Hotel a Kingston, Giamaica

What is most important to me when I go to a hotel, is the experience. Rok Hotel Kingston went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best experience possible. Some of the team that contributed to making my stay most enjoyable, Monife - Front Office Agent, Keenan the Head Chef, who went above and beyond to making sure that my Father and I had the best possible lunch experience. Stacy Ann - Dining Room Server, smiled, served and made sure that we enjoyed our meal, Nickesha - Front Office Manager reached out to make sure that ALL was ok, Shantol was our bartender who surprised us with delicious and flavorful beverages. Rarely do you experience so many employees in one place making sure that you are having the best time, and I highly recommend this hotel for your getaway needs. BRAVO Rok Hilton staff!! Well done.

VARSTENZA DI RICONOSCIUTO LITO!!! Abbiamo previsto un letto di dimensioni re solo per essere dato due letti singoli uniti insieme con un enorme divario tra i due. Rimasto per una notte ma hanno caricato le nostre carte di debito TRIO !!! Stiamo ancora cercando di ottenere il nostro denaro di nuovo . Se dovete restare qui, vi consiglio di pagare in contanti. Non vorrei che voi due andate attraverso l'inferno che stiamo attraversando ora, cercando di recuperare i nostri soldi !!! Poco servizio clienti e odio assolutamente l'atteggiamento insidioso del supervisore concierge!

Il Spanish Court Hotel ha perfettamente rispettato le aspettative. La colazione era grande - sia opzioni continentali che tariffe locali. Il personale non poteva essere più utile per fornire consigli, aiutare con la nostra autonoleggio e di solito essere piacevole e accogliente. Grazie per il vostro soggiorno meraviglioso!

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Pegasus e ho avuto un problema con i miei piani di trasporto.Una signora di nome Miss Afreeka Edwards mi ha aiutato con ospite e gentilezza e nel processo ha rimosso tutta l'ansia e la paura che il mio viaggio fosse stato sconvolto. Grazie a lei ho capito e sono riuscito a godermi il mio viaggio e il resto della Giamaica.

Non prenotare qui! In primo luogo, per raggiungere la tua camera, dovete salire solo circa 50 scale. Dice ”spagnato” bagno, ma ho imparato rapidamente che significava condividere il bagno e la cucina con la sua famiglia. L'acqua non funzionava per un giorno intero e il giorno dopo era poco e l'acqua era fredda. È possibile immaginare di non essere in grado di fare il bagno quando vuoi o di lavarti la mano quando vai al bagno. Non c'è AC così preparare per il calore. Svegliatevi ogni mattina con il rumore perché condividiamo tutto con la sua famiglia. Con tutto quello che sta succedendo con andare così a lungo senza acqua, scoprire che è un crimine usare il frigorifero, senza accensione, e il rumore che dovevo controllare presto. Courtney mente alla compagnia che ho prenotato e dice che tutto era bene anche se ho dimostrato la mia prova. Mi rifiuta di rimborsare per i giorni che ho lasciato. Literalmente ho lasciato solo per le sue inconvenienti. Speso più soldi e ho avuto un po' di piu' bello. Non perdere tempo. Questo non è un hotel. Questo è un posto che ti presta alcune delle sue camere perché la sua famiglia vive lì. Non tornerò mai nella mia vita o lo consiglierò!!

I had such a good time at AC! We went for some drinks—New York Sour and Espresso Martinis—which were so, so delicious and met a gracious server by the name of Shaair Smith. Super personable, gave us a lot of great laughs and extremely funny. Can't wait to visit AC again for more good times.
