A lovely hotel, great location, delicious breakfasts and friendly professional staff. The rooms were clean and a nice size. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Booked a lake view room at higher rate. While checking in, the receptionist emphasised that the room was on the top floor and there was a magnificent view. Upon entering the room it was found that the room was already occupied by somebody else.. It was obvious that someone made a mistake by allocating my room to somebody else. Was then given another room just next to the first one and was told that the view was the same. But the so-called lake view room was only a very narrow ***** of water afar. Did not complain as it was already late in the evening; planned to leave early in the next morning anyway. Not a good impression.

Very pleasant staff, comfortable and modern room, lovely breakfast. Very good experience overall. That said, I will mention that the wifi service was abysmal - even the very slow cell tower signal was better most of the time. Also note that the nice heated towel drying rack (the place to dry something overnight) is automatically turned off at night, along with the radiator.

Highly recommend. Central location, friendly staff, comfy beds and amazing breakfast. Staff are helpful and attentive. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the hotels are clean. Parking is included too with your stay. Only a few minutes away from the centre.

Lovely hotel & friendly staff. Really excellent service, very much enjoyed my two night stay with a group of friends. The hotel is in an ideal location close to the town centre, only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, attractions & the Lake front. Wonderful to have on site parking too. Would highly recommend & definitely return when in Keswick.

Great staff, very friendly. Hotel and room spotlessly clean. Great views and location for everything. Short walking distance to the lake and Theatre on the lake, we came to see ‘Brassed Off’. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. Would definitely come back. 😀

Our family had a great stay! Breakfast is excellent and the staff are v/friendly, attentive and will happily impart local knowledge! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…very clean and comfortable. Yes parking was a bit confusing but we managed to park outside and then happily paid the £6 extra to park at the rear of the hotel as we had booked with an agency. Stairs can be a bit hard going if you’re on top floor but we’re in our 70’s and managed luggage - am sure staff would help if struggling. Thanks to all staff for such a warm welcome

Enjoyed an overnight stay at crow park.Lovely hotel overlooking Crow park, as the name suggests, in a quiet part of town but an easy walk to the lake and town.We received a warm welcome on arrival Our room was a good size with a lovely view of Derwentwater and the fells. Plenty of choice at breakfast and all the staff were friendly and helpful, would Definitely stay again. There is parking at the back of the hotel which if you book you stay directly with the hotel is free however if you choose to book through a hotel booking service it is £6 per day.

My family of 4 stayed here as part of a group tour. The location is excellent - it was convenient to walk to the Main Street with restaurants and shops and even a laundry. The hotel breakfast was also very good and made to order. We had an excellent view from the window, and we used the provide fan to help move the air around. Lots of stairs, no elevators.

Very good stay at Crow Park Hotel. Lovely room with beautiful view to the mountains. Excellent breakfast. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Location brilliant. Step out to Hope Park and the Theatre. Restaurants and shops a few minutes' stroll.

Lovely hotel well positioned. Friendly staff, great bedrooms, fabulous breakfast. Will definitely be back again. We have been here before so near keswick main square lots of things to do, plenty of cafe's restaurants and local pubs. Our hosts can't be faulted

Excellent customer service From arrival to departure the experience was second to none We had room 30 which is on the ground floor facing the park Room was excellent which was a twin bed. Temperature in the room was excellent The breakfast was excellent and plenty of with the staff always there to fill up your cup and make sure everything was spot on. Credit to the staff here
