服務可以，就是房間有味道。有免費接機送機。

１）空港からタクシーで10分程度。往復とも無料の送迎あり（※タクシーだと片道5KWD？（定額）なので、1KWD=500円とすると、往復で5000円程度）。 ２）深夜着だったが事前に連絡しておくと迎えの車を用意してくれていた ３）Hollidayinnと同じ建物にある ４）ホテルの前に市内バスの乗り場がある（バス停という概念はなく、手を挙げるとバスが止まる方式）が、バス使用はハードル高い ５）装飾などはアラブ風の意匠なども使っているが、全体にやや古いイメージも ６）ラウンジは快適。朝食から夕食（簡単なもの）まで食べられる、常時お茶やクッキーなどもあり ７）Kuwait Tower、Museumなどのある中心部まではタクシーで20分程度、費用は片道7KWD（3500円程度）。空港に近いというメリットの反面、中心部には遠い。 ８）クウェート大学の新キャンパスまでは車で10分程度。 ８）朝食ビュッフェは品数も多く味もよい。フロント前のロビー全体が朝食レストランになっている

Sehr netter Empfang und flexible Check-in / Check-out Zeiten. Im Bezug auf Sauberkeit ist nichts nennenswertes zu erwähnen. Alles Top so wie man es von einem fünf Sterne Hotel und auch von dem dadurch auch gerechtfertigten Preis erwartet.

Hotel elegante, tranquillo e ben organizzato, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare a breve distanza dall'aeroporto (molto gradito il servizio free shuttle gratuito). Ho soggiornato in una camera diplomatic molto spaziosa, confortevole e pulita. Staff molto cordiale, colazione di buon livello con buona varietà di cibo. All'interno dell'hotel ci sono 4 o 5 ristoranti anch'essi di buon livello, gli ospiti dell'hotel possono anche usufruire della bella piscina e palestra adiacenti. Molto bella anche la Spa (a pagamento)

It was an absolute delight to work with Mr. Leo and the team at Kuwait 2025, Cysec Global at Crowne Plaza, Al Baraka Ballroom. The ballroom was truly stunning and we felt privileged to host our debut event there. Our stay in the hotel rooms was fantastic, and the Iranian cuisine was the cherry on top of a perfect trip. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were always so welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Chanaka for his tireless help and support on the set up day. We are truly grateful for the joy, happiness, and hard work from everyone involved. We can't wait to come back for an even bigger event in the future. The Hotel health club is amazing! I liked Especially the group classes in the morning. During my stay I took a spin class with Joao that I totally loved it. Judith is always helpful and fun to be with. The renovated gym, the new bodybuilding machines and the group classes are a must try if you’re visiting Kuwait !
