Bellissimo posto, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante.

Bell'albergo in un'ottima posizione di fronte a Mini Mundis. Camere spaziose, ben arredate e dotate di tutto ciò che ti aspetteresti da un hotel 4 stelle. La colazione è deliziosa e molto varia. in breve; niente di male in questo!

The city of Klagenfurt is so clean. Worthersee is one of the famous lake in Austria. Among Vienna and Klagenfurt, everyone is drinking clean and safe spring water from Mountain Agils. Outdoor environments are natural, so beautiful. Starting from early Summer, the lake is full of people and tourists, the pricing of hotels will be very high. Outdoor exercises, swimming in the lake, hiking are very suitable. So Winter this moment, this hotel price is pretty reasonable!

Abendessen war sehr gut, Portionen waren eher auf der kleineren Seite. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das am Sonntag beim Frühstück einige externe Gäste anwesend waren und wir länger auf einen Platz warten mussten und das Buffet ziemlich leer geräumt war und auch eine Drängerei beim Buffet gab.

War alles perfekt! Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Einfach perfekt

Hotel sulle rive del Woerthersee, molto confortevole, immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, area spa ottima, personale di sala molto cortese, preciso e rapido. Ho prenotato la cena di San Silvestro: tutto ottimo, cucina di alto livello. Note negative: bisogna richiedere la pulizia della camera e, in un hotel da € 350 a notte, è inaccettabile, che questo sia per una regola dell'hotel stesso oppure per una norma della Carinzia: il personale al check-in deve avvisare il cliente. Richiedono il pagamento del soggiorno in anticipo e il conto è stato molto più alto di quanto la prenotazione con Booking avesse confermato. Ho selezionato un soggiorno con colazione inclusa e, invece, alla reception me l'hanno messa in conto: ora valuterò come tutelarmi legalmente.

se penso a un posto magico e devo immaginare dove vivono le fate, allora penso a questo posto. Ovunuqe ti giri lo sguardo va a ciò che di più bello c'è...la natura, il lago, il castello....un posto davvero unico

Hotel stile moderno. Colazione €19 a persona, per niente economico però devo dire che era tutto di qualità con prodotti per tutti i gusti. Alla reception molto gentili, camera spaziosa e tutto pulito. La zona wellness molto carina, spaziosa con una sauna, bagno turco, sauna infrarossi, tepidarium, due zone con lettini e zona con tisana ed acqua aromatizzata. Aperta ogni giorno fino le 22. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la zona è ottima, a due passi dal lago per passeggiare e 10 min di auto dal centro di Klagenfurt.

We have just returned from a four day stay at Seepark. The hotel is a little out of the city but it is perfectly positioned for the lake. The staff were professional and we loved our stay-so much so that we didn’t want to leave! The boat hire is an added bonus and the pool was a perfect way to start or end the day! As others have mentioned the room layout is a little odd (with little privacy) and it would have been great to have more storage but in general it met our expectations and I would definitely recommend to others!

This hotel has significantly declined in quality over the years. My husband and I are seasoned travelers who have stayed in various hotels worldwide, allowing us to make informed comparisons. Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel are unprofessional and seem to lack basic emotional intelligence. It might be beneficial for Frau Kürbisch, the manager, to consider hiring a coach to train the staff in customer service. We arrived at the hotel two hours before the official check-in time of 4:00 PM. I was in distress, bleeding, and clearly in need of assistance. I approached Frau Zoe at the reception, hoping for some compassion and empathy. However, I was met with indifference. Despite my visible distress and the urgent nature of my situation, the staff offered nothing more than access to a public shower, showing no empathy or concern for my well-being. I felt faint and unwell, yet the hotel staff seemed to operate more like unfeeling robots than compassionate human beings. When the manager contacted my husband, instead of addressing our concerns, she appeared to side with the staff and complained about my actions. The receptionist was openly rude, rolling her eyes and displaying a complete lack of willingness to assist. This level of apathy and disrespect, especially towards a woman in distress, was shocking. Frau Kürbisch continually interrupted my husband during their conversation, refusing to listen and focusing solely on the hotel’s rules. She completely disregarded the sensitivity of my situation and the rudeness of her staff. Her response to our complaints was dismissive, telling us, “This is your opinion,” to which my husband rightly replied, “No, this is my experience.” Given this experience, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Instead, consider booking an Airbnb. The hotel fails to offer even basic amenities, such as a complimentary bottle of water, which is a standard practice even in the cheapest hotels around the world. We were provided with a broken water boiler, and while the prices continue to rise, the service deteriorates each year. The staff are uneducated, rude, and devoid of basic human empathy.

Nice hotel near the lake. I loved the SPA area with the swimming pool and the cleaning of the room. Friendly staff. Too bad for the breakfast not included.
