it is a good hotel with best service from recepitionist, recommended

Stayed 3 nights and the hotel was great, service is top notch. The location is a few hundred meters away from Karuizawa station however they do have scheduled shuttle van for guests to make use of. I like that they have a Lawson right behind. And the free breakfast is definitely a big plus, simple but filling and yums.

Hotel is a short walk to the train station & outlet mall, with a Family Mart & Lawson nearby. Good for travellers looking for a clean & cozy place to stay, with very basic amenities … but check out is a little early at 10am.

Walking distance from the railway station. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The room size is spacious and tidy.

The hotel is great, the room is great, clean and comfort. Have a parking lot.

Hotel is very clean and not too far away from train station. Simple breakfast is provided. The staff not only cleans the table but also wipe the seat after a guest leaves. Of course, a different cloth is used to wipe the table and chair.

Nice hotel

推著行李走到飯店門口時，服務人員已經等候我們多時，立刻幫我們開門，CHICK IN時說明詳盡，連附近便利商店營業到幾點都告知，而且態度非常好。到晚上9點前餐廳都有迎賓點心，提供飲料、餅乾等。早餐很簡單，只有生菜、麵包、香腸跟咖哩飯，但都很好吃，餐廳管理人員在大家用餐時一直沒閒下來，隨時查看食材是否有缺，會立刻補上，也會立刻收拾用過的桌子，維持整個餐廳乾淨，其他工作人員看到桌子上有髒汙，也會幫忙整理。整個飯店給人感覺很溫馨，旅館整棟都禁菸，沒有菸味很舒服，房間寬敞乾淨，下次有機會來輕井澤一定要再住。

酒店離火車站10分鐘路程，房間很大，另外有大梳化，有welcome drink，早餐一般，住在一樓，環境比想像中静，酒店後面有family mart，接待員有禮貌，英文可以，另外有車送滑雪場，值得住宿嘅酒店。

酒店員工服務態度好，早晨簡單可以解決到啦，有酒店接送服務很好👌，房間整體感覺好，到輕井澤站或去滑雪場都方便！

定了兩晚輕井澤同家飯店，不同房型，結果窗外都無景，前一天窗外都是雜物，隔天窗外是鐵窗，網站定房上面都沒寫，也沒標示是一樓的房間，好吵，客人搭電梯進進出出都有聽到，洗澡時浴簾臭臭的，上面還有不明物體，用水沖不掉，打掃清潔都沒注意看，一樓不同房間都（臭普味道）房間味道都不好，簡單早餐兩天菜色都一樣
