酒店的地理位置和服務真正體現了野奢，每一幢別墅都配備了泳池，房間空間很大，主打自然環保的理念，各種配置都顯現了人性化，管家Kate 從我們入住開始到離開全程陪伴，為我們定製活動，入住期間適逢女兒生日，她貼心細緻地準備了生日蛋糕佈置了餐桌，非常感謝！酒店的每一位員工都很熱情細緻，以後有時間一定再來！

都很好。服務沒話好説。風景非常美！房間也很舒服…. 除了蚊子多一點。然後就是酒店在裝修 噪音有時候比較大。

酒店風景很美，服務好，早餐咖啡是亮點。蚊子略多也正常。度過了一段美好度假時光。非常值得推薦。

好看 服務出色 安靜 活動豐富。碼頭坐船上島45分鐘 吃的普通，印度菜蠻有特點，整體中規中矩，但不算太貴，問題不大 酒店的生態性和活動很好 入住期間選擇了當地的跳島遊 兩個人人民幣一千多 有皮划艇 有浮潛 看了海葵 很有趣 服務很好 非常推薦 本地島嶼也蠻有意思 騎車出去逛逛 很本地化 房間設施略舊 蚊蟲比較多但有蚊帳 spa不錯 很輕鬆 價格也適中

環境和服務無可挑剔，環保做的很到位，房間裏見不到任何塑料製品，一共57棟villa，客人很少，確實野奢

Forse siamo stati sfortunati ma non è andato come speravamo. Il Six Senses Yao Noi era l’ultima tappa del nostro viaggio in Thailandia e consideravamo il soggiorno in questo resort la “ciliegina sulla torta” di questa splendida avventura nel Sud-est asiatico. Quando si sceglie un resort come il Six Senses, considerato da molte riviste specializzate tra i Top 10 degli Hotel in Thailandia, e si spendono tanti bei soldini si pretende che tutto sia perfetto ma così non è stato. Durante la nostra permanenza si è spesso utilizzata, a discolpa dei disservizi palesati, la parola “ misunderstanding “, incomprensione. Io parlerei piuttosto di “disattenzione” verso le reali esigenze dei clienti (aldilà dei mille saluti e dei mille sorrisi che abbiamo ricevuto…) ed ora spiegherò i motivi del mio giudizio così negativo. Tutto ha inizio già al nostro arrivo. Nonostante avessimo comunicato con largo anticipo, tramite le e-mail scambiateci, che saremmo arrivati al Six Senses con trasferimento in barca dal Rayavadee resort in Krabi e nonostante comunicazione telefonica della nostra assistente al Rayavadee, Miss Han, la stessa mattina del transfer con l’avviso dell’orario presunto del nostro arrivo, non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad attenderci (mai successa una cosa simile all’arrivo ad un resort 5 stelle!). Non avendo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione sul luogo preciso di approdo abbiamo utilizzato intuitivamente una delle due spiagge del resort (accanto alla boathouse e vicino al molo-passerella). Siamo sbarcati come naufraghi su un’isola deserta ed abbiamo dovuto provvedere anche al trasbordo dei bagagli! Dopo un primo momento di imbarazzo abbiamo incontrato per fortuna un addetto che ha provveduto a chiamare una club-car che ci ha finalmente accompagnati alla reception. Altro momento di imbarazzo è capitato il giorno dopo, in occasione del compleanno della nostra amica. Avevamo comunicato con largo anticipo, su espressa richiesta del “Reception Office” del resort, che durante il nostro soggiorno ci sarebbe stata una ricorrenza. Nonostante ciò nulla è stato fatto per rendere speciale questa giornata, in camera o la sera a cena. L’unica attenzione è stata a fine cena la portata di 2 (eravamo in 5…) fette di torta con una candelina. E dire che avevamo richiesto (naturalmente a pagamento…) una torta più grande per festeggiare più degnamente la nostra amica. Ebbene…si sono dimenticati anche questa! Non faccio paragoni con altre situazioni simili vissute in altri Resort dello stesso livello e le attenzioni che abbiamo avute in queste occasioni ma non ci si può sempre nascondere dietro ad un “misunderstanding”. E per finire il fatto più grave è quello accaduto l’ultima sera del nostro soggiorno quando a mia figlia, che si stava preparando per fare una doccia, è caduta letteralmente addosso la porta per il cedimento dei cardini. Fortunatamente è riuscita a “parare” la pesante porta attutendone la caduta ed uscendone con qualche leggera contusione ma poteva succedere verament

Abbiamo prenotato una settimana in una ocean view villa.Appena arrivati non potevamo credere ai nostri occhi per quanto meravigliosa fosse la vista sui " faraglioni" di Krabi. Ci é stato concesso subito di cenare nel ristorante Hilltop da dove il panorama era incredibilmente mozzafiato. La prima notte é stata tormentata a causa delle zanzare presenti in camera ed all' interno della mosquito net. Dopo una buona colazione "six senses style" eccoci in spiaggia per un bel bagno. La spiaggia era purtroppo invasa dalle zanzare ed il mare poco invitante.Tornati in camera ci siamo goduti la nostra bella piscina facendo attenzione a non farci mordere dalle fameliche zanzare, il vero problema della nostra vacanza. Infatti per tutto il nostro soggiorno abbiamo passato il tempo a cospargerci di antizanzare e curarci dai morsi. Di notte era un vero incubo malgrado il mosquito net. Camera, Spa, ristoranti e management sono decisamente al top. Le zanzare onnipresenti di giorno e di notte hanno purtroppo rovinato una vacanza potenzialmente meravigliosa in un posto da sogno.

This property is sui generis. Back in 1998, Swiss developers Germing Frey saw something others had overlooked: a former rubber plantation on the untouched island Koh Yao Noi, one of the 42 islands in the scenic Phang Nga Bay, was perfectly situated to build a resort. First operated as a Kempinski property, in 2008 this property became the Six Senses Yao Noi. With no operations in the United States, many Americans are unfamiliar with this flagship IHG brand, although an upcoming outpost is in development in New York’s Hudson Valley. This is a resort situated in the jungle and biophilia abounds. Although it is easily accessible by boat, it is an unspoiled world apart from the mass tourism of Phuket. With this comes welcome residents like majestic Oriental Pied Hornbills (one almost alighted on me as I was splashing about in my villa’s personal pool) and menaces like nasty mosquitos. Although the property does mosquito abatement thrice weekly, I suggest you apply the provided repellant and keep the mosquito coils sparked up, or you may find tell-tale red welts accompanying you on vacation. In particular, if you choose to undertake the complimentary guided kayak tour of the mangrove forest (delightful), make sure you apply repellent to your ankles and sunblock to the tops of your feet (lesson learned) as you won’t be shod. And speaking of the jungle, there are a tremendous number of trees that shed leaves more quickly than a New England hillside in October. Yet you will never hear the unwelcome whine of a leaf blower or snarl of a chainsaw. All of the pathways are immaculately maintained by a team of gardeners who work tirelessly to keep the place pristine. To give a sense of the velocity of leaf shedding, on my departure day, the portion the path shared with an adjacent villa along with its branched path were swept leaf free while the groundskeepers waited to sweep the spur to my villa until closer to the arrival time of the next occupant lest they simply have to start sweeping all over again. The density of foliage is such that when the property describes the view of the “Hideaway Pool Villa” as “Jungle,” you should believe it. You might only be a couple yards from another villa or 50 yards from the ocean but you will not be able to see either of them. It is complete privacy. If a room with a view is important to you (and there are some rooms with boffo views, including the most spectacular of them all appropriately and simply named “The View”), make sure you reserve an appropriate room category. All of the one-to-four bedroom villas are spacious, vibrantly decorated and filled with a confounding collection of switches controlling everything from lighting to fans to air conditioning. The best service from a hotel we have ever experienced. The personal guest managers, the waiting staff, the buggy drivers could not do more for us. A truly amazing hotel experience. We went in rainy season - I would always go in rainy season. Sunny days, occasional downpours , thunder, white fluffy clouds. Our waiters and waitresses really added the wow factor to a 5 star experience. Luna, Beam get a special mention but all were faultless in the approach to making us feel welcome every dinner service. We had an amazing forest room villa. There is no need to hope for a sea view, as you have these at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy the flora and for na from your outdoor shower. Fatih ( manager ) and our GEM ( Margie) met us upon arrival by speed boat and couldn’t do enough for us. Six senses is a stunning hotel experience.

We had six nights at Six Senses Yao Noi and it was exceptional. Our villa was large, beautifully styled and equipped with everything you could ever need. There was a range of activities on offer and our little girl loved their ecowarriors program and all the arts and crafts available through Earth Lab. All of the staff were extremely hospitable with a massive shout out to our guest experience manager Lily who was kind, responsive and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this resort and we will certainly be back.

From the moment we stepped out of our transfer at the Marina in Phuket we knew this was a special resort. We welcomed and waited for the speed boat transfer to the island. On arrival at Six Senses Ganesh our GEM greeted us and took us on a short tour of the resort.. then onto our villa. We had the 2 bedroom hideaway.. wow! Imagine if you were deserted on a tropical island, your own tree house.. like say Family Robinson or Cast Away … but it’s a luxury five star one. Nestled into the jungle, surrounded by nature. It was idyllic. Float in your own pool while tropical birds fly above you… We tried all the restaurants, actually loved Living Room. Food and service .. but all were lovely. Recommend taking the bikes out and also the mangrove kayaking, both free. Definitely book yourself into the spa, even just for a steam and sauna. These are private areas you can have .. they r amazing. We also had some treatments which were just lovely. Six Senses Koh Yai Noi is less of a resort and more of an experience. We felt truly blessed to be there. Loved every minute.

We were overwhelmed by the incredible experience we had at the Six Senses Yao Noi and to count with a GEM like Ganesh to assist us at all times has been very rewarding. We’ll always remember Ganesh’s kindness and sweetness! Make sure to visit this paradise on earth.
