Super nice hotel. Staff are also very professional and caring. The swimming pool’s view is against West Lake, which is very awesome!

This hotel deserves best ratings. Staff were friendly and spoke good english.

Perfect stay … probably the best hotel I have stayed at. From the welcome to the breakfast, everything is amazing. Can’t wait to go again.

Amazing hotel - great service, very clean and welcoming!

It’s a wonderful stylish new hotel, the service is very good and the people are very friendly and welcoming and supportive. Breakfast was very delicious. It’s very quiet which is perfect when coming back from noisy Old town. And the view over the lake is beautiful. Unfortunately it was too cold, so we couldn’t enjoy the amazing pool and terrace. We would choose it for sure again if we will come back to Hanoi and can highly recommend it.

Brand new hotel!

Hôtel de standing avec un bon choix de commodités (piscine, rooftop bar, spa, restaurant, salle de fitness, ...). La vue sur le lac est magnifique. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et propose des plats à la carte en plus du buffet déjà bien fourni. Nous remercions l'équipe pour les petites attentions reçues et les félicitons pour leur professionnalisme.

직장 상사를 모시고 갔었습니다 룸업그레이드 서비스 및 스파서비스, 조식 퀄리티 등등 대만족 하셨습니다 호숫가 바깥으로 나가면 몇개의 레스토랑이 있는데 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았습니다. 직원들이 너무 친절해서 대만족 이었습니다

西湖邊美麗安靜的精品酒店，院子裏有政府機構，比較安全。房間低調奢華，早餐是點單自助，温泉蛋、牛肉河粉和鬆餅超級好吃一定要試。 最重要是服務有温度，春節期間趕上了西湖邊限行，網約車進不來，老闆比我們還着急，立馬安排了自己的S系奔馳送我們全家去機場，太感動了，感謝！

서비스 좋았어요~ 시설도 깔끔하고 좋아요 조식은 생각보다 별로였어요 음식을 만들어서 가져다 주는건 좋았지만 에그베네딕트에 계란이 차가운건좀… 조금만 더 따듯했으면 좋았을텐데

2024跨年夜和先生幸福入住該酒店，酒店很讚，還在試營業期間，環境超好，服務超好，免費升級大房型，面朝西湖，花園也很美，很多越南本地網紅打卡，早餐非常非常棒！ 所在的整個片區屬於河內豪宅區。 另，熱水可以改進。
