超級nice!酒店早餐，午餐都很豐富，價格便宜，房間乾淨，非常舒適！

價格實惠，但是太吵鬧了，隔音比較差，因為在十字路口，馬路車很多。 如果你睡覺 噪音不影響的話可以入住。我第二天就換酒店了

Holiday Inn Manaus garners high marks for its cleanliness, with guests frequently commending the impeccable condition of the rooms and communal areas. The staff are celebrated for their exemplary service and praised for their exceptional friendliness and efficiency. With its proximity to local attractions and offerings such as the local cuisine breakfast, the hotel is known for offering a good value for money. Additionally, the welcoming reception, particularly the young man who I understand is the night supervisor Pyatan, gave us great insight into what to do and whereabouts of the hotel and the surrounding area and also had an excellent command of the English language, which made our stay much easier. This is exactly what I would expect from an IHG experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would return!

The restaurant is the hot point of the hotel. Mr Pawel Kroeny is in-charge for the restaurant at night. He is always receptive and gives good suggestions. Last time I was there, I had the best crusty tambaqui I ever had in Manaus. Wonderful place to have a excellent meal.

This was the worst holiday inn in years The toilet have blood for the other guest. They did not clean the hotel properly. The blankets have like dark stains When I contact the management they told me they are full and can t change me to another room. Had food poisoning for the breakfast. Diarrea and vomit for 3 days. Be very careful better choose another hotel.

Our 2 night stay was a very nice experience. Hotel rooms, restaurant and lobby were modern with reasonable room and food pricing. The staff were courteous and helpful. English language service was available and food in restaurant was also great. Rooms were very comfortable and hotel location was in a safe area of Manaus about 20 minutes taxi ride from the international airport. A grocery store and shopping were just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel if returning to Manaus.
