Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

Prezzo/prestazione sono coerenti. Pertanto, la valutazione è molto buona. Cassaforte, pulita, piccola con un po 'di potenziale di rinnovamento. 5 minuti a piedi dal Museo Bob Marley. È utile provvedere a bevande e snack prima di entrare. La colazione non è stata offerta nel dicembre 2022. Un resto dei tempi della Corona. Poiché non c'è un supermercato o un kiosk in un ambiente a piedi, resta solo il serbatoio per il più necessario al mattino, prima del viaggio. Non consiglierei di stare più a Kingston, in linea di principio, ma per il viaggio e il piccolo check-in di Kingston, che deve essere anche quando si è sull'isola, va bene.

All'inizio di marzo abbiamo avuto un soggiorno indeterminato a Knutsford, dopo essere stati vittime di un peccato di affitto di appartamento, stiamo andando in giro, cercando di trovare un posto per stare, e abbiamo fermato a Knutsford. Mia figlia e io siamo entrati nel lobby e sono stati salutati da Sonnette al divano frontale. Ha ascoltato la nostra storia e poi ci ha mostrato una stanza, ha chiamato altri due hotel (non collegati alla Knutsford) per controllare le disponibilità; e - infine - quando siamo tornati dopo aver visitato gli altri hotel, ci ha messo in una fantastica stanza che era perfetta per siamo. Ha fatto tutto questo con un sorriso, come se fosse la cosa più naturale del mondo per aiutarci. Grazie, Sonnette! Durante il resto del nostro soggiorno, altri dipendenti della ricezione, del ristorante, e del parcheggio erano anche bellissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato nella nuova sezione dell'hotel, che è proprio accanto alla piscina. La stanza era pulita e ben progettata, la piscina era perfetta e il cibo nel ristorante era eccellente. Ci saremo certamente indietro!

Monique era molto professionale nel check-in. Le signore del Dipartimento di Case erano molto attenti alle nostre esigenze.
