Review: Stay Home This trip was like an encounter with prehistoric man and a case study of a failed business combined. If you book a standard room, you will be taken away from the five star reception area to another building which has the decor and standards of a thirty year old hotel. Faded carpets, peeling walls, smelly interiors, uncleaned floors and rooms which are impossible to heat. But it was just about liveable, in that it had a bed and hot water. What totally failed to impress were the amenities. We'd come for the children's stuff, the little zoo, water park and others. The price of these are not included in the hotel, and for each experience they charge adults and baby to the tune of 80rmb, meaning you will spend quite a bit to use it all. As soon as I saw the children's rides I became depressed, they were rusting and looked murderous, as if the nuts and bolts would be dislodged and explode fatally in all directions if a kid shook too heavily on the things. To even use anything suggested you'd become unclean as well. Then you attempt to ask staff something but stop when you realise how futile it would be to address someone with one eye in its forehead and the other in its chin, with their peers boasting similarly fascinating facial misalignments. An hour of that and we wanted to leave, including our baby. She would have been much happier at home playing with her toys, or rather just happy at home doing anything than being at the Nirvana resort. Anyway, the swimming pool is not free either, they will charge you 58 a person including child. When I went to ask about a swim, staff were downright stunned I'd walked in to ask such a question, watching as I entered and left with hillbilly intensity and incomprehension. You can see the park had a lot of money invested in it before, way back in the misty past, but I can't see them recouping their losses. The resort is a grab money scheme with separate interests taking care of, or neglecting, what is on offer. I can't see them attracting a moneyed middle class without a total overhaul. On the plus side, my wife and I did have a good laugh about how bad it was and the fact we'd packed for a few days in expectation of a holiday, but found ourselves cancelling after an hour. The reception was helpful with this and refunded our money. The staff are well meaning in a vacuous kind of way, going about their duties as the whole place drops about them, broken lifts, falling plaster, water leaks and all. But to be sincerely positive, the gardens are pleasant along with the lake and ducks.

A big compliment to this establishment. This whole place makes sense from A to Z. It has to be said that we are both trained hospitality people, with many years of experience in 5 Star properties, so our eyes are often over critical. Here, near to nothing which is missing, which is in wrong places or what we could complain about. The design and the function of the room is near to perfect, very clean, well furnished, all necessities available. It is just a joy to stay in that room, from the bed, daybed, hot water spring bath, really thought of everything. A perfect nest for a romantic stay. As we went in winter as well the room temperature was very agreeable, and there were a second heater, in case it would be too cold. There were some comments that you could walk up to the wall within 20 minutes, we took about the double and were pretty much out of breath, arriving there. But the walk is just wonderful and you have the nature all for yourself, only up the wall we met two other people. This place is highly recommendable. The staff is doing a fantastic job, and the overall quality is well worth the price. Btw the dinner we had was as well delicious.

Great location, the hotel is within Gubei Water Town. It is a short walk to Simatai great wall cable car and to the main area of the water town. Room was clean and comfortable except that it didn’t have air condition. Called the front desk and was told we’ll have to open the windows. We went in October so it was chill at night. Breakfast spread was amazing, there was so much options. It’s slightly pricey, but you pay for what you get.

Mi sono divertito moltissimo questa volta. L'hotel ha un bellissimo ambiente e l'aria intorno è fresca. Guo Pingjie, l'addetto alla reception nella hall, è attento, entusiasta e ragionevole. È molto premuroso con gli anziani. Tornerò la prossima volta se ne avrò l'opportunità lo consiglierò anche ai miei parenti e amici.

I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming. My only disappointment was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste? The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.

Esperienza assolutamente incredibile! Villa mozzafiato, molto più grande di quanto credessi dalle foto, vista sul muro dal soggiorno, cucina completamente attrezzata e servizio fantastico. Siamo arrivati ​​molto tardi (mezzanotte) e Richard(?) era lì per darci il benvenuto e ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire i benvenuti, aiutarci con le valigie e aiutare mia madre a uscire dalla macchina + illuminarle la strada al buio. Abbiamo ricevuto la scelta tra colazione a buffet (a Brickyard) o una colazione al sacco da preparare nella villa. Inizialmente avevamo detto che volevamo il buffet, ma dopo aver visto la villa, non volevamo più andarcene e abbiamo chiesto di passare al picnic. Non ci hanno deluso! Pasticcini, uova, bacon, salsiccia, lattuga, yogurt e frutta per sfamare un piccolo esercito! Consigliato al 1000%. Eravamo così dispiaciuti di rimanere solo un giorno. Il personale è così cordiale e fa davvero di tutto per farci sentire i benvenuti, persino fornendo navette da e per il muro, tenendo al sicuro i nostri bagagli, dandoci bottiglie d'acqua extra per il viaggio di ritorno a Pechino e persino aiutandoci a spedire i nostri souvenir a casa per posta. Vale ogni centesimo!

Reception e reparto pulizie: oltre alle strutture hardware intelligenti e alle decorazioni raffinate, ciò che ci stupisce davvero sono i dettagli del servizio apparentemente poco appariscenti ma cruciali. Il personale della reception conosceva molto bene le condizioni della camera e ha organizzato un grande cortile per la nostra grande famiglia, rendendo questi tre giorni più confortevoli del nostro viaggio. Se tornassi in futuro sceglierò sicuramente un hotel con cortile. Ristorante: I piatti sono squisiti (riforniti tempestivamente e senza sprechi), le stoviglie sono pulite. Spesso dobbiamo chiedere al ristorante di utilizzare un forno a microonde per riscaldare il cibo che portiamo. Il personale è reattivo e molto conveniente. Camere degli ospiti: pulire e rifornire in modo proattivo le forniture in base alle potenziali esigenze degli ospiti. Lavanderia self-service ed esperienza Hanfu self-service: inaspettatamente conveniente.

Hotel carino in buona posizione per il centro commerciale. Personale eccellente e standard dell'hotel molto buono. La primavera calda è carina ma viene con un onere aggiuntivo. Spero che ciò possa essere reso più chiaro, come mostrato nelle foto generali dell'hotel e pensavo fosse incluso nel tasso.

Questa visita del popolo è perfetta!La struttura calda dell'ambiente è molto elegante e confortevole finché è comoda.La qualità dell'acqua calda è pulita, la temperatura è adeguata, e la saliva è confortevole.Non c'è bisogno di dire che il personale è entusiasta, il personale è molto intimo e le cose sono organizzate in modo appropriato. E i gatti corti del popolo sono pieni di un grande punto di luce, sembrano stupidi, sono molto attenti, non hanno paura della vita, vi chiederanno di essere impegnati e aggiungeranno un sacco di piacere al viaggio.Il tempo qui è bello e bello, davvero raccomandato!
