Hotel in zona Murhardsche Bibliothek, Kassel

Camera spaziosa con macchina del caffè come in tutti gli hotel H4. Bagno spazioso con vasca e doccia Personale alla Reception cordiale e disponibile, ma dipende completamente dal gestionale e non è in grado di prendere decisioni nonostante ad esempio la mia lamentela per la pessima cena al ristorante, da quì la mia valutazione negativa altrimenti avrei dato volentieri 4 stelle. Ristorante : Personale poco gentile, e poco disponibile. Non ricordo il nome della pietanza ma c'era del pesce con delle fave e credo (limone?) su qualcosa che somigliava a degli spaghetti : al primo boccone ho sentito dei vapori pungenti passare dalla bocca e salire fin su nel naso, nauseabondo, mai capitato in vita mia. L' ho lasciato interamente nel piatto, mangiato solo 2 pezzetti piccoli di pesce la cameriera non ha battuto ciglio nemmeno quando ho ordinato un' insalata dicendo che non potevo mangiare quella ”pietanza ” . Mi ha molto irritato il prezzo intero che mi è stato addebitato, nessuna flessibilità, della serie : ” hai ordinato ? anche se è pessimo e non lo mangi lo paghi lo stesso! ” Non faccio mai polemiche e pago senza problemi, ma per chi verrà dopo di me : Se soggiornate all' H4 di Kassel state lontani dal ristorante e se proprio volete provare, non ordinate pesce con fave e limone .

Tutto era buono, ma purtroppo la receptionista al pollo non era amichevole! Non mi ha detto che ho il «Fahrschein» e 2 «Gutscheine»! Devo chiedermelo il giorno dopo, come ho saputo di lui da un college nel corso. Il pollo in questo receptionista era inamichevole, non professionale.

L'hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il check-in è stato fatto rapidamente, ma il personale non aveva alcuna voglia di ospiti, e non ha lasciato alcun dubbio. Questo avrebbe anche sentito ogni ospite più ignorante. Supponiamo che abbiamo disturbato questa ”persona molto importante”, un piccolo consiglio: quando si scende, parlano silenziosamente, così che gli ospiti non devono ancora ascoltarlo, poi girare e poi lasciare la bocca - non disturbare. L'hotel, come molti hanno scritto, è arrabbiato e bissi oscuro e anche muffo. Purtroppo, nel bagno ci sono anche funghi e depositi di calcare arancione intorno alle armature del bagno , e i topi di lana dietro le tende (che ci ha colpito solo perché volevamo usare il pacchetto dietro, che purtroppo era rotto. Sufz. Ma: il letto era molto grande e liscio, bianco, pulito e bello freddo! Così si desidera la metà di luglio! Era superlisso in casa! Potevi dormire bene. Anche il colazione era buono - non ci sono stati desideri aperti. Quindi se si rompe - cosa si vuole in hotel? Buon cibo e dormire bene. Finito. Questo è stato anche. Ma se in un momento prossimo, nonostante le difficoltà, si offre la possibilità di rinnovare o anche di assumere più personale, dovrebbe essere fatto. Sono solo una volta all'anno per un viaggio in città e quindi sono una buona qualità importante. Per questo, andrò da qualche altra parte la prossima volta. Grazie ancora alla bella impiegata della reception che ci ha dato un bel giorno con un consiglio di ottimo tempo libero con istruzioni per l'autobus e le connessioni tram su carta! Super anche il biglietto hotel che è stato autorizzato a viaggiare in tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblico, che rende molto più semplice!

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Zimmer alt aber Matratzen gut. Frühstück für 16 € teuer für das gebotene, aber noch ok Das Hallenbad gibt es wohl nicht mehr

Purtroppo non è stato rilevato nel momento della prenotazione che l'alloggio non era disabilitato. Non c'era sedia a rotelle nella remissione, quindi abbiamo dovuto partire presto. Questo hotel non è adatto per le persone anziane con disabilità di camminare. La sala da pranzo sarebbe anche troppo stretta. Il personale era molto amichevole. Ha detto sul tuo sito dell'hotel che lo farà esplicitamente notare. Per favore fatelo anche. E' molto triste che non potessi permettere a mia madre di stare bene.

We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

Un hotel molto pulito e tempestivo in un ambiente verde, grande per la natura. La nostra auto si è rotta durante il viaggio, sono stati aiutati da Daniela estremamente gentile tramite la prenotazione telefonica e alla reception. Ci hanno anche aiutato a portare tutti i nostri bagagli e i nostri 2 gatti in hotel.Abbiamo avuto una camera tranquilla, spaziosa. Non è stato un fermo pianificato per noi, ma è diventato un'esperienza che non dimentichiamo mai. Consiglio a tutti di rimanere in questo hotel tranquillo e amichevole.

This is the best hotel in the H Hotels chain. The rooms are very well presented and comfortable. All of the public areas are also lovely. It is a great cosy atmosphere in the winter or a lovely terrace area for a summer evenings drink. The food is fine for a chain hotel and the breakfast is well made and the staff are attentive to make eggs as you wish to have them. It is a little gem off the beaten track. Perhaps the only thing missing would be a spa area or an option for a bath in the room. Such things would make it a very romantic destination.

Us: Two adults and two small kids. Great experience and stay at an authentic castle, taking us back to the middle age. The service were good and so was the cleanliness. The design of the rooms stayed true to the style of the castle, and it was a fun experience walking to the top of rapunzels tower. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both living up to the expectations in terms of quality. During dinner, we were sitting at the terrance with a wonderful view of hills and nature. Overall atmosphere is pleasant and authentic and a place to stay for couples with or without children.
