Bell'albergo in un'ottima posizione di fronte a Mini Mundis. Camere spaziose, ben arredate e dotate di tutto ciò che ti aspetteresti da un hotel 4 stelle. La colazione è deliziosa e molto varia. in breve; niente di male in questo!

The city of Klagenfurt is so clean. Worthersee is one of the famous lake in Austria. Among Vienna and Klagenfurt, everyone is drinking clean and safe spring water from Mountain Agils. Outdoor environments are natural, so beautiful. Starting from early Summer, the lake is full of people and tourists, the pricing of hotels will be very high. Outdoor exercises, swimming in the lake, hiking are very suitable. So Winter this moment, this hotel price is pretty reasonable!

Hotel stile moderno. Colazione €19 a persona, per niente economico però devo dire che era tutto di qualità con prodotti per tutti i gusti. Alla reception molto gentili, camera spaziosa e tutto pulito. La zona wellness molto carina, spaziosa con una sauna, bagno turco, sauna infrarossi, tepidarium, due zone con lettini e zona con tisana ed acqua aromatizzata. Aperta ogni giorno fino le 22. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la zona è ottima, a due passi dal lago per passeggiare e 10 min di auto dal centro di Klagenfurt.

This hotel has significantly declined in quality over the years. My husband and I are seasoned travelers who have stayed in various hotels worldwide, allowing us to make informed comparisons. Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel are unprofessional and seem to lack basic emotional intelligence. It might be beneficial for Frau Kürbisch, the manager, to consider hiring a coach to train the staff in customer service. We arrived at the hotel two hours before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM. I was in distress, bleeding, and clearly in need of assistance. I approached Frau Zoe at the reception, hoping for some compassion and empathy. However, I was met with indifference. Despite my visible distress and the urgent nature of my situation, the staff offered nothing more than access to a public shower, showing no empathy or concern for my well-being. I felt faint and unwell, yet the hotel staff seemed to operate more like unfeeling robots than compassionate human beings. When the manager contacted my husband, instead of addressing our concerns, she appeared to side with the staff and complained about my actions. The receptionist was openly rude, rolling her eyes and displaying a complete lack of willingness to assist. This level of apathy and disrespect, especially towards a woman in distress, was shocking. Frau Kürbisch continually interrupted my husband during their conversation, refusing to listen and focusing solely on the hotel’s rules. She completely disregarded the sensitivity of my situation and the rudeness of her staff. Her response to our complaints was dismissive, telling us, “This is your opinion,” to which my husband rightly replied, “No, this is my experience.” Given this experience, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Instead, consider booking an Airbnb. The hotel fails to offer even basic amenities, such as a complimentary bottle of water, which is a standard practice even in the cheapest hotels around the world. We were provided with a broken water boiler, and while the prices continue to rise, the service deteriorates each year. The staff are uneducated, rude, and devoid of basic human empathy.

We have just returned from a four day stay at Seepark. The hotel is a little out of the city but it is perfectly positioned for the lake. The staff were professional and we loved our stay-so much so that we didn’t want to leave! The boat hire is an added bonus and the pool was a perfect way to start or end the day! As others have mentioned the room layout is a little odd (with little privacy) and it would have been great to have more storage but in general it met our expectations and I would definitely recommend to others!

Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is a bit out of town but very close to the lake. Quick drive away from Minimundus. Plenty of parking spaces. There is some green area at the back to walk about. Indoor swimming pool is very nice and the sauna area is also very good. Would come back if I had an opportunity to visit the area again.

The service is not just friendly but personal, and every staff member at the resort is professional and genuinely eager to assist. One individual, in particular, stands out: Mr. Christian Jäger, the night manager. Allow me to paint a picture for you. I experienced a tire blowout with my rental car en route to the resort. Hours behind schedule, I finally arrived in the early morning, weary and frustrated. Mr. Jäger greeted me with an extraordinary warmth and kindness that felt straight out of a heartwarming film. He not only helped me arrange for a local garage to retrieve my vehicle from the autobahn but also ensured I had everything needed to replace my rental. His service was impeccable, and he is truly a gem of Das Seepark Worthersee Resort. The entire staff mirrors this high standard of friendliness and helpfulness, addressing every request with ease. The hotel's location is superb, conveniently close to downtown Klagenfurt and the autobahn for easy access. In my estimation, this hotel merits a perfect score of 10 out of 10, and I will undoubtedly choose to stay there again whenever I am in the area.

See park is beginning to look its age and needs substantila refurbishment. However, overall the experience is good. Lovely location and pleasant staff. At these pirces you shouldn't have to pay extra for breakfast. Or else go to the Wienerroither cafe withinn walking distance!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our hotel room had a balcony that overlooked the canal and we enjoyed watching the clouds move across the hills every morning. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had with a huge variety of foods to choose from and everything I tried was very good quality. The hotel gym was excellent! Our room was clean and comfortable, but there are some things you should know before booking. The sink and shower area are separated from the sleeping area by a string curtain so there is no privacy and you will wake up others if you use the sink while they are sleeping. The bed was comfortable but the sheets and the towels were rough and scratchy. Our room got hot and stuffy in the afternoon and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The door to the balcony can be tilted for ventilation which is great unless other guests are on their balconies talking. We had to choose between being too hot in a quiet room or listening to loud voices all night in a cool room. Housekeeping was inconsistent and took our towels away two days but didn't leave fresh ones. The front desk had towels delivered immediately when I called. I will stay here again the next time I am in Klagenfurt.
