La stanza aveva uno strano odore (che mi sopraffaceva i sensi) e le lenzuola, i piumoni e la sedia erano macchiati.

Il cibo era nella media e il tempo di risposta del servizio in camera era troppo lungo, ma nel complesso è stato comunque buono.

L'esperienza in hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale, dalla reception al servizio in camera, non è stato affatto cortese. Avevamo prenotato una camera con due letti singoli per 3 ospiti e quando abbiamo chiesto un letto extra ci è stato detto che avrebbero dovuto verificare se fosse possibile procurarsene uno e che avevano solo un materasso che poteva essere sistemato. Credo che fosse abbastanza ovvio che avremmo avuto bisogno di un letto extra, poiché non ci si può aspettare che 3 ospiti dormano su due letti singoli. Mentre stavamo cenando, il personale del servizio in camera ha insistito affinché le bollette venissero pagate immediatamente e che non era possibile pagare al momento del check-out. Anche cose semplici come una bottiglia d'acqua hanno richiesto 30 minuti e un promemoria per essere servite. Non ho avuto esperienze così negative in nessuno dei miei precedenti soggiorni in hotel con 4 stelle e oltre. Consiglio vivamente alla direzione di esaminare la questione poiché è completamente inaccettabile da un marchio internazionale di hotel.

La stanza puzzava come una sala fumatori dell'aeroporto, avevo pagato per il check-out posticipato, quindi ho potuto dormire solo perché la reception continuava a chiamare per chiedere quando saremmo partiti. Hanno commesso un errore con la nostra prenotazione e ci hanno addebitato 320 $ in più per una stanza che non abbiamo mai avuto e non rispondono alle e-mail. ATTENZIONE, soggiornate a vostro rischio e pericolo!

The service in this hotel is excellent. All staff is super friendly, courteous and helpful. No reasonable request gets denied. Special thanks go to Ronit in the bar, where you not only get great hand crafted cocktails but also a wide variety of snacks or even meals. Further, in the restaurant, special thanks go out to superstars Reena, Shribani, Chriswin, and of course the chefs. Chefs don’t wear name badges, but in particular the really tall chef and the chef from Nepal share my love for good food and often come to my table to make sure that all my needs are satisfied and for a very friendly chat. Further I would like to thank staff at the entrance, Yohannan and Krishnan? and of course the ever so friendly and welcoming staff at reception. I am sure that I forget some names above, my apologies. Of course this hotel could not run the way it does without good management, in particular Amit. Thanks to you all for an unforgettable experience and I will certainly come back to visit Kerala in the future.

Its awesome stay. Ronit and Shrabani served us the delicious food and made sure that it was tasty as well. They managed it quite well. The hotel overall is very clean and located centrally in business district. We are delighted with our stay here and thanks for this service Novotel...
