Hotel Family-friendly a Distretto di Ko Phangan

La posizione è ovviamente magnifica. Un paio di giorni e sera con i loro bellissimi sole non vuoi andare da nessuna parte. Poi probabilmente c'è bisogno di nuotare normalmente. Le spiagge dell'hotel sono troppo piccole. Almeno era in aprile, e al mezzogiorno l'acqua era troppo calda e non si era fresca; ma sulla spiaggia di Fried, se velate lontano dalla costa, ci sono molti pesci e corali; anche se il pesce popuga e il piccolo squalo mi hanno incontrato e sul fuso. In verità, tenete presente che alla profondità normale di nuotare 150 metri sopra le cucchiaini e le uve, un po' stanco. Se avete bisogno di un paradiso per snorkeling, consiglio di andare alla spiaggia di Au Leuk. C'è un'abbondanza di mare che parte quasi dalla costa. E a destra e a sinistra della spiaggia. E in mezzo una grande zona di bagno, con buona profondità e colore dell'acqua, è più fredda di quella di Nissie Beach a Cipro. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel stesso, il bungalow è pulito, pulito. Senza eccellente, ma tutto è lacca e moderno. Colazione e cucina nei ristoranti sono stati soddisfatti. Il prezzo all'hotel è piccolo ma non abbiamo lamentato il denaro speso. Per molto tempo, hanno scelto un posto su Ko Tao e non hanno sbagliato. Il personale è amichevole, sorridente, anche il leggendario amministratore capo, che è stato glorificato dalla sua severa maniera, ci ha incontrati e ci ha accompagnati felicemente. A quanto pare, qui è fortunato. Tra i suoi svantaggi, vale la pena dire - la spazzatura sul territorio dell'hotel, tra pietre e altri luoghi difficili da raggiungere e non solo luoghi. Inoltre, non c'era una doccia sulla Fried Beach. Ma la bellezza locale ne copre anche. Il sole sulla spiaggia di Friedom è una delle cose più belle che abbia mai visto.

The Paradise Koh Tao Resort I was saying to my daughter how, for me, a 5 star hotel is not just about the quality of the room or building or the food or even the staff. It’s about the overall experience. Value for money, comfort, fun. We were met at the pier with our cases carried for us to a songthaews. We were met at the grand hotel by Koko who explained that there was a power cut. No electricity but he was smiling and so sincere it was not a problem for us. We were walked to our room by Koko and a colleague. They carried our cases. The room was just being finished with cleaning and we went into the massive room with a double and single bed. No AC because of power cut. It was funny with Koko explaining to us how it worked without being able to show us. My daughter and I then went to the pool which was absolutely amazing. We had the whole pool to ourselves for the afternoon. An elderly Thai couple came and we took some pictures for them. Then a German (or South African) couple. The pool and area was big enough that we weren’t in each others way. Able to relax, peace and have fun. We then ordered some ice cream and when the electricity came on we then ordered lunch; an omelette, a coconut chicken soup and red curry. It was absolutely delicious! (About 600BAHT). My daughter then showered and I had a bath on the balcony! Yes, a bath on the balcony, Bubbles bowing down the street. it was amazing! We then went down to the lobby and were driven free of charge into Koh Tao. We had a wonderful time in Koh Tao which is really alive again since covid. We then paid 500B for a cab back. We slept in the beautiful air conditioned room. The following morning we had breakfast (250B each) and were served again by Su (who was always helpful and smiling). There were other staff members (Myanmar) we didn’t get their names but thank you to them as well. Everyone was smiling, friendly, trying their best and running around for us. We then went on a snorkelling tour and when we came back went to our room which had been spotlessly cleaned with fresh towels etc. We then showered and went for dinner inside the restaurant because it was raining outside. For dinner we had Ka Pow (prawns/basil). Red Curry. Sweet and Sour Pork, coconut chicken soup (again). 4 drinks. It cost 870 Baht. The food at this place was probably the best of our entire trip. Unbelievably tasty I wanted to thank the chef. We then went and played a game of pool in the bar and then went back to the room and fell instantly asleep. The following morning a songthaews had been arranged for 8am to take us to the pier. The end! So, the night before we are at Suranthiya Koh Phangan and they are very similar. Only Suranthiya is about £350 per night and this place was about £40. I think in the 1990’s/2000’s this was Koh Tao’s Suranthiya. The place is a little bit old and weathered but it’s grand and fascinating with incredible view points and obvious history. The ambi

From our first email exchange to the good bye early in the morning, Apple was fantastic. She made our stay so comfortable that I would return to Long Bay without hesitation. The beach is secluded, quiet and calm. The bungalows are honest to the photos and 3 stars. Kept very clean and tidy, room cleaning was offered too. The pool was very clean also. Overall a lovely spot with a fantastic customer service. Thumbs up for the driver who drove us around the island always with a smile on his face. Great way to support local business during difficult times with very few tourists.

La camera scelta era tutt'altro che la più economica dell'isola. All'arrivo in hotel era evidente che c'erano seri problemi con l'organizzazione dei processi alla reception. Una folla di persone in attesa di fare il check-in o il check-out. Da qualche parte ci sono piccoli conflitti di visitatori insoddisfatti, da qualche parte ci sono richieste di cambiare il numero, ovunque c'è vanità. È stato molto strano vedere questo. Al momento del check-in, si è scoperto che non c'erano pantofole e accappatoi in camera (un'assoluta sciocchezza, ma aggiungono comodità e comfort e avrebbero dovuto essere inclusi nelle informazioni di prenotazione). Inoltre, nei cestini della stanza c'era la spazzatura degli ospiti precedenti e non c'erano asciugamani nella stanza. Abbiamo contattato il dipendente che stava pulendo la stanza accanto a noi. Ha tolto la spazzatura e portato gli asciugamani, ma non ha portato pantofole o accappatoi. Dopo 20 minuti, hanno nuovamente chiesto di portare gli oggetti mancanti, ma il dipendente ha già dichiarato con sicurezza che non c'erano pantofole in questa stanza (il che è estremamente strano, dato che sono anche nella descrizione della stanza, e costano pochi centesimi) , e la stanza, ripeto, non era delle più economiche). Dopo diverse richieste, alla fine hanno distribuito abiti e pantofole, anche se ci è voluta perseveranza e hanno perso tempo su una questione minore. La cassaforte nella stanza è estremamente piccola, inoltre i suoi lati comprimono ulteriormente ciò che viene riposto nella cassaforte. Certo, cerchiamo di fidarci degli hotel, ma cerchiamo di riporre in cassaforte piccole ottiche e attrezzature del valore di diverse migliaia di dollari. In questo hotel la cassaforte non prevede nemmeno una piccola borsa a tracolla per i documenti, anzi sì, ma la porta della cassaforte stringe la borsa. C'erano molti ospiti in albergo, perché... Erano le vacanze di Capodanno e chiaramente non c'era abbastanza personale. Questo era evidente in tutto. Abbiamo mandato i nostri vestiti a lavarsi. Dovevano essere consegnati il ​​giorno successivo. Ma ciò non è avvenuto. Il secondo giorno abbiamo chiesto dove fossero le nostre cose pulite, ma ci hanno detto che non erano ancora pronte. Dopo 2 ore siamo stati informati che le cose erano ancora pronte ed erano state ieri alla reception. Ma di questo non è stato riferito nulla e non è stato portato nulla nella stanza. L'udibilità nelle stanze è catastrofica. A causa delle vecchie porte di legno sul balcone, mentre dormivo, sentivo tutto quello che succedeva sotto la finestra del bar, e dopo le 3 del mattino i suoni degli uccelli notturni erano perfettamente udibili. Sarebbe bello aggiungere un pulsante di chiamata del cameriere in piscina. Il personale non raggiunge nemmeno la seconda piscina e quella inferiore. Il barista del bar della piscina era chiaramente malato, si è soffiato il naso davanti agli ospiti, si è asciugato il naso con la mano, ha starnutito e poi ha preparato i cocktail senza lavarsi le mani. Il condizionatore d'aria nella stanza è appeso direttamente sopra il letto. Il flusso d'aria va direttamente alla persona che dorme. Dato il volume non molto grande della stanza, è facile prendere un raffreddore con l'aria condizionata accesa, ma senza di essa è molto soffocante. Nonostante alcune carenze, il soggiorno in hotel ha comunque lasciato una piacevole impressione. Piscina grande e bella. C'è una sala fitness. Pulito ogni giorno. Area ampia e ben curata. Per l'isola di Koh Phangan (o meglio per Haadrin) l'hotel è sicuramente uno dei migliori, ma sfortunatamente c'erano molte sfumature. 5 minuti a piedi da Haad Rin e dal Full Moon Party. Se hai intenzione di partecipare a questa festa, l'hotel è molto conveniente, ma... letteralmente a 50 metri di distanza c'è un'ottima alternativa a un prezzo comparabile, dove il livello del servizio era significativamente più alto.

We stayed at Amara Resort for almost 20 days. Positive vibes in every department starting from the reception very helpful and nice people ( We check in with Tim but all of them were excellent). The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping very attentive. We had breakfast included so we enjoyed a lot it. Good quality but for so many days, it should be nice a change in the menu. Anyway was excellent. The young waiters were very nice and careful in any aspect. Sunset time on the beach is outstanding although we realised that next to us the property was often fully booked and our property not so crowded. We tried both and we suggest to improve the organisation and the quality of the sunset happy hour drink to reach the same level. The guys are good but look they need a guide. Probably is missing a coordinator and better drinks solutions under our point of view. Anyway for all the rest, everything was very good and we strongly recommend the resort. Good guys, good job. 

Resort prettamente dedicato al mondo diving. Per cui tutto giro sul diving. La maggioranza dei clienti son divers in attesa di certificato. Il resort è grande con più buildings. Ci son 4 piscine a disposizione (una era in manutenzione). Una di questa era veramente piacevole nuotare, era bella grande e lunga e si trova al di la della strada principale. Detto questo veniamo al resort, almeno do giudizi sulla mia camera, standard garden. Molto piccola, con bagno ulteriormente piccolo, con doccia NON separata, quindi quando fai la doccia devi aspettare 1 ora prima che il tutto si asciughi. Arredamente molto molto basic, non è presente neanche una sedia. Ci son cassaforte e bollitore e aria condiziona molto efficiente e silenziosa (la cosa migliore del resort). Interruttori luce solo all'entrata. Per quanto sopra e per il costo non credo di consigliarlo (se non per la piscina).

È un bel hotel, una posizione molto attraente e un personale molto utile.Abbiamo pagato un'altra villa, ma purtroppo dietro la costruzione c'era anche materiale che si spostava con crane sopra la villa. Poi, nel mare, hanno un funzionamento di posizionamento di cavi elettrici, che è ok, ma blocca la vista del mare senza toccare e durante la notte hanno grandi luci che brillano direttamente al resort. Questo è un bel hotel, con una posizione geografica eccellente e il personale è molto felice di aiutare.Abbiamo pagato un costo aggiuntivo per un palazzo, ma purtroppo, dietro l'edificio, anche con un pesante motore per spostare i materiali nel palazzo. Poi nel mare, hanno fatto operazioni di montaggio elettrico, non importa, ma hanno bloccato il panorama marino non danneggiato. La notte, hanno una grande luce e hanno illuminato direttamente il villaggio vacanze.

Sono rimasto nella villa dell'Orchidea con un gruppo di quattro amiche per quattro notti e tutti vogliamo che la prenotiamo più a lungo. Mohammed era incredibilmente utile nel pianificare tutte le nostre viaggi e guidarci intorno all’isola. La villa era molto pulita e il personale di custodia aveva anche lavato i piatti! Non mi sono mai sentito così bene curato durante il viaggio. Le bagni sono incredibili con testa di doccia e buona pressione idrica. Ci è un pozzo di koi e un albero con salotto extra. Potrei andare avanti e indietro, ma se stai a Koh Tao non perdere su Monkey Flower Villas!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay here. The location of the hotel is amazing, on the beach along a very busy ***** of restaurants and beach bars which was great. However, the hotel itself was sadly a let down. The hotel keep whistling birds in cages just outside the hotel rooms so expect to be woken at all hours by birds whistling louder than we could believe. The room we were in was very basic to the point where the only plug socket was by the front door, so to dry my hair I had to stand at the front door with no mirror or chair… The shower was a fixed height (very low) so my partner had to be on his knees to wash his hair and I had to bend significantly despite not being very tall. The room was very dark with basically no natural light at all throughout the day. The bedding was just a thick blanket, that I imagine isn’t washed between guests, in between two loose sheets so the blanket kept coming out of the sheets. The toilet was very temperamental and wouldn’t always flush properly. One positive is that the air con was strong however to circulate the air we also had the fan on and this made an annoying screeching noise when it turned to a certain point, which again, woke us up during the night. We didn’t have breakfast because we had a look at what was on offer and decided to go elsewhere as there are lots of nice local places to eat. The staff also weren’t the most pleasant and even got our dates confused when we checked in. Sadly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
