Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Karnal

Right out of nowhere, a very comfortable hotel on the delhi-ambala highway just before panipat. We had to attend a wedding on monday in karnal so we decided to drive out of delhi on sun-day itself and stay the night here. We didn’t really have any major expectations other than the sarovar portico brand. Pleasant and keen staff; spacious modern room and a very good buffet breakfast with freshly cooked stuff on order.

The room is OK and bed is comfy - that is all! If you are an international traveller (especially from the West) please do not book - you will save your time and blood pressure! However, 1. they do not speak English 2. breakfast is horrible and spicy 3. they do not understand the essence of time - e.g. they say breakfast starts at 8; when it really starts at 830. Manager will be in at 9, then will be in at 1000 - then the manager never comes... 4. they do not accept international credit or visa cards - making it extremely difficult to make a payment if you do not have cash. However in their booking website they mention they accept all credit cards. 5. Cleanliness - seriously lacking of cleanliness routine - the floor were dusty - the door was dusty - the shower was not properly cleaned etc. 6. there is noise outside the rooms on the corridors. you need earplugs to sleep

The location of hotel is on the main road. It seems there are always some ceremonies and functions going in this hotel hence the inside parking is full and so is the outside parking on the road. The security tries his best to accommodate your vehicle in lot. The staff at reception was not that polite. I need to ask twice for a by who can carry my luggage from car to my room. The rooms are spacious and linens were clean. The washrooms are clean with running hot water 24x7. They do have their own restaurant which has food cost on higher side. There is no other food option available outside this hotel. We went some 2Kms away in ”Bikaneri Bhojnalay” and had our food. The hotel seemed to be bit costly when compared with other hotels of similar standard. It is good only for transit stay for travelers who are accompanied with family. Recommendation to hotel: 1) Please keep some dedicated parking space (inside gate) free for guest who are staying in your hotel. It feels unsafe to park on main road though your security is present.

I liked the support staff very much. Very helpful. Like sethuji, parminder, gaurav etc this is the first hotel where we were allowed to take the complimentary breakfast to our rooms. In the hotels that i visited till now, they don't mind us wasting the food but never allow a morsel to be taken to the room. The front desk staff was also very helpful. I was supposed to check out at 11am. But still they let me stay till 2pm.

It was a great experience in staying at the royal paradise hotel, the rooms are really big and super clean, everything is so nice you get a big window for the outside view and the best part is there are so many options for food like sagar ratna, kfc and one local restaurant named shahzi which really good.

La proprietà è situata in un luogo eccellente, la qualità dei cibi è buona e sono rimasto così sicuro con i miei genitori e il bambino in generale per restare qui, ma solo una cosa che ho sperimentato male che ho chiesto di uscire tardi per 1 ora e anche in hotel, Le camere sono disponibili e hanno anche consentito ma comportato brutto, soprattutto il signor principe all'ufficio frontale. Quando si è verificato, ha detto perché dovremmo dare tempo e tutto, l'ho ignorato perché non ho tempo per discutere con lui, ma si può ignorare quando il vostro cibo e la qualità dell'hotel sono eccellenti in generale 4* rating all'hotel e 0 rating all'ufficio di fronte.
