Stai qui per 9 notti, amava il servizio e le camere sonore. Il pranzo e la colazione erano sorprendenti e la posizione dell'hotel è parte del centro Chaya che ha un sorprendente luogo di caffè chiamato Arabica caffè!! Una volta che abbiamo raccolto i nostri berretti intorno a Tamel, gli shopping e i ristoranti esterni sono molto facili da camminare e godere. Quando usiamo i taxi abbiamo risparmiato così tanto scaricare Pathao così non abbiamo dovuto negoziare il prezzo e diventare sovraccaricati. Molto consiglia Aloft a Kathmandu e sono grandi ambasciatori del nome e del marchio Marriott!

L'hotel dispone di un bel giardino adatto per una passeggiata rilassante. La piscina è bello e molto pulito! Raccomando molto questo hotel sopra altri hotel a Kathmandu. Il nuovo decorazione dell'hotel e i prodotti di letto sono molto nuovi e puliti. Il personale di servizio della ricetta è molto buono, entusiasta e attento. Molti sono stati addestrato all'hotel di Sanya Village e diranno alcuni mandarini. Il ristorante del primo piano ci aiuta anche a incontrarci gratis 🍜 Raccomandare, vivremo qui la prossima volta. C'è un SPA all'interno dell'hotel. I nostri ospiti possono fare 85 sconti. Il metodo è buono, ma ci sono tre opzioni per la raffinazione: erba di biancheria, Iyland Iyland beve Yugari.

THIS is a quality hotel from its spectacular rooftop bar and swimming pool right down to its graceful foyer and reception area. Facilities are only part of the story and the Mulberry's friendly and helpful staff are what turns a good hotel into a great hotel. They were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the moment I arrived tired after more than twenty hours of travel to the moment I left to explore other parts of Nepal. At the core of relaxation was my lovely comfortable room with a huge double bed, good storage, a room safe and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hot water at a good pressure was always available. The breakfast area offered a chance to eat either outside at tables near a little garden or inside at tables where attentive staff swiftly brought me a pot of chi. If you wanted omelettes or eggs then they were prepared freshly to order at a small outside cooking point. Inside guests could choose from a whole range of foods from fruit and meats to cereals, toast, jams, marmalades, yoghurts, fruit juices, Nepalese and international breakfast dishes. The choice was extensive. There is also a full quality restaurant for those who would like to savour an evening meal at the hotel. There were so many nice touches to underline a top class stay. For instance, I had bought a number of presents and souvenirs that I didn't really want to carry round with me for nearly a week to three other destinations. Not a problem, said the Mulberry, who agreed to store them all until my return to the hotel for my last night in Nepal. This they did and everything was safe and ready for me to pack away when I returned. The Mulberry is also sited in a great position to explore the city's Thamel area which can be viewed in all its glittering night-time glory from the rooftop bar area. I was able to enjoy the view and a leisurely local beer yet within ten minutes I could walk into the centre to get a good meal at a variety of tasty restaurants before leaving to enjoy the late night delights of the Purple Haze rock bar knowing my room was close by when I wanted to sleep. It was the sort of perfect hotel and stay that travellers dream about and if I come back to Nepal there is only one place I will stay and it will be the Mulberry. Wonderful hotel.

Hotel is in good location, staff was friendly who checked in us. I loved the room as they were quit big and comfortable, had an air conditioning in the room too. Shower facilities was good but could be better, plus point hot shower was available and bonus bath tub was available as well. Kettle was provided to us with drinking water, could be better if tea and coffee was available but staff was superb as they provided us with tea and coffee on request. Overall, it was excellent for me, in comparison to price, room sizes, location and friendliness of the staff. I even recommended my friend to stay as I was there.

Il fratello di Zhao dell'hotel è andato all'aeroporto per incontrare il capo come veder un amico in un paese straniero. Il capo cucina personalmente ogni pasto che vuole. La stanza è comoda e pulita. La posizione era fantastica e il personale della reception era molto cordiale. Sono stato molto grato che quando ho avuto un problema, lo hanno risolto immediatamente quando li ho contattati e anche il ristorante al 7° piano era delizioso. Era una stanza con vista sulla città, e la grande finestra lasciava entrare molta luce solare, e il riscaldamento e l'acqua calda funzionavano bene. Era così caldo e confortevole, e strutture convenienti, negozi, farmacie, bar, lavanderia, ecc. si trovano proprio nelle vicinanze, quindi lo consiglio👍 Se vado a Thamel la prossima volta, voglio effettuare di nuovo una prenotazione. Grazie

Prima di tutto, le mie domande vanno al consigliere di viaggio. Come hai consigliato questo hotel alle persone? Hai controllato le norme dell'hotel? Assolutamente orribile e non valeva la pena di rimanere anche se era gratis? Io sono andato lì per rimanere una notte. Nessun ricevitore, c'era un tizio che mi aveva detto di ricevermi. Quell'uomo era un traditore, non un personale. Il bagno era orribile, non c'era acqua da spruzzare, non c'era acqua da bagnarsi. La cucina di Ops era troppo confusa. Mi hanno detto di offrire colazione gratuita, ma non c'era nessun corpo. Anche l’altro non avrei mai preso quel colazione per la cucina sconvolta.Gli utensili erano troppo sporchi e non riuscivano nemmeno a trovare un bicchiere pulito per bere acqua.La stanza non era sicura, perché la serratura della porta non funzionava. Quindi, per favore non commetti un errore prenotando questo hotel. Non otterrai valore del tuo denaro. Sono truffatori e donatori. La mia richiesta a Trip Advisor, per favore rimuovere questo hotel dalla tua lista, altrimenti perderai la tua fede e fiducia. La mia umile richiesta.

This hotel is iright in the middle of the heart of Thamel. The best is not only the outlook of it, the hospitality is something that counts, the doorbell would run to help us when we had luggages to carry, with warm smiling face, those staff that serve us breakfast was very helpful, they made us like we were at home. The front desk was good too, and the manager was great, he was helpful to all our needs, and more important, not practical at all! We were there for 3 visits, so we had tried 6 different rooms in this trip, all of them were good without complaint. We highly recomend this new hotel.
