Kms away from the city.. highly recommend this place..

The well-***icured gardens and peaceful a**osphere create a sense of serenity that guests truly appreciate. And at the price I paid, this was not just a value for money but an absolute steal! LOCATION: While peaceful, the location on Willingdon Island is quite isolated from the main attractions of Fort Kochi DINE + DRINK: The hotel offers a variety of dining options, ranging from traditional Kerala cuisine to international fare. The restaurants receive praise for their delectable dishes and attentive service. The THARAVADU restaurant is a great place to try local cuisine and the VASCO DE GAMA bar is a very characterful old-world pub located on the first floor. A perfect place to catch a game on the Telly while grabbing your favorite drink. ROOM: We stayed in Room 202, which was a SUITE ROOM, so this review is based on that; SIZE: The suite is quite spacious with a separate living room and big bedroom area. The whole suite is tastefully furnished with fine wood, and equipped with modern amenities. The attention to detail in the decor, which incorporates local elements, adds to the overall ambiance; VIEW: Sweet view of the courtyard; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Very dated bathroom with a tiny Bath-tub shower!; TOILETRIES: Good spa-quality toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a very limited range of weights(primarily dumbbells) and Cardio machines. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV (one each in the living room and bedroom!) dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Great resort, spectacular views of the lake. Excellent staff, always ready to help. Food is very good. Very good fish restaurant and great breakfast buffet with lots of delicious options. Very good pool. Canal measures 120m superb for swimming and large pool with water falls. All very well maintained garden. Will definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable. We did payment through a bank transfer which for an European is unusual but seemed to work OK.
