Che dire... È stato un soggiorno fantastico! L'hotel è vicinissimo alla fermata degli autobus turistici per pokhara ed è all' inizio del quartiere di thamel. Nonostante il rumore del traffico che è assordante, in quest' hotel e soprattutto nella camera si gode il silenzio e la pace. Il letto è comodo, camera pulita e il personale è veramente molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Ci hanno consigliato varie cose da visitare all' infuori della guida e grazie a loro abbiamo visitato dei posti magnifici. Grazie a tutto lo staff! Siete splendidi!!! Hotel super consigliato!!!

On the first night. Hotel staff can not manage the guest. it super noisy all the time shouting the kid run and play in the corridor all night. I require a quiet zone, but they book my room it wrong location. Second night. The hotel manager offered me to change the room today it good i can sleep well Third night. Nightmare it coming again they cannot manage guest some guest they go to play card or party above my room super distrusting me. Summarise. Hotel lack of management the guest. Staff it friendly smile but unprofessional. Hotel manager he kind and cool

實話實説，第一次寫這麼多，目的是提醒國人選酒店時慎重考慮。看攜程評價才訂的，但有種被忽悠的感覺。酒店中文英文溝通都不夠暢通，提前聯繫酒店，有個懂中文（後來知道説是旅行社的，沒搞懂什麼關係）的説接機，到機場後説自已打車過去找他們報銷，結果也沒給報，懶的爭吵，最後送機了。訂的四晚，第一天到那後説沒房間了，交涉很久給找了個又臟又破又有味道又沒電梯又小又不給退錢的酒店臨時住下，第二天懂中文的來了給安排回到他家。酒店外面環境還可以，房間小，中間沒人打掃衞生，有小紅螞蟻。早餐是西餐還可以，房價不算低。前面三張圖片是臨時找的酒店。

衞生還可以，但是廁所太小了。 最關鍵的是酒店寫着有接機服務，之前談的也都可以，到了早上該接機了説需要付費。 來了酒店就會有一位説中文的酒店人員來搭訕，一直在推銷奇特旺的旅行團，如果不參加或者不續房態度就很差。

位置便利，就在泰米爾區。 早餐有果汁，麪包🍞，餅，豆類，蛋和香腸，自助式早餐。 酒店新裝修，風格偏現代，有電梯非常方便。 前台比較熱情，有什麼需求能及時迴應

有歷史有文化的一座精品酒店，毗鄰中國住尼泊爾大使館。位置優越。酒店的早餐很好，選擇多。正餐做得也不錯。服務好，門衞尤其熱情。

送迎サービスと広々とした部屋でしたが、オーナーのオフィスに連れてかれ飛行機やバスのチケットのセールスをされることがあるかもです。買う意思のない場合は断れば、解放してもらえますが、最初から行かない方が吉です。

環境非常衞生，服務員很友好，而且不會發生斷電問題 wifi很快 推薦！
