Have not been here for the last few visits due to the Hotel being busy so glad to return to this hotel Rooms are very good very clean and bathroom spotlessly clean Bed very comfortable with great clean crops linen Breakfast is first class with a really groom pot of tea to start your day ( Coffee also available) Everyone you meet around the hotel are very welcoming Evening food well I’m not sure how best to describe the food served here it’s not pub grub or fancy restaurant food it’s just absolutely top class food Lasagna is home made and the best ,chicken garçons are top class as are the haddock ones I didn’t get a chance with the gammon this time but every time I have had some it’s been the best If you have a problem with stairs or steps tell the hotel and you will be allotted room to avoid them This is a city hotel so don’t expect great views but on the other hand there are lots of shops just a short walk along with restaurants but I can’t think why you would eat out with the great food in the hotel This Hotel is so welcoming and all the staff are there to help and ensure you enjoy your stay My only little moan is the shower. In room 219 isn’t very good To finish this review I would like to mention a young lady who served me at dinner and few hours latter served me a great pot of tea at Breakfast still smiling Well done young lady Finally those guests driving there is a very large secure car park to the rear

I hamburger al bar erano molto poveri, ma il colazione è il migliore che abbia mai avuto a un HIE. Molto vicino ai negozi nel parco al dettaglio e solo un breve passo in città.

La struttura è molto delusionante, ma non ha nessun aircondition. Il villaggio termico è stato il più grande dellusione, non potendo entrare in nessuno dei tubi caldi o piscina, sono stati sempre pieno di gruppi che rimasti per ore. Molti tubi cordonati fuori lungo il fiume per cui dovrete pagare in più. Mi ricordava un campo di vacanza di Butler. Le camere di cambio non hanno abbastanza serrature o strutture per il livello dei clienti che prendono. Il cibo nei ristoranti è completamente eccessivo e il menu estremamente povero. Mentre il buffet di colazione era eccezionale, il colazione cucinato era bland con solo succhi di maiale e di leek che non è disponibile per il gusto di tutti. In generale non mi sembra che questo sia un resort 5 stelle. In Irlanda ci sono più economiche località che offrono un'esperienza molto migliore, tutto doveva essere prenotato su un app, abbiamo anche chiesto di usare l'app per visualizzare il menu del pranzo. Un posto che ha il potenziale di correggerlo, che è troppo costoso in ogni aspetto.
