Hotel con parcheggio a Ko Yao Yai

Molto bel hotel, super tranquilla posizione. Ci sono comunque tutto quello che doveva raggiungere a piedi 😊 Sia ristoranti, un massaggio, un lavastoviglie o un noleggio di rulli, nonché un'ambulanza di emergenza. La colazione era fantastica e la vicinanza alla spiaggia era semplicemente perfetta. 😍

Beautiful set hotel with nice facilities and romantic jungle bungalows. Rather isolated location. Public facilities were nice and clean and staff friendly discrete and helpful. Restaurant was beautifully located and served excellent food. Everywhere you go you'll discover new amazing spots and natural treasures or meet all kinds of wildlife. You can take tbousands of fotos. Stunning views. Bungalows are nice and romantic on first sight but not clean when you take a closer look. Dust, dirt, cobwebs and all kinds of insects around. But hey you're in the jungle. Only real bad thing was the musty smell of beds, aircon and pillows. Wasn t an invitation to sleep in such beds. One day no housekeeping at all. Hotel overcharges on transportation. Get it cheaper from outside the hotel area.

According to Google the Thiwson Beach Resort is a 4 star resort, by definition this means it needs to offer a deluxe guest experience with a wide range of facilities, superior design qualities and excellent service. Based on this definition I felt it fell short of the mark and is a 3 star hotel at best, having said that, I absolutely loved it hence the high rating. At the time of writing #kohyaoyai only has a handful of resorts and guesthouses to choose from, i researched them carefully, my essentials being air conditioning & swimming pool in the mid range price bracket, my wish list being a characterful locally owned property on a beach. With the @thiwsonbeach I struck gold. This unpolished gem offered everything on my wish list plus more. Owned by a local family, three generations of whom regularly join the guests for dinner in the open air restaurant which serves very tasty reasonable priced Thai food and great chicken nuggets to the delight of my toddler (albeit they were out of fries for the duration of our stay!). Beside this are the beachfront huts are in prime position with their own outdoor jacuzzi, it’s no wonder they book up so far in advance. There are facilities on site to hire scooters or book tours to explore the island and two lovely pool areas. I was initially disappointed with the hilltop location of our own bungalow which are actually across the road from the others, but the quiet semi private pool area in front of our large veranda anf the sunrise view through the frangipani trees buckled my reservations. Our family suite was made up of 2 interconnecting rooms, including an extra bed charge charge & 3% credit card levy cost us €150 per night. The resort isn’t perfect, there are holes in the concrete (my little girl took a nasty fall in one) & bugs in the rooms (to the delight of my 9 year old boy), there is no room service and while there is sand the sea is separated from the resort with a concrete flood barrier & is extremely tidal so not ideal for swimming but for me character trumps perfection every time so I would return again in a heartbeat💖

Un fantastico ristorante per godersi e rilassarsi.Abbiamo esteso il nostro soggiorno da 2 giorni a 5 giorni, questo è quanto ci è piaciuto. Ci sono ristoranti locali, negozi alimentari, Masjid locale e un mercato di notte settimanale a 2 minuti a piedi fuori dall'hotel. Tutto è anche Halal. Abbiamo fatto il più fuori la spiaggia e la piscina. Ci sono navi in ogni piscina per gli ospiti di usare e canoe barche sulla spiaggia. È stato incluso il colazione, è stato un bonus per il resort. Ogni giorno ci sono stati diversi pasti caldi disponibili e il cibo è stato riempito immediatamente. Frutta fresca, croissant, tosta, caffè fresco, così come una stazione d'uovo. Sarò certamente tornato quando visiterò l'isola di nuovo, e mi mancherò già il resort mentre scrivo questa recensione.

Tramite un tour operator locale ci avevano prenotato questo resort, premetto che avevamo.esprrssamene richiesto di rilassarci in spiaggia ed aver qualcosa intorno per pranzi e/o cene. Il resort è nel nulla. Per mangiare o mangi nel ristorante dell hotel o subito accanto verso la spiaggia in un unico altro locale. Il mare è sporco e la spiaggia insignificante ma soprattutto neanche minimamente attrezzata. Ci sono 6 sdraie fisse atte solo all.aperitivo al tramonto chr fra l altro non c e perché posto a levante. Siamo fuggiti a metà giornata e per concludere in bellezza ci hanno preso 500 bath per 13 km dicendo che il.percurso sarebbe stato di 45 minuti mentre google ne dava 20 ed infatti in 19 di auto siamo arrivati . Essere presi in giro così è stata veramente la cosa peggiore. Sconsigliatissimo sia come posizione,servizi e cortesia inesistente . Dopo essersi spostati siamo rinati.nonostante le poche ore passate lì.ho un ricordo.da brivido. Pessima esperienza .

Stayed a week here, beautiful room and our own pool, with a stunning view. Staff here are all excellent cannot do enough for you, breakfast good if not quirky, you’ll find out! Good choice and super fresh. Hired mopeds 300 bhat for 24 hours, you need one to explore the island properly, ate a lot here all the food very good, everything closes down at 9pm, so we went to 7/11 store and got drinks for our patio area of an evening. You can totally unwind here, no late nights on the island, and everyone we came across were just great, super friendly and chilled, Will definitely come back here again 10/10 from us xxxx

Un posto così bello, un volto così bello! Visto che il sole sorge dalla terrazza, il giardino, la spiaggia privata, i servizi terribili, il proprietario ospite, 3 giorni meravigliosi, ritornerà! PS: il proprietario dell'hotel fornisce servizi di pick-up e consegna, assicurarsi che la vostra barca sia arrivata prima di lasciare il doc.
